The room I was staying in was absolutely spotless. The whole corridor and entrance was very clean too. I loved my room, the price was laughable really yet the staff and cleanliness is kept at the high standard. Location is perfect, corner shop 30 seconds away, Coral, the beach, town, chippie, subway, maccies, within a very short walking distance. Bunk bed was comfortable, everything in working order, my little boy and I couldn't ask for more for such a small cost of the room. This is our annual go to place, thank you everyone there running such a lovely accommodation for people like me and my little boy- affordable few days away. And may I add- check out on Sunday at 11, unlike many accommodations in Blackpool was wonderful gesture. Thank you Ash and the crew.

The room was very clean. I booked a small double room and the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked, which isn't always the case for a budget priced Hotel. The shower had good water pressure and was as hot as you needed it to be.
I booked for a week, but not once did my room get cleaned, which was no big deal as I am not an untidy person, but it meant that I had to empty the rubbish bin myself and leave it outside the reception door. I used a carrier bag to put my rubbish in from day 3 onwards. I went looking for the manager, to ask for more coffee and milk for my room on about the 4th day, to find him very drunk. He gave me more coffee, but had no milk. I don't care as to whether or not he drinks alcohol, but to find him pissed at 11am is unprofessional.

It's a quiet location and all the amenities are close by
There was nothing I didn't like the only one thing might be is if you have a fall like I did I had to have an ambulance to help me then a second crew had to back up the first ambulance crew then they needed the help from the fire service just to get me outside to the waiting ambulance to take me to hospital. It was the way I landed and the corridor outside the room. When I got to the hospital they found that I fractured my spine but it is a stable fracture and I'm back at the hotel now. A big thank you to all of the lovely staff here at the Riviera Hotel also big thank you to the paramedics and fire services.

Hotel was brilliant... Clean sheets, clean towels and over all a clean room! Tea and coffee provided was a lovely touch 👌 The lady who checked us in was very accommodating and pleasent (going as far as to let us pick which room would be more suitable for our need) Fire alarm did go off in the morning (not early though) thankfully it was a false alarm but I can not fault the staff both men arrived at the hotel with in about 2 mins and checked it was all safe for everyone to go back inside 👍 Location is absolutely brilliant.... Will be booking again 👏 Thank you so much to all staff at the Riviera!!!
When booking I had an email about parking and reserving for £10 a night but the phone number didn't work so unfortunately couldn't sort this untill was at hotel. This wasn't an issue though a we where politely directed to a pay and display car park at the top of the road, it did cost slightly more than the £10 how ever the car park was secure with lots of camera so I can't complain. Also bathroom was quite small (caravan sized) so was a struggle for my travel companion who is 6ft tall 🫣but over all it was clean and had hot water so again can't grumble.

Staff always welcomed you with a smile and asked if anything was required. We stayed 9 nights £333 ( family of 4 ) and room was clean and tidy with coffee/tea facilties. Ensuite with shower. Location is excellent less than 5 mins walk from the blackpool tower and local shops. Fresh towels for the asking. If u want left to yourself and no fuss this is the place for you. If you want pampered and doted on pay for a more expensive hotel. To rest your head at night and prime location and cheap this is fine.
Parking was extra ontop of the cost of the room. But was reasonable. We paid £45 for 9 nights

It was quiet enough and very pleasant and ran by really nice people and I would certainly go back to stay again no problem whatsoever.........
My only actual gripe his that sometimes you need to wait around for a fair bit of time in a morning before you actually see any housekeeping to ask for condiments and coffee ☕️ and milk 🥛 and also clean towels and toilet rolls has they only seem to turn up later in a morning but other than that everything was seriously very satisfactory and anything that you asked for you got no problem.......

The hotel was situated in a good location close to the front but not too close to be noisy. The guy who met us at the property was friendly and welcoming 😁 the room itself was quite small but had everything we needed for our stay including tea, coffee and milk along with a kettle 😊 we had a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top and a separate single bed. The shower was warm and powerful, beds were comfortable and clean. For the price we couldn't have expected much more 😄 thankyou Rivera we would definitely stay again.
Carpets weren't very clean, room didn't smell fresh, bar area wasn't open only one plug socket in the room (however this did have 2 usb port). Bunk bed steps were wobbly.

We had a welcome checkin on arrival, the outside was clean and inviting the inside was also clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the bedding and towels were clean. The location was perfect and close to all attractions.
We had 2 rooms a double and family room, both rooms were extremely small there was no room to move about, the bathroom was also very small and not big enough to be able to get dressed which left me with no privacy, the room.was clean but considering we were booked for 4 nights I thought there might have been some housekeeping at least once during our stay but there was not. The street was also very noisy though the night. The mattress on the double dunk did not fit the bedframe and I banged my head really hard of the dunk bed through the night which almost split my head open, I know this is not the property's fault but because of the layout and postion of the dunks this could have been avoided.

Cleanliness of the room and the whole accommodation. Ash, the owner greeting us couldn't be nicer. Throughout the stay he would ask if I or my small child needed anything. Although the room I stayed in was small, which was no surprise since I booked small room with double bed (very comfortable btw), it had its own very clean bathroom, wardrobe, can't fault it for the price I paid which was almost a steal. Location was just perfect, 2 mins to Coral, Costcutter at the corner is less than a minute walk, 5 mins to the beach... Everything you need as a parent with a small child to enjoy a bit of time away, spending their days outside and go back to the hotel just to shower and sleep.
With no fault of the owner, people are noisy, don't care for others, banging doors and talking on the corridor from as early as 6-7am, going out to smoke. I was prepared for it as I knew cheap price attracts all sorts of people, although I never felt unsafe, only wished people were more considered of others. I'd suggest good ear plugs and maybe a little fan for hot days.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The family room which we had for 5 people was perfect for us, we all slept comfortably and enjoyed our nights here. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, anything we needed they got to us within 10 minutes and we called them a lot of times because we kept needing refills for our tea station being a big group of people. We also ended up being late for check in and the owners were very understanding about it which was a great ease to my night. 100% would stay again.
There are a lot of stairs to climb but you get use to it and it’s great exercise haha
