It was slap bang in the centre of the town, ideal location. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing - I highly recommend the full English purely for the fried bread. I think what also made our stay perfect was the owner, she was absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly and chatty. She helped us up the stairs with our suitcase because I have reduced mobility and my husband had hurt his shoulder earlier that day. Thank you for making our stay memorable :) we will definitely be back!

The only thing that was a slight negative was the huge step to get into the property but the host has provided hand rails so it wasn’t too bad in the end. But like I say that’s a very very small thing.

Room was comfortable, we saved money by booking the small room. We enjoyed what we paid for. Breakfast was excellent, Fruit juice, cereal, choice of cooked options, tea, coffee, toast....the works.

A small issue the shower water drained very slowly, so if showering too long ,water would overflow the tray to floor.(Hasen to add we shut off shower b4 any overflow could occur. (Although there is a plug in the floor, so maybe this was to counter act this.....not sure). Did try to lift shower drainage plug to see if a blockage, but to no avail. Meant to mention to Hotelier b4 we left, but it slipped our minds. (Hope she does not mind us mentioning it in this review & we stress we will return.) Did not distract our stay.

The owner i think she was called kelly was lovely. So welcoming and friendly and really put me at ease as a first time travelling with my child. The place was lovely and clean and we was allowed to check in early as my daughter needed to get to her dance competition. The breakfast was stunning i had both the cooked breakfast and bits from the continental which included a variety of cereal, fresh fruits, jams, pastries cheeses and meat. Also fresh filtered coffee and tea was available and fruit juices, all included in the price of the stay which is exceptional. We will defo stay again should I return to Blackpool again.

The friendliness of Kelly and her team was outstanding. I don't think you will find better in Blackpool, that goes for the breakfast too which was made to order, they even had decaf tea! Location is excellent, very close to large carparks and main attractions of central pier, the tower and coral island. The rooms were warm and comfortable and I appreciate Kelly being able to fulfil our request that they were on the first floor (for my mum who is 70). There was also complimentary tea, biscuits and water in the rooms (like good biscuits, custard creams!), which is super appreciated when you come in from / going out for a day of site seeing. Overall, a really great place to stay!

The accommodation was a short walk to the seafront. We arrived early and our rooms were ready for occupancy. The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and the owners were friendly. The breakfast was very good and cooked to order. We booked a small room and it was great value.

Nothing! We had to pay £15 for our dog when we got there, which was fair. Would have preferred to pay at the time of booking (not the fault of the owners, it's the booking system!Dogs go free if booked direct). Also dogs weren't permitted in the dining room as the owners had experienced issues with dogs not kept under control. This was explained well and was understandable. The owner was happy for our dog to stay in our rolm whilst we ate breakfast. This is not a complaint, just mentioning so other guests are aware. We enjoyed our stay.

Our double bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good and individual toiletries were provided. The breakfast choices were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to main shopping areas and to two car parks within reasonable walking distance.

Our room was smaller than expected, so no wardrobe and limited space for luggage, however hangers were provided so we were able to hang coats etc. Some of the chrome fittings in the bathroom could do with replacing. These are minor issues given the overall quality provided for good value for money.

I thought the breakfast was amazing me and my 8 yr old son loved it. we normally go out for breakfast but it beat that...and the stay we loved it also with no noise and just tv was a lil on the small side or just cos its was so high up but apart from that excellent stay

just were the tv was placed.. just needed to b further down and always looking right in the top corner of the room...and it was a lil small being that high up

A good location just a few minutes from the Promenade and town centre bars, eating places and entertainment. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

The mattress could do with being replaced, it was ok but mattress not that supportive. Blackpool Council need to get a grip of what used to be a gem of a town. They have let it go and it is looking run down an very tired.

Location is perfect for the main car park and shopping/arcades etc. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price which was very good value.

Room was tiny, shower room even more so. Bed in a corner which is a huge bug bear of mine. TV was no bigger than a laptop screen. Altho we glanced in several rooms that were open and empty and all looked twice the size and really nice.

Room was a bit on the small side but was comfortable. Nice complimentary tray, clean fresh towels and bedding. Small bathroom but shower had good water pressure and water was hot so no complaints. Good location. Fab good quality breakfast. My husband left an item behind and we were messaged promptly to say it had been found. All in all, excellent value for money 😀

Nothing to dislike. Ideal place for a couple of nights stay.
