The location is fabulous a mere 10 min walk to the tower & main shopping centre and of course to the beach. The rooms are freshly neutrally decorated so very relaxing and bed very comfortable. Iron, hairdryer & fan in room also, so no lugging those extras on your hols, brilliant. The shower is reliably as hot as you’d wish yours to be and tv is freeview so you won’t miss your fav programme so a home from home. Correspondence with Sarah at the hotel was excellent. There is no free parking outside except from eve to early morn but there is ample off street parking on Hornby Rd at a charge long term. The Derina was also very peaceful. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked and I can see why. Loved it.

Very good locaction near centre of Blackpool. Quite area considering location. Bedroom was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the building. Very affordable price. Water was hot with good pressure. Shower worked well. Self check in details were sent in good time and easy to understand.

Bathroom was a little small but did what it needed to do. The photos suggested a kitchen was available, but couldn't find one, so self catering wasn't an option for breakfast.

It was clean and the room was a good size. Tea tray was well stocked. Nice an quiet so got a very good night's sleep.

No lamp or wall light which meant when you turned the main light off you had to get back to your bed in the dark. Bathroom was a little small and cramped ( although it was very clean and plenty of complimentary toiletries). No name of the hotel outside ( just the house number) so a little hard to find when we arrived.

Lovely apartment and hassle free check in. Nice refreshments.

Unfortunately the main bedroom was damp so the sheets and out clothes ended up damp. It was very cold despite the heaters being in each room. However summer would be great without the damp in main room. The beds where really uncomfortable me and my partner sunk into the middle (I'm only little)

Stayed mon to fri , Clean , great location , 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom looked just like the pictures best hotel we have stayed in while in Blackpool the door codes were easy to use and get into room,lovely view of the tower , shame we didn't see any staff or owners during our stay but we will definitely be back

2 nights out of the 4 another guest was very loud and tv/music till around 1am on the first night obviously not the hotels fault but interrupted our sleep Also staying for a few days we thought if it had a mini fridge it would be absolutely perfect but obviously not a must

Everything was done without staff either by keypad and lockbox on the room door but it worked well just needs a spruce up outside and a sign to tell you it's the hotel inside inside the hotel really good decoration and the carpet was superb. The room was a single but it had everything I needed and more it's own heating as it was March. The room was clean and it was a high standard. There was a sink in the room and it was an original sink with heratige and I liked that. As I'm disabled I was in a lot of pain over the weekend and had to spend Saturday afternoon and evening in my room and it was super comfy with a Chinese restaurant just round the corner also recommended. The loo was just at the end of my corridor so great location and clean. The showers were at the other end of the corridor and really good clean new hot and fantastic.

As we were attending a four days festival at the nearby Winter Gardens, the location was perfect. Accessing the property was simple and the room was lovely - much bigger than we’re used to in Blackpool with a lovely bay window. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The floor standing fan was very welcome during the present warm weather. Staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive. It was very good value and I’m just gutted the room is unavailable for our return trip next year.

This flat is in a great location just near the Blackpool Tower but without being noisy. Beds were comfortable and everything was In immaculate condition. Suited us well for one night.

In the double room we were disturbed by the thudding sound of water being pumped whenever someone in our flat, or in one upstairs, used any water. Also despite looking very hard we couldn't find the light switch for the ceiling light in the living room! I think the bedrooms would feel too cramped for a longer stay. They were absolutely fine for one or two nights though.
