The location is fabulous a mere 10 min walk to the tower & main shopping centre and of course to the beach. The rooms are freshly neutrally decorated so very relaxing and bed very comfortable. Iron, hairdryer & fan in room also, so no lugging those extras on your hols, brilliant. The shower is reliably as hot as you’d wish yours to be and tv is freeview so you won’t miss your fav programme so a home from home. Correspondence with Sarah at the hotel was excellent. There is no free parking outside except from eve to early morn but there is ample off street parking on Hornby Rd at a charge long term. The Derina was also very peaceful. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked and I can see why. Loved it.

Very good locaction near centre of Blackpool. Quite area considering location. Bedroom was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the building. Very affordable price. Water was hot with good pressure. Shower worked well. Self check in details were sent in good time and easy to understand.

Bathroom was a little small but did what it needed to do. The photos suggested a kitchen was available, but couldn't find one, so self catering wasn't an option for breakfast.

It was clean and the room was a good size. Tea tray was well stocked. Nice an quiet so got a very good night's sleep.

No lamp or wall light which meant when you turned the main light off you had to get back to your bed in the dark. Bathroom was a little small and cramped ( although it was very clean and plenty of complimentary toiletries). No name of the hotel outside ( just the house number) so a little hard to find when we arrived.

Lovely apartment and hassle free check in. Nice refreshments.

Unfortunately the main bedroom was damp so the sheets and out clothes ended up damp. It was very cold despite the heaters being in each room. However summer would be great without the damp in main room. The beds where really uncomfortable me and my partner sunk into the middle (I'm only little)

Stayed mon to fri , Clean , great location , 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom looked just like the pictures best hotel we have stayed in while in Blackpool the door codes were easy to use and get into room,lovely view of the tower , shame we didn't see any staff or owners during our stay but we will definitely be back

2 nights out of the 4 another guest was very loud and tv/music till around 1am on the first night obviously not the hotels fault but interrupted our sleep Also staying for a few days we thought if it had a mini fridge it would be absolutely perfect but obviously not a must

Everything was done without staff either by keypad and lockbox on the room door but it worked well just needs a spruce up outside and a sign to tell you it's the hotel inside inside the hotel really good decoration and the carpet was superb. The room was a single but it had everything I needed and more it's own heating as it was March. The room was clean and it was a high standard. There was a sink in the room and it was an original sink with heratige and I liked that. As I'm disabled I was in a lot of pain over the weekend and had to spend Saturday afternoon and evening in my room and it was super comfy with a Chinese restaurant just round the corner also recommended. The loo was just at the end of my corridor so great location and clean. The showers were at the other end of the corridor and really good clean new hot and fantastic.

Nothing it's a great hotel.

The room was nice and nice to see 2 chairs 2 glasses and cups as I don’t understand when it’s a room For 2 people some Hotels only offer 1 chair etc the bed was way too soft for us when I sat on it I thought I was going in the room underneath but then in all fairness we both slept reasonably well great location although spoiled a bit by next door with fag ash lils in pyjamas next door drinking cans in the morning and the odd shouting in the street but then I have to say it is Blackpool great view of the tower and very central to where we wanted to be I know the owner said in a message anything you need just message us but there are some things you don’t want to ask for

There was literally one half of toilet roll and we were staying 2 nights I don’t understand why I should have to ask for more toilet roll there should be at least 3 we went to the costcutter on the corner to buy some more bit embarrassing to have to say to the owner we need more toilet roll and that’s why we don’t ask

close to coral island, and good location to tower, tussauds/sea life centre etc.. parking at end of street - can get busy but we didn’t gave much trouble getting a space. bed was very comfy.

room wasnt overly clean, but it was acceptable. under the bed hadn’t been cleaned as loads of dust. half eaten crisps under chair - obviously not been moved to clean underneath. blind in bathroom was full of dust: bathroom light switch had a lot of plaster dust on top. my son got scared at night with the noise outside. to be fair we live in a quiet culdesac and he’s not used to the noise. earplugs fixed that. strong smell of cannabis from inside on last night. not sure if it was from someone coming in from outside, but it lingers and awful. some stains on bed sheets - looked like blood splatters. but smelt freshly laundered so imagine it’s just stained.
