Big spacious room, clean and tidy tea and coffee facilities. Very close to amenities and staff were friendly and welcoming. Also enjoyed the breakfast there. Had own private bathroom facilities and TV had range of channels as well. Brilliant place would stay again due to staff, location and the rooms are great.

There was the odd bought of noise on Saturday night, Not from this property but from a neighbouring one. But this is probably to be expected on a weekend in Blackpool. And it didn't happen again throughout our whole stay so definitely a one off thing. 🙂

Lovely welcoming by the staff. Anything was clean. The beds were very comfy. Ours kids enjoyed the colouring books and sweets that were left. We enjoyed the snacks and tea in the room. Closely located to the main attractions in the north of Blackpool.

Bit noisy at night but this is probably a normal thing in Blackpool. The lock to our room was very stiff (as pointed out by the staff). Room was a bit small for us (family of 4 with a dog) but manageable. Shame there are not more places like this and more investment to the area as it would totally change Blackpool.

Very bright clean and airy room, good size and shower room good size, condiments, and top ups available, close to all amenities, coral island, beach few minutes walk, car parking 🅿️ across the road, dog friendly, all good 😊

Haven’t to climb up two sets of stairs with my dog whom can’t climb stairs due to his bad legs, by all means this is not the owners fault, I should of enquired firstly, know for next time to have lower floor, 😊

We stayed the night in the b&b after a fulfilled day in Blackpool with the kids. I was pleasantly suprised with the cozy family room and the kids enjoyed their little welcome packs. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady who checked us in, she ensured we had everything we needed. We ordered breakfast to the room in the morning, it was fresh and didn't take long to arrive. Of the many b&b's in Blackpool I'm glad I chose a good one. Highly recommend and a great price too. Thank you for making our stay a good one 😊

I stayed in the room down some stairs it rained this weekend, which made steps slippy, and the a build up of green moss, I went flying 3 steps and hurt myself really badly the lady helped me she washed me new Jumper I just bought for the owner think worth having a look t due to health and safety

Just back from a 1 night stay and what can we say just thankyou so much for a perfect stay. We checked in and got a lovely warm welcome and our room was ready and immaculate when we walked in. They had even put colouring books, colours and sweets for our daughter which was a wonderful touch. There was lots of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, crisps and a kettle and the room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us and my daughter was delighted with the bunkbed and she said how comfy it was. The double bed was amazing, the best we have slept on for a long time and even asked what the mattress was so I'm on the hunt now to get one. There is little touches like a box of tissues by the bed and a hairdryer in the drawers and lots of shampoo and body wash and conditioner in the shower. Great USB ports in the plug sockets too which you dont get at a lot of places. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls.It was lovely and quiet too both in the hotel and the surrounding area considering we were based very central and there wasn't even a peep from the seagulls in the morning which was brilliant. The host couldn't be helpful enough and we will definitely be booking in again on our trips in the future 😊

The communication from booking was excellent, the owners replied quickly and answered all my questions. There was a lovely welcome on arrival and the owner even offered to dry my son's clothes which were soaked off the vahalla ride at the pleasure beach. He took time to chat to us and reccomended a nearby restaurant which did not disappoint. There was welcome packs for the children on each bed, including sweets and activities which made them feel at home and welcome. The room was faultlessly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, central but up a clean side street and no noise at all.

rooms were clean and tidy, complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits, with 2 packets of assorted crisps which was a nice touch. was my birthday whilst there and on returning to our room I had a birthday card and box of chocolates laying on the bed, what can I say..thanks so much, little things mean a lot....always hot water for showers, Double bed was really comfortable, We love coming to blackpool and for sure would book The Bella Vista Lodge ( if available) as it has great staff who are only to willing to give you info on attractions in the area..

Great location, just off Central Drive, close to the sea front, Coral Island and The Castle pub, good value accommodation, clean room, friendly helpful staff. USB chargers next to the bed. Quiet and comfortable for a Friday night. The provided bottles of water and packets of Piper's crisps were a lot better than you get in some expensive chain hotels, very much appreciated!

Location was good, close to where we needed to go. Shower in room was good just a bit grubby around the edges.

Small room, probably could have done with a bit of updating in the room we stayed in. Shower was a bit dirty looking around the edges. Tv in a bit of an awkward position on wall if trying to watch it from the left side of bed as the wall is in the way. Steps a bit steep on entrance (had disabled mother in law with me) she struggled to get up them. Only saw 2 staff members over the 3 days we was there.
