Great place to stay with our 2 dogs. The room was really comfortable with great facilities- added bonus of a dog walking field. The continental breakfast was plentiful with great coffee.

had nice brown bread for toast, with butter and jams for breakfast. Large, secure parking area for my LDV van with recently purchased motorcycle in the back. No light pollution, pitch black when you turned the room light off, great for a good nights sleep and seeing the stars.

As a time served joiner, the quality of fit and finish of carpentry in the room wasn't up to my high standards of craftsmanship, but most people probably wouldn't notice.

EVERYTHING. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely worth the travel from Cornwall. We initially thought the place is too far from Cornwall but everything in this place is just so worth it. The place is so clean, peaceful and not to mention the best hosts ever! From the time we checked in up to the time we leave - we feel like we’ve been taken care of like real families. During our first night, we decided to prepare our own dinner and we were able to get all the stuff that we need. We’ve also had the best time in the play area. This place is just so perfect for a family getaway. We will definitely come back soon - for a staycation this time! PS. Their breakfast is one of the best! Definitely must try!

The lady owner was the most wonderful hostess she could not do enough for you so accommodating and the breakfast was huge coffee ☕ lovely continental very nice everything you could need for a relaxing stay

The heating was off in the day time so the room was cold but that was march so in the summer months it won't affect the stay

Was lovely quiet nice and green area around. I really like the host she looked after us nicely and made sure we had everything what we needed.

A bit of smell of mold in our room ( but was super clean and very comfy beds and room service was done every day. We were excited about gaming room as had everything what we like to play, pool table etc...( especially my 7 year old son was happy)but was very smelly of mold and dirty inside and that was the only think we really disliked.

Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely and paying extra for cooked breakfast is well worth it. The free continental breakfast includes lots of options, so something for everyone's taste. Bed was really comfortable and location was relaxing and peaceful.

The turn to the drive comes up quickly, so listen carefully to your satnav.

Good breakfast but you pay extra for cooked meals and coffee machine drinks. Very friendly and helpful owner who was very welcoming. Plenty of spacing for parking and a barn with some games for children. This is a dog friendly B&B with it's own field to exercise & toilet dogs

No shower in our room - the bath had a shower attachment but no screen or curtain so we had to kneel to shower - but plenty of hot water. Nice rooms & breakfast area with a great attention to detail. We noticed but the bed frame was dirty but only when we were making up the bed and the mattress moved!

Second visit back this year with the kids. Perfectly located, warm and friendly welcome. The room was the perfect size for me and my two children. Paula makes the best eggs for breakfast and the hot chocolate goes down a treat with the kids! Someone thing to see, do it explore in every direction. Surrounded by absolutely beautiful beaches all within a short drive!

The continental breakfast was adequate to keep you going but a little bit uninspiring. Cannot fault the quantity or service though. The Hostess was lovely and friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was immaculate.

Paying for a dog in addition to the original cost as when we but our search into sykes it was specified as including a dog. I do not object to paying extra if the dog does some damage or leaves a mess of any kind but when a dog as as clean if not cleaner than some humans it seems unfair .
