What a property,staff were welcoming,friendly and made your stay the best it could be ,everything was clean ,and all facilities made available to you and everything works as it should ,breakfast was amazing and a lot of choice ,hosts spent time with you and have a lot of knowledge of the area ,it was like you had known them for years ,nothing was a problem ,we have stayed in many b&b’s over the years but none come even close to this one,an ideal model for what a stay should be ,the location is beautiful and ideal for access to sightseeing locations ,we had a wedding at launceston Barton and this property is ideally located for that ,I would personally rate this property well above 5 stars and excellent value for money Thanks for a great stay and we will certainly be looking to come back ,

Nothing at all ,nothing to dislike

The cooked breakfast is a British classic, and this one definitely merged expectations. They have plenty other available options and meet people’s dietary requirements. Numerous selections of light breakfasts available too, especially if you’re not fancying a warm breakfast. We spent most of interactions with Charlene, who’s a lovely, kind hearted person. Very welcoming and very easy to get along with, on our final morning we did meet Colin who was very attentive and asked us if we enjoyed our stay or if there was any in person feedback we could give. Overall, it is a wonderful little getaway, the hosts really do care about you and it’s very pleasant to see. The rooms are very affordable, especially given that most tourist attractions and beaches are within close walking distance and/or driving distance.

Could honestly say there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. The hosts were amazing and give good recommendations for activities in the area, warm and welcoming.

The breakfasts were exceptional, perfectly cooked to order and service was just as exceptional and Molly, Colin and Charlene were the friendliest of hosts, nothing was too much trouble to them and our stay felt like being in a large, comfortable home but without having to do any of the work necessary to keep it to the highest of standards.

Exiting onto the main road at the bottom of the driveway was the only thing we thought could have been improved, maybe by a Caution Concealed Entrance sign, as some traffic appeared to exceed the 30mph speed limit!

Lovely place to stay in beautiful country with amazing hosts. The facilities such as outside verandas with kitchen and guests living room was a bonus especially as we had the hottest weather 31 c for our stay. Tasty breakfast too

Everything was wonderful. The rooms had everything you could need and were decorated so well with lots of personal touches. Breakfast was excellent. The outdoor seating area was wonderful. Couldn't fault anything. Charlie and her parents were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like. You need a car to get the best out of staying here, but we knew that and were quite happy to be in such a peaceful location.

What a great stay Bosvean House from the minute we arrived we was made to feel welcome. We where showed around the property and also given advice on where to eat on the night time The Breakfast we had both morning was was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ especially the fresh egg I highly recommend you staying at the B&B I will be staying again in the near future

Everything was just right. The bedroom, Lounge and Breakfast Room were very nice and comfortable, we had a very good fried breakfast both days and our bicycles were very well and safely accommodated. The location, accommodation and facilities were all very good. Our host was friendly and looked after us excellently

They welcomed us in a very professional manner and explained everything to us. They showed us around the property before we went inside.

There was nothing not to like. They were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They deserve to be graded 10+.

Location, Facilities, Breakfast and room was perfect. After travelling for over 4 months this team and location get 100% from me. The farm-let location is very well equipped and has everything you require to have a wonderful stay

There was NOTHING I could complain about and I am sure if I did the owners would have fixed it immediately! The access road is a little bumpy but its not their issue.

I have just got back from a wonderful weekend in Cornwall, attending my goddaughter’s wedding. I have to say that staying at Bosvean House was a pleasure. Charley and Carl were so welcoming and friendly, I felt really at home very quickly. It was in a lovely location, unfortunately wasn’t able to spend time in the gardens due to rain, but it has a summer house which I would love to explore on a return stay. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing, so much choice! Thank you for helping in making my weekend away absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough and would go back in a heartbeat.
