An exceptionally clean environment, picturesque views and sociable staff who interacted frequently with guests and provided suggested visits and directions to local towns such as Bude and Bodmin. The breakfast was well cooked and presented although it slightly irked the owner when we asked for our preference of well done sausages bacon and fried eggs because his own animals were used for food and he thought being overdone was not conducive to its deliciousness - however, we have a right to choose!

The bedroom TV was disproportionate in size to that of the room - the latter of which was a good size. We had to walk up to the TV screen for it to pick up instructions from the remote control. We could not change channels from the bed.

The breakfast was exceptional, beautifully cooked and presented, a substantial breakfast. There was cereal, fruit and yoghurt, fruit juices, full English, something to suit everyone. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable. Tea, coffee, and water available in the room, plus a fridge with milk and water in outside the room for guests use. There was also a fridge downstairs with wine, chocolate etc for sale. On arrival there was complimentary cake ( lemon drizzle) which was delicious, that was a help yourself basis, a very nice touch. Parking was easy and plentiful. Neil was a very good host and his local knowledge was very good, he was genuinely interested in what you were planning to do during your stay.

we liked everything! how clean it was, it was all well maintained, the bed was comfortable, everything was well stocked and refreshed on a daily basis. it was so quiet at the property. this really was the best place we've ever stayed at! breakfast was scrumptious, the food is of a high standard and the service we received was impeccable The owners are running this B&B like a well oiled machine, but then like a Rolls Royce. (also, Kirsty makes excellent brownies and an even better lemon drizzle cake,which are complementary!!!!!!!!) The other good thing is the location, not only is it so quiet and peaceful there, it is also perfect for trips in Devon, Cornwall and the moors. Beaches are nearby, some nice towns are not too far either. The owners will also guide you in the right direction, giving you idea's for trips, which is really helpful. i have to really point out that we have used quite a few B&B's over the years and we always worry what we might find, there is always something not right and trust me when i say, we have had some awful experiences. BUT....i can't fault this place, it is amazing how nice it is to have stayed here, i have no words,really. We felt sad that we had to leave after 3 days and if i ever go to the west country, i will be staying here again!

The room was lovely with lovely views across the gardens and lake. The bed was big and very comfortable. We had every we needed and more at the B&B. The breakfast was great with a good choice of food and drinks. A very quiet little gem away from everything but close enough to everything, just what we were looking for. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing not to like.

The property and its surroundings are idyllic. The lake in the grounds was an unexpected bonus for the oh. We loved the idea of an honesty bar, and homemade cake on offer when wanted. The room was immaculate and comfortable with all necessary extras. Breakfast was made with all local produce , including bacon , sausages and eggs from the pigs and chicken on the property. The property location is great if you want to visit North Cornwall or Devon We felt all our needs were met and will definitely be back to stay.

This was a first rate B&B with great hospitality, the room was very good and the attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast was one of the best Iv'e had, had and the choice was good. What i really liked was the fridge to cool my food and availabe chilled water.

For me there were no negatives, it was more than was described in the advert.

Leworthy was both comfortable and convenient and was able to accommodate at the last minute. The Breakfast was fantastic with home produced food on the plate. The farm provided for extras if the client would like as no shops locally. There was free cake for afternoon tea which was both a pleasant surprise and tasted very nice.

Farmhouse set within a very quiet and peaceful countryside. On entering the premises it immediately made you feel at home both in decor and the warm welcome by host Neil and Kirsty. The room is impeccably clean and well catered for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Good selection of breakfast. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating host. A highly recommended farm stay.

Nothing to fault

Nice room with an excellent view of the lake. Very friendly hosts and room was very clean and matched description on web site. Large and very tasty full English breakfast. B&B is in rural location surrounded by farmland and so is exceptionally quiet which is exactly what we wanted,

Fabulous quiet location. Warm welcome. So comfortable, relaxing and clean. Perfect hosts, such a varied selection for breakfast. Kirsty is a brilliant baker, Neil is so knowledgeable about places to visit. Amazing view from our room, pigs and chickens outside, a lake and lovely walk. Perfect.
