Location is perfect for city centre stay, house is very spacious, beds are comfy and hosts are lovely and helpful. There's supplies there for tea, coffee, and cereal/biscuits, which were a nice welcome. Would definitely stay again when visiting our daughter

It's extremely cold on the lower floors where shower room is. The old doors front and back definitely need some insulation to help this. Shower tray had a lot of hair in, so it was not cleaned properly before arrival and not sure floors are mopped as our socks became very dirty walking around.

Off street parking. Spacious. Near to town. Access to 2 bathrooms.

It was great to have off street parking but it was a little tight getting in and out. It would have been difficult to have prepared meals as there was very little work surface in the small kitchen . Fortunately, as we were only there 2 nights it was not an issue.

Easy to get parking outside the house, comfortable/convenience/clean house for my family (2 adults 2 children), complete kitchenette for me to prepare dishes, washing machine with dryer (not many accomodation can offer washing machine with dryer), huge bathroom, close to Canterbury attractions eg. Westgate Towers, Old Town, boat punting activity, Cathedral etc. Grocery stores also nearby (can also walk there), wifi.

1. Perhaps could replace the existing TV to smart TV with netflix, youtube 😀 2. The low ceiling and uneven flooring 3. The door entrance which is just close to the street (cant say much as it is the house location 😀 but be extra careful specially family with small kids.

Great place to stay on our visit to Canterbury for our sons graduation. Good communication with detailed instructions. Easy to walk into town where there is plenty of restaurants but also if you wanted to eat at the house you could as all equipped to do so. Spacious.

Couldn't open some of the windows easily.

The area was gorgeous. The cottage has a charm about it that surpasses anything I have ever experienced before. The upstairs bedroom area is perfect. The kitchen has everything. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is quite large. It's a short walk to the town center(10 mins) It was a perfect weekend getaway.

Entry and exit Parking was a bit challenging. Dryer didnt not work

Location was very central. It was within 8 minutes walking distance to Canterbury town centre. It was very easy to get out to other towns. The hosts, Adelle and Sebastian were super helpful and were very responsive in the messaging system. The house was a town house with multiple levels and was quite fun for a family. All amenities were provided and a fully equipped kitchen. Adelle even provided an arrival pack with cereals, water and juice. There was a secure space for parking in the grounds of the house which was really convenient.

Wifi was a quite slow. Only 1 person can log in at any one time. Apart from that, we love the house.

A Combination of a Cold Snap and the heating not having been on for a while meant the property was Very cold On arrival and took a little While to warm up

Location and comfort were great. Plenty of room and great to have 2 bathrooms. Good welcome pack.

Difficult to open keypad box. This will need to be looked at. Flush on en suite toilet needs fixing.

very nice atmosphere, spacious, good location, many extras like an oven and not only a microwave. The living room had comfortable seating for everyone. Walk to the city’s west gate was between 5 to 10 minutes. We came by car, so also appreciated the free car park.
