Convenient location and close to city center, great reception stuff(special thank to SHANI who she provided us a quiet room as requested ), very clean hotel.
I am surprised that the breakfast they provide a waffle maker and waffle mix, but without providing maple syrup! It is appropriate to renew some of the bathroom towels because they have become worn out, old and some of them are damaged!

Great central location to both train stations, close to restaurants and pubs. Clean and new looking room with enough space for the both of us (even with the sofa bed open). Great bathroom with a rain shower head and lots of space. An Iron and Ironing board in the room and hairdryer. One of the few places we stayed that provided tissues. Tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options in the buffet and they were also able to provide gluten free bread, you just need to ask.
I was travelling with my father so we booked a Twin Share. When we arrived there was one bed and one sofa bed, the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Upon leaving the staff did offer me a % of the cost of the room as a refund to apologise. We enjoyed everything else about our stay.

The location was perfect smack in the middle of the city and all the attractions, clean and modern, perfect for a short stay. Car parking is a real issue in Canterbury, but with this hotel parking is a stone throw away at Whitefryers, we parked in the central car park £30 for 24hrs it cost a little more but so easy. All the main shops are a minutes walk away. Christmas is a special time in Cambridge great experience, if you are looking to eat out book in advance. Bar next door to the hotel top notch, get glammed up. Really worth a trip. Thanks to all the team at the Hilton who made our stay so pleasurable.
Nothing it competes well with the more expensive accommodation and in my book beats the more pretentious hoteliers charging extortionate rates for the same amenities and location.

The location is fantastic, right in the main High Street. It's a 30 second walk to shops & restaurants & only 10 / 15 minutes to a lot of attractions. The breakfast was nice & what I would expect for the price. The hotel itself is very pretty.
I felt the room cleanliness was not up to the standard I would expect for the price (albeit I went away during a school holiday so I'm sure the price was probably a bit inflated). There were a few scuffs on the walls & some crumbs on the carpet, the room in comparison to the pristine hotel didn't quite match. Also unfortunately on my first night the shower was cold as well, but it was soon remedied & sorted by staff, I was just unlucky!

The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. We liked the room as the beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good. It was also very quiet in the room even though there were lots of guests in the hotel. The location was excellent as we wanted to explore Canterbury and we could just walk out of the hotel into the town. We were able to return to the hotel for a while and then go out again for an evening meal. This all made our visit to Canterbury really easy.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast but it was not great for my friend who has a nut allergy. There were nuts on the side near the fruit and cereals so she could not have those. We would have liked to have waffles but because everyone was making their own we couldn't be sure the machine was nut free. My friend had toast and jam both days, a rather disappointing breakfast for her. It would surely be a good, easy and safe option to make the place totally nut free and might even attract other people with allergies. TV guide didn't work

We had a very good 3 night stay in February. The hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The room on the first floor was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and we also enjoyed the bar and restaurant facilities at other times. The whole ambience is very pleasant and the location is superb, right in the centre of Canterbury. A short 10 minute walk from the station.
Nothing. We found this an excellent place to stay.

Great location on a pedestrianised street in the heart of Canterbury, The only draw back of this is the expensive car parking in the nearby pay and display, although apparently it would have been much cheaper to park in the park and ride and get the bus into the city. The room was spacious for a city hotel, comfortable bed and sofa, lovely big shower and good size bathroom. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice of different food included in the room rate.
We stayed over New Year and so the hotel was very busy which meant breakfast was somewhat busy and a couple of mornings it was difficult to find a free table and the food was running out and taking some time to replenish. I am sure that at most other times of year breakfast would be a very enjoyable start to the day.

Excellent location right in the centre. There is no parking on site but it’s not too too far away. The smell when you walk in is just lovely, I personally appreciate things like that. The staff were great especially at breakfast! I rate them. Compliment specifically to Poppy (I asked and was told her name). She was fantastic. I asked so many questions and she knew the answers or went to find them out. Honestly made a HUGE impact on my perception of the whole experience. She deserves a reward for her attitude and commitment to her job. 10/10 Generally was very pleasant and the staff are all really nice people!!!
Hiccups around providing a cot for my baby. It wasn’t ideal but thankfully we did bring ours. I recommend you bring your own if you can

Friendly staff, clean room, working facilities, good breakfast, comfy bed. Good standard of hotel.
TV guide wasn't working on the TV and drinks facilities were a little disappointing in the room but they are there. I had requested for something special for a birthday but the hotel didn't do anything for this which was a shame - they had offered some things which were very expensive (alcohol/balloons) which I didn't want - a little note or card which other hotels have done in the past and are a sweet small touch but this didn't happen this time. As I said, good hotel standard but probably a bit impersonal.

The breakfast was good but there could have been quality and choice of bread. I requested veggie or vegan sausages and these came extremely quickly, normally have to wait 5/10mins elsewhere 👍
Upon checking in, told cashless not ideal for all guests - should have the option but said we could leave cash tips though. The cards given did not work initially in the lift, and we had to keep going back as these still did not work and then they sent us to a different lift. Really not impressed with this, as this was the very first impression of this hotel. Very disappointed. Furthermore, the cost of the car charge of £25 is very high. Apparently Premier Inn guests pay £6.
