Booked here very last minute with my husband for New Year’s Eve and luckily we managed to get a room. Kelvin welcomed us with open arms (not literally) and a lovely cup of tea, which was very kind considering there is tea/coffee facilities in the room. Kelvin and Marisol were excellent hosts. Friendly and very accommodating/helpful throughout our stay. Their lovely furry friend Marley too was a delight. The ensuite we had was lovely and big and room perfect size for a short getaway. The house itself was very old and the decor was very well suited. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with more than enough on offer. We hope to return!

Nothing, absolutely worth every penny

Kelvin, Marisol and Emma were welcoming and friendly. We chatted about all sorts and found we had some common areas of interest. Lovely to meet their rescue dog Marley - what a character! My room was comfortable and well stocked with teas and coffees. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice.

There's nothing I disliked about my stay. The town of Sandwich is wonderful. I come from Broadstairs nearby so am familiar with the town but it's nice to walk around the place appreciating the architecture and charity shops.

This is a most interesting house in an historic town. We had engaging conversation with our host, over personal and wide-ranging topics. Breakfast was very acceptable. Perfect range of pubs within a few minutes' walk, some of them even open on Boxing Day!

Replacing a couple of the light bulbs in the bedroom with LED ones would have made it easier to sit and read, especially for people like me who neglected to bring their proper reading glasses with them!

Excellent location, right in the heart of Sandwich; quiet and peaceful, no traffic noise and despite being close to everything, felt really private almost secluded. The hosts were the perfect mix of welcoming, professional, nice little chat without being too much. Very lovely guest, highly recommended.

Yummy breakfast! Lovely vegan options for me, and my OH enjoyed a full English. Strawberries and gorgeous peanut butter were a lovely bonus. Super friendly hosts, very accommodating and helpful. Perfect location made it easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful resident cat appeared for fusses before we left. Window boxes beautifully planted up.

We would like to suggest adding a non slip mat to the amazing walk in shower. It was a bit slippy. Less stable guests may fall in the shower! The floor mats in the bathroom need replacing - and excuse for a nice trip to Dunelm!

Great B&B in the centre of Sandwich. Lovely on-site host - helped us park our car in the near local car park with a provided pass. Extensive breakfast choices beautifully cooked. A real welcome. We stayed in the cottage in the back and our friends were in a room below us. We were cosy and warm on one of the coldest weekends so far this year. Really nice town. Quirky properties and loads of history.

Nothing at all

We decided last minute to extend our stay in Sandwich and chose this wonderful bnb. It was our first bnb experience and the hosts were ever so kind, welcoming and attentive. We really felt at home, the building was absolutely beautiful. We were kindly offered the most lovely big breakfast, and we loved the little additional touches such as fresh milk in our room for our tea and coffee. We will without a doubt be back again and cannot wait.

There was nothing we disliked!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at St. Peter's. Kelvin, Marisol, and Emma were so awesome. They went out of their way several times to make us comfortable and even helped us with some transportation issues. The breakfasts were fantastic. We seriously wish we could have stayed longer.

Kelvin and Marisol were really lovely, and treated us like part of the family. I was there with my two kids and they felt really welcomed and at home. My daughter is a vegetarian and they made her a veggie version of the English breakfast with very tasty veg sausage and asparagus! Meat breakfast was very tasty too! We’ll be back!

Would have loved to have had some extra days to spare!

Sandwich is an Lovely town. The bed and breakfast hosts where really nice and makes you feel welcome, we had a big bed with alot of pillows. In our case we had a shared shower, but the best shower i had ever had.

The hosts have a dog. Which for me was unexeptacly a nice surprise.
