Love coming here. Superb lovely cooked breakfast and gorgeous buffet including scrummy croissants, cereals and fresh fruit and yoghurt, lots of choices. Room beautiful as always, so comfortable and airy. Location absolutely beautiful and so tranquil . Hosts so welcoming, hospitable and friendly as always. Stayed for our wedding anniversary, a little gift to ourselves so very special for us. Dined out at some really good local restaurants locally. Sandwich is beautiful - could live there. Very quaint, pretty walks around the town and by the river. Pretty cafes, we went to Goats That dance, they brought coffee out to us in the sunny churchyard lovely trees and flowers and friendly dogs to pet. Heaven! Oh and fascinating huge craft stalls in the church. Richborough Fort very nearby, is a must, fascinating and lovely to walk around.

All good, nothing to fault.

Never slept so well. The bed was really comfy. The room was very spacious and clean. Very good choice at breakfast. Excellent hosts, very warm and friendly. The grounds were exceptional, sat on the decking and the resident ducks came to say hello. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place this is for you.

The water in the shower could have been a little bit hotter but that’s personal choice.

Would have liked a separate shower in our en-suite as getting into a bath to use the shower is difficult for me. The owner did say, however there is a room in the hotel with a separate bathroom that has a separate shower.. I would book this room in future.. but would be lovely to have the option in the en-suites …. But that’s because I’m a shower person not a bath person… It is a lovely place to stay ..

Everything. Probably one of the best B&B's we've ever stayed in! Beautiful house, rooms and location. We even cancelled another booking and stayed an extra night! The owner was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble.. We'll definitely be back.

Literally nothing!

We were greeted with a friendly welcome to a beautifully furnished house in extensive grounds. Our room was spacious, warm and very comfortable.. Breakfast was an excellent menu of fruits, cooked full fried English or alternatives. There were even crumpets, croissants, hot cross buns and teacakes! A really pleasing stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Would have liked an available socket to charge the phone.

Very friendly greeting from Stacey. Breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfortable.

Booking with an external booking company was probably a mistake as they did not make it clear that our room had a bathroom across the hall. In addition, although there was a key, it was not possible to lock it from the outside which we would have preferred. All other rooms had en-suites and I would never knowingly book a room with a separate bathroom. Stacey apologised and explained that the external company were to blame as they had merely described the room as having a bathroom.

Beautiful, spacious light room with large bathroom. Felt welcomed and looked after by Stacey. Very good breakfast with choice of fresh fruit, cereals and pastries followed by cooked option. The property was surrounded by large grounds with a stream with lots of wildlife. Really enjoyed seeing the rescue donkeys!

The communication with Stacey and the team was clear and cooperative. We needed to arrive early as we had a wedding that day. They accommodated us, for which we were grateful. The two rooms we stayed in were so beautiful. The building itself and the grounds are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A warm welcome greeted us on arrival. The room (which had it's own bathroom) was fresh, clean and welcoming. We had a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. The breakfast (plenty of choice) was lovely, which gave us a great start to the day. The property is set in lovely grounds which are well kept. Another huge plus for this little gem, it's soooo quiet and peaceful. Would I recommend,......Definitely!! 👍

The room was clean and spacious with great views across the surrounding countryside Lots of towels and robes in the bathroom

The duvet was super hot and thick I would have prefer a thinner summer duvet one.
