It was clean and simple which was just what I needed for one night. The best was comfortable & it was nice to have tea/coffee in the room

The TV didn’t work. I tried everything but I couldn’t get it to function properly. There was no solid door (just a glass one) / blind in the bathroom window so the light just poured in at 6am. There was also no black out blind on the main window so it was very bright I was in the little lodges outside which was fine as it was quiet but if there where people in the garden it would have been very loud

We didnt have breakfast as my friend doesnt eat a cooked breakfast and there was no continental option. Room was comfortable and clean in a beautiful village location. Great for a dog as the rooms were situated next to the pub garden so easy to take the dog outside when needed. Super friendly staff and a delicious evening meal

The two single beds were very narrow. Also the loo seat was rickety and the door to the bathroom was a glazed glass, which maybe okay for couples but not two friends travelling together. This door was also broken at the hinges somehow.

this property is amazing, we were greeted with friendly staff and locals in the pub, the room was absolutely spotless, and exactly what you see in the picture which is quite rare, we meet the owners mother the next morning who was a wonderful women, next time we have a trip down the coast we will definitely be coming back, it’s a 30 min drive from broadstairs beach but we’ll worth staying at this location 10/10 for us !!!!

the food was very limited and no breakfast, to be fair we were informed straight away on arrival that this was the case, but the staff were amazing and guided us to local places to eat !!

We had a lovely stay at St Crispin Inn. We both enjoyed the typical English country pub atmosphere. I haven't seen hops in a bar since my youthful visits to pubs. Our room was spacious, clean, and a very comfortable bed. Staff helpful and friendly. Dinner was good with enough options for vegans and vegetarians. We enjoyed our breakfast the next day too. The clincher for us was the dog-friendliness. There is a pub garden which when not in use by customers our dog went off-lead to chase her ball. You can easily walk to the nature reserve (RSPB) which is stunning to visit after dinner or early in the morning.

I was a bit dismayed on arrival to see the flaking paint on the pub external woodwork. This was a shame as despite these first impressions we had an overall great experience!

The bar lady was super friendly and helpful, well mannered and remembered our drinks order, she also commented positively that I had changed my outfit from having drinks to coming for dinner, she saved my hubby an Eaton mess because he wanted to eat it a bit later

Mattress was a bit on a slant at the edges, getting old and not slept on in the middle. The bath took a long time to empty after a shower but we left early so could not report this, just needs noting and looking into

The full English breakfast was presented nicely and there was certainly enough on the plate to satisfy anybody. The evening meal was a special off of the chef’s board which consisted of pan roasted pork chop ( 25mm thick ) with grilled shallots on a bed of bubble and squeak with a mustard and cream gravy, so good I had it again the following evening. All of the meals were served by friendly and attentive staff.

I can’t honestly say there was anything I did not like.

The St. Crispin Inn is a lovely place to stay. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb as were our evening meals. The pub is situated in the beautiful village of Worth and is a great location to explore nearby Sandwich, Deal and slightly further afield Dover Castle and the White Cliffs. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful old pub in a quaint village (Worth) outside Sandwich. I’d intended to stay in Deal and Worth comes under Deal, but this inn’s actually closer to Sandwich. Staying here with a dog, the property had a nice garden. Adjacent to the inn, there’s a direct pathway into Sandwich which only takes 20 minutes, going through beautiful farmland.

The bathroom wasn’t totally clean, a Superior Double, the bath had insects in it and there was a large dead spider on the floor (that had been dead for more than 24 hours). We had booked a table for dinner on arrival around midday, as we needed a table that was dog friendly in the bar, but when we arrived to go to our table in the evening having spent the day in Sandwich, the staff didn’t seem to know about our reservation. There’s a £20 surcharge if you take a dog however there are no facilities for dogs in the rooms. Most places in the UK tend to be the same, only rarely do you get eating/sleeping areas or facilities for your canine companions.

Really clean rooms, food excellent and really friendly staff especially the waitress at breakfast. Had a problem with the shower but the owner jumped straight on it and offered us an alternative place to shower so wouldn’t mark them down on that
