Unfortunately they were not doing food, but the room was lovely, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The shower worked well and there were toileteries there. The towels were enormous and fluffy, not like normal tiny little rough hotel towels you usually get and I only used one. The location was perfect for me as I was performing in the Chapel Bar for Folk Week which was just across the road. Even though the bar was very lively at night, my room was very quiet. The television was easy to use. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk sachets and biscuits and complimentary snacks. Woiuld definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I didnt like.

It's at a perfect location for a short stay in Broadstairs, with restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, and the beach an arms length away. The room itself was surprisingly quiet and allowed us to sleep well despite it being in an area that one could expect to be loud and noisy at night. The interior design follows a clear vision, which was well and thoroughly executed. The room also had conditioner, which is a nice little detail. The host was super-friendly and flexible. The walk-in shower was also great, with hot water and strong pressure.

Only minor nitpicks really: On the surface, everything looked clean, but opening cupboards and looking closely, it could have been a bit cleaner overall. It would also benefit from better storage. There is a large wardrobe, but you can only hang items there, and if you want to unpack your stuff, it felt like you had to 'find' somewhere to put things.

Myself and my partner stayed at the sea lounge accommodation on Sunday 26th February 2025. We struggled to find parking however, Dan was extremely helpful with showing us where we were able to park for free for the night. The accommodation was clean and pleasant. We were originally supposed to stay in a different room but due to the weather we were unable to do so, Dan upgraded our room and we were very satisfied with the upgrade. Sea lounge’s manger (Dan) explained because of the mix up with rooms he would kindly give us some of our money back! This was a very pleasant surprise and overall we had a lovely experience staying at the Sea Lounge. I have 0 complaints and my partner and I would both love to stay again in the near future. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and efficiency in making sure we had a very comfortable stay.

We both loved the central location. The room was clean and well presented. We stayed over the Valentine weekend. The bathroom was large with a massive shower. There were plenty of plug sockets around the room including next to the bed. Our room consisted of 4 full length mirrors on the wall very handy when getting ready. Danny and his mrs (her name escapes my mind...Sorry) the owners were very helpful and kind. The sea lounge bar is well stocked and averagely priced. This was the first time here but definitely not the last. See you soon.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful decor, such a nice feel about the place, it was lovely to go as a couple but would be a great place to go as a group of friends as there is a lovely outdoor area which is exclusively for people with booked accommodation. The owners were friendly couldn't do enough for you & there were nibbles, tea, coffee and water bottles. It was so nice there, we chose not to go out for the evening and stayed there instead!

Only room for improvement was our toilet door didn't close properly.

Great location, spacious suite, first class shower. Embraced the nightclub vibe with quirky black and bling decor. It was quiet though (Weds/Thurs). Very clean and hosts were attentive and friendly. Loved the disco song word pictures. Coffee,tea and nibbles all complimentary.

Garden was disappointing as it comprised an astroturfed thoroughfare. Lack of natural light as privacy into lounge area was overlooked by this so we kept curtains closed. Quality of bed and towels wasn’t great.

The apartment is minutes from the beach, lots of great shops nearby, lovely host, I loved the room and decor and the beds were so comfortable and clean, toiletries provided too, really liked this place! We were early and could leave our bags on the little reception bit while we met with friends and explored the beach and town. The apartments are attached to a bar, which is quite clear on the listing but bear this in mind at nights with live music. My children loved the Elvis tribute act and were dancing in the courtyard at night, I however...😂

Only issue was the WiFi and data didn't work inside one of the apartments, but did work in the patio area, we used the extension cord provided in the rooms and sat in the courtyard when needed to use our phones

It was very central, the room was very spacious had 3 double sockets including two USB Ports and NETFLIX was a Bonus. The beach was directly opposite. The owners owned a bar/kitchen where u can watch the football and music for a boogie in the evening within the premises. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant & they even allowed us to use the showers after we had checked out after spending the day at the beach before going home as there was a room free. They were only a call/text away from answering our questions. We hope we can visit them again in the near future 😊

The big shower head didn’t work but other than that it was perfect.

The hotel is quirky and the owners are super nice and friendly. They are relaxed and chatty. The owners also run a bar which is attached to the accommodation. This was super fun as staff friendly and they had a DJ. We had a great time and would go back. If you want something generic and unfriendly, this is not your stay. If you want something quirky and friendly, this is definitely your kind of place.

Our room was a bit dark, which is nice in the evening and good for a lie in, but the lighting made putting make-up on trickier. Not a big problem just a wish.

Lovely hosts with friendly staff and an excellent location a 2 minute walk from the sea front and local restaurants/pubs. Bed was very comfortable, and in the summer, the terrace would be lovely to sit and have a drink in. We would definitely stay here again. Loved happy hour at the bar. The addition of the carvery coming soon will really add to the quality of this place.

It wasn't particularly noisy, but people staying just need to be aware that the apartments are situated right next to the bar, which in livelier months could be a little noisier. The bar itself, though, is good with buy one get one free cocktails. Needed a curtain on bi fold doors, but it wasn't too big an issue, and like we say, highly recommend this place 😁
