Price was OK and convenient for the concert in margate

Restaurant could have been cleaner. Bits of food al over the floor where we were sitting and I don't think anyone looks down all the tables had a layer of dust around the legs. Hope the kitchen was cleaner.

Spent the Easter bank holiday weekend with my partner to visit the East Coast. Location wise was perfect to visit Ramsgate, Margate and Whitstable. Very easy check in and check out process. The room had most amenities that you need and one thing that really struck me was that the hallways always smelled so fresh and pleasant. The Inn is right in the middle of a huge commercial area so you won't lack for anything, you don't even need to drive as it's right there. Plenty of parking as well which is a huge bonus. We only had dinner on one of the evenings and the food was really tasty as well. I would definitely stay here again!!!

A small fridge would be nice and to be able to firmly shut the windows. It wasn't too windy nor too cold to be a bother.

The room was basic but clean. It had all one needed for a good and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable so had a good night’s rest. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner on one night. The staff were friendly and the meal was delicious. Hotel is in a good location with a shopping centre across the road as well as Stagecoach buses to Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.

No vending machine in the lobby to obtain light refreshments such as water, soft drinks or snacks. Perhaps an ironing board/iron in the room would have been useful but not essential.

Friendly staff. Reception in restaurant across road from hotel but everything was good. Caught the restaurant just as they was closing asking for some teabags for room, the staff were very accommodating bearing in mind they were going home. Hotel room was much better than a rival establishments a short distance away where we stayed previously. Was going to concert at Dreamland, bus stop just across road. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked with good selection at a good price. Will definately stay again if in area.

Pity breakfast wasn’t in price

Immaculately clean, room set up as a twin as requested. Had a bath (which I love!) And a shower over bath. Brilliant location next to restaurant and close to loads of shops. Most important after cleanliness was the security. Was Brilliant, 2 access control doors to enter, so we felt very safe there. Great parking too. Was a 10 minute taxi ride to Margate for the concert, so nice and easy journey. Highly recommended 👌

2 cigarette burns in net curtain Shower head doesn't move, far too high for short people, prefer one you can lift off. Bath mat to stop slipping would be good 👍

we loved it was next to the pub to have your breakfast in the morning, and if you wasn't doing anything in the evening you could just pop over and have a drink or take one to your room.

I know they need the business and to get all coming in , but I don't like dogs in a restaurant, I don't mind if they are with the people that own them and under the table etc , but when you have a big husky dog and it's sat on the long bench sofa's, or someone is feeding the dog from their fork , thank god they go in the dishwasher after.

Rooms and food were excellent

Rooms requested were not immediately available on check in where we were told one room was on the top floor, no lift .after contacting reservations to be told the the promised ground floor was no longer available .We said we would require a refund and wanted to leave ,then after speaking to the reservation at the hotel they suddenly found a second ground floor room ,after the upsetting 1/2 hour we settled in and really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room which was well equipped . Food was great both the morning Breakfast and dinner served by friendly helpful staff. I actually left my Tablet behind. Didn’t realise until 2 days later, contacted hotel via email, got back to me quickly and was easy to arrange to collect the following week which was nice as we got to have lunch in the restaurant 👌🏼

Don’t change a single thing we loved it.

Above average for the price, super clean and well maintained. Edge of town location adjacent to a retail park which was very convenient. As requested out rooms were on the ground floor and staff more than happy for us to park our bicycles in our rooms which was great for security Breakfast not included on our deal but was a very reasonable £22 for three including continental, endless tea/coffee and a hot dish. Enjoyed!
