Price was OK and convenient for the concert in margate

Restaurant could have been cleaner. Bits of food al over the floor where we were sitting and I don't think anyone looks down all the tables had a layer of dust around the legs. Hope the kitchen was cleaner.

Spent the Easter bank holiday weekend with my partner to visit the East Coast. Location wise was perfect to visit Ramsgate, Margate and Whitstable. Very easy check in and check out process. The room had most amenities that you need and one thing that really struck me was that the hallways always smelled so fresh and pleasant. The Inn is right in the middle of a huge commercial area so you won't lack for anything, you don't even need to drive as it's right there. Plenty of parking as well which is a huge bonus. We only had dinner on one of the evenings and the food was really tasty as well. I would definitely stay here again!!!

A small fridge would be nice and to be able to firmly shut the windows. It wasn't too windy nor too cold to be a bother.

Pity breakfast wasn’t in price

Immaculately clean, room set up as a twin as requested. Had a bath (which I love!) And a shower over bath. Brilliant location next to restaurant and close to loads of shops. Most important after cleanliness was the security. Was Brilliant, 2 access control doors to enter, so we felt very safe there. Great parking too. Was a 10 minute taxi ride to Margate for the concert, so nice and easy journey. Highly recommended 👌

2 cigarette burns in net curtain Shower head doesn't move, far too high for short people, prefer one you can lift off. Bath mat to stop slipping would be good 👍

we loved it was next to the pub to have your breakfast in the morning, and if you wasn't doing anything in the evening you could just pop over and have a drink or take one to your room.

I know they need the business and to get all coming in , but I don't like dogs in a restaurant, I don't mind if they are with the people that own them and under the table etc , but when you have a big husky dog and it's sat on the long bench sofa's, or someone is feeding the dog from their fork , thank god they go in the dishwasher after.

Rooms and food were excellent

Rooms requested were not immediately available on check in where we were told one room was on the top floor, no lift .after contacting reservations to be told the the promised ground floor was no longer available .We said we would require a refund and wanted to leave ,then after speaking to the reservation at the hotel they suddenly found a second ground floor room ,after the upsetting 1/2 hour we settled in and really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room which was well equipped . Food was great both the morning Breakfast and dinner served by friendly helpful staff. I actually left my Tablet behind. Didn’t realise until 2 days later, contacted hotel via email, got back to me quickly and was easy to arrange to collect the following week which was nice as we got to have lunch in the restaurant 👌🏼

Don’t change a single thing we loved it.

It was a lovely clean hotel. The food at the pub was excellent and brought out quickly. Good facilities for kids. The staff were all friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay there again.

We had a disabled room as my husband is in a wheelchair and he found the bed a little too high. The sink was quite near to the toilet so couldn't get his wheelchair comfortably in position to transfer. It would have been nice to have had an extra chair in bathroom to sit on after showering for non wheelchair users. We do appreciate all disabilities are different and not all are wheelchair users so it's difficult to adapt a room for everyone, overall we managed, it was one of the better disabled rooms we have been in.

Everything was very cool and clean in there,rooms are pretty warm and nice and i have to give shout out to CHERELLE (one of the housekeepers who was very smiley and patient with us as the kids did not allow me to finish on the exact check out time but she was calm and told me to relax.reception team in the pub were good too.

The only thing i did not like is to contact a staff sometimes it takes long as calls do not go directly to staffs at canterbury bell.what if there was an emergency in the hotel?i think the hotel must have one staff down the hotel or a direct line for quicker services but in all stay was Great!

Room was clean but a little basic. It does have tea and coffee making facilities and was kept well stocked with biscuits. Plenty of free parking and very close (10 yards) the Canterbury Bell pub for meals. It is located on a large shopping complex so close (within easy walking distance) to many other options for eating and entertainment.

Road noise could be heard with the window open but nothing the property can do about that. That said the room was air conditioned. Bathroom generally very clean but walls stained by condensation had not been cleaned. Stayed for the Jubilee Bank Holiday hence the price was inflated, hence I thought it expensive for this class of hotel. Lastly, only 2 floors but no lift could be an issue for the less mobile. If that's you request a ground floor room.
