Really lovely hotel right in the centre of Broadstairs, 2 minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants. The host was lovely with great communication. There was parking on site. Worth mentioning that our room didn’t have a window which was fine for one night (we were in the cheapest one so maybe the others do). They made up for this with great decorating of the room, good lighting, mirrors, air con and an extractor fan. We also really appreciated the coffee machine and water provided, lovely touches that you don’t see very often. Considering the amazing location I think the price was very fair and I’d definitely stay here again. We had a great stay.

Decided to stay in Broadstairs another night and this property luckily had a vacant room. It was a smaller room than the room we stayed in the previous night but well big enough and like the other room, exceptionally clean with beautiful decor and everything we needed. This room did not have an opening window but the air conditioning was brilliant. The rooms are also soundproof so no noise whatsoever. Plenty of bottled water and a coffee machine outside the room which we could help ourselves to. A few minutes to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay again.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was a good size, with plenty of storage to keep everything organized. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great touch for maintaining a pleasant temperature. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring underfloor heating, which added a touch of luxury. There was also a small seating area in the common area, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a light meal. The overall decor was funky and quirky, adding a unique charm to the experience that we really appreciated. We opted for breakfast at the property since most places on the high street were closed for Christmas. While the breakfast was tasty, the portions were a bit small. Overall, it was a lovely stay with thoughtful amenities, and we would recommend it for a cozy and stylish holiday.

The parking is very limited and can be troublesome for a larger vehicle. There is some free parking in Broadstairs but not close to the property. I didn't have an issue parking since it was quiet when I stayed there.

Proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very cozy. Had coffee and tea sachets, free hot drinks and water from conservatory. Air con unit a dream in the summer. Little bit of breakfast in the morning chosen by guest. All shops etc Take cash and cash is preferred by 95%. Although sharing the actual property, the room felt very private.

Underfloor heating in bathroom wasn't working, TV not connected to internet so no Netflix or Amazon to watch in bed. Air con unit was temperamental in pushing out warmer air - stayed in October if anyone is wondering why warm air

The bed was so comfy. The room was quiet. The tv enormous! Lots of space in the room and if you have friends or kids it is perfect. Phoebe was so sweet and communicable. The room was super warm and easy to change the temp. I think it is the best shower I have ever had!!!! the water pressure and spray was amazing. And having somewhere to park was great as it is not common in this area.

Having to close each blind was a bit of a pain...and not being able to have any open curtaiins since the front view is right onto the street... for privacy and light, not idea. I also wished that poached egg had been an option. Plus on first day I would have loved to heat up some soup I had made for my post-long road trip but there was no microwave in the kitchen area and no bar fridge in the room.

Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.

The hosts were extremely accommodating I arrived early to attend a family baptism. They made me so welcome I will definitely stay here again and have suggested my family recommend to visiting friends. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious with stunning lighting and underfloor heating. Great location close to the sea and fab coffee shop opposite. The big bonus having a car parking space as I struggle with parking Apps.

The room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfy. My husband loved the coffee machine out in the hallway. The bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The bathroom had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and as it was a very hot weekend the air conditioning was really appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here. 5 minute walk to the beach , bars and restaurants. So it was a great location.

Ask yourself where can you find a palace in the centre of Broadstairs with free parking.....well here it is. A big, well appointed room with a modern bath/shower room attached. A superb facility less than 5 mins walk from the sea. The room was very clean, air conditioned with a mirror the size of a door which comes in handy when your dressing up for a wedding. Beautiful reproduction period furniture. In the morning a breakfast box was delivered to our door which included fruit juice, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries coffee & tea. Only stayed for one night. But we will return. Thanks so much

Excellent location. Clear, timeous instructions on how to access the property. Very clean. Bathroom superb. Coffee machine (delicious hot chocolate 😁) in entrance hall.

Stayed in room 2. Very small room; whilst adequate storage & space for us, there is one high window to allow natural light, but doesn’t open. Air conditioning provided some relief from heat but room still felt very stuffy and smelled quite musty.
