Decided to stay in Broadstairs another night and this property luckily had a vacant room. It was a smaller room than the room we stayed in the previous night but well big enough and like the other room, exceptionally clean with beautiful decor and everything we needed. This room did not have an opening window but the air conditioning was brilliant. The rooms are also soundproof so no noise whatsoever. Plenty of bottled water and a coffee machine outside the room which we could help ourselves to. A few minutes to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay again.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was a good size, with plenty of storage to keep everything organized. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great touch for maintaining a pleasant temperature. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring underfloor heating, which added a touch of luxury. There was also a small seating area in the common area, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a light meal. The overall decor was funky and quirky, adding a unique charm to the experience that we really appreciated. We opted for breakfast at the property since most places on the high street were closed for Christmas. While the breakfast was tasty, the portions were a bit small. Overall, it was a lovely stay with thoughtful amenities, and we would recommend it for a cozy and stylish holiday.

The parking is very limited and can be troublesome for a larger vehicle. There is some free parking in Broadstairs but not close to the property. I didn't have an issue parking since it was quiet when I stayed there.

Proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very cozy. Had coffee and tea sachets, free hot drinks and water from conservatory. Air con unit a dream in the summer. Little bit of breakfast in the morning chosen by guest. All shops etc Take cash and cash is preferred by 95%. Although sharing the actual property, the room felt very private.

Underfloor heating in bathroom wasn't working, TV not connected to internet so no Netflix or Amazon to watch in bed. Air con unit was temperamental in pushing out warmer air - stayed in October if anyone is wondering why warm air

The bed was so comfy. The room was quiet. The tv enormous! Lots of space in the room and if you have friends or kids it is perfect. Phoebe was so sweet and communicable. The room was super warm and easy to change the temp. I think it is the best shower I have ever had!!!! the water pressure and spray was amazing. And having somewhere to park was great as it is not common in this area.

Having to close each blind was a bit of a pain...and not being able to have any open curtaiins since the front view is right onto the street... for privacy and light, not idea. I also wished that poached egg had been an option. Plus on first day I would have loved to heat up some soup I had made for my post-long road trip but there was no microwave in the kitchen area and no bar fridge in the room.

Beautiful little boutique B&B right in the heart of Broadstairs. Our room was plush; lovely shabby chic funiture, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast, which you order the night before then delivered to your room in the morning, was delicious. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a conservatory, with a free coffee machine and water bottles which you can help yourself to. You can also take your breakfast into the consevatory, if you would rather eat your breakfast in there. The location is very central, a 5 minute walk to Viking Bay beach, attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a parking bay allocated for each guest at the B&B, which is very handy not having to worry about parking. A gem of a place with a fabulous location. No complaints, would definitely return.

The hosts were extremely accommodating I arrived early to attend a family baptism. They made me so welcome I will definitely stay here again and have suggested my family recommend to visiting friends. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious with stunning lighting and underfloor heating. Great location close to the sea and fab coffee shop opposite. The big bonus having a car parking space as I struggle with parking Apps.

Ask yourself where can you find a palace in the centre of Broadstairs with free parking.....well here it is. A big, well appointed room with a modern bath/shower room attached. A superb facility less than 5 mins walk from the sea. The room was very clean, air conditioned with a mirror the size of a door which comes in handy when your dressing up for a wedding. Beautiful reproduction period furniture. In the morning a breakfast box was delivered to our door which included fruit juice, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, pastries coffee & tea. Only stayed for one night. But we will return. Thanks so much

I needed a place near where my son and his family were staying in Broadstairs. This place was ideally located within the town, and made it easy for me to engage in the family activities that were planned at the beach and in the town. Access to the property was good, and I was not disrupted during my stay. The furniture and fittings were more than adequate for the night that I stayed. It was nice to be able to use the common room overlooking the street to eat my breakfast, rather than having to eat it in the room.

The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom exceptional, it has underfloor heating and little fairy lights in the floor, with a lovely bath which I could not resist using. We were up graded from the cosy double I had booked to the deluxe double. We were on a 2 night break in the New Year and no one else seemed to be staying at the hotel which was lovely as no disruption from other guests. You complete a form for your breakfast requirements the night before and it is delivered to you at your requested time the following morning. You can eat it in bed or in the cosy conservatory, which is where the 24hr coffee machine . Coffee was heavenly! It is only a 100 yard walk to Viking bay, you come out next to the Charles Dickings pub, which has a lovely view over the bay. We would also recommend the gourmet Fish restaurant on the adjacent side. Will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here, considering it was an economy room, it was excellent. We were in Room 4, ground floor, it was bigger than expected, lovely bathroom, although we found the shower too hot and could not manage to cool it down, but hey better than cold! The continental breakfast delivered outside your door in the mornings was nice. It all certainly met out needs. We found it a bit expensive, but then it's Broadstairs, everythings expensive. Great bonus having parking. Great location, close to everything.
