Location was great for us as we wanted a few days at West Wittering Beach. The cottage itself was lovely, clean and had everything you needed, even some milk left for us in the fridge. There were 2 bedrooms, 1 x double bed and twin beds in other bedroom. Sofa bed in living room was very comfortable and extra bedding was provided on request. We also took the hosts up on the many food spots they recommended, The Bull's Head was absolutely lovely with great portions. Kids loved the animals on site, especially the alpacas and donkeys. They also made good use of the trampoline and playground. They didn't want to leave the place. Will definitely be staying here again!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like or enjoy. If you're planning to work etc, the wifi and the general signal wasn't great. But this wasn't a problem for us as we're not glued to our phones and we're glad if the opportunity to spend some quality time with the kids

The cottage was gorgeous and very spacious, and it was great exploring the farmland.

Heading out for walks to the local towns, there are no walking paths for a while. It can be quite a busy road, so definitely can't do the walk at night.

A fantastic place to stay- the kids loved meeting the animals, bouncing on the trampoline and playing on the climbing frame- it was a challenge to get them to leave! The cottage was cosy, comfortable, well equiped and clean.

Minor minor detail but would have been a bonus to have a box of jigsaws/board games/toys. Also a coat stand/boot rack or something like that would have been useful but these are all minor details! The WiFi was unreliable during our stay which was frustrating at times.

Nice location, feels remote yet 5mins drive from the town center. The farm is small but well maintained. Boating on the lake was fun ! Tennis court is a bonus.

Everything is self-serviced, the host didn’t bother to show up.

The property was warm, modern and well equipped. There was also a lovely welcome pack of fresh eggs, milk, cereal, jams and coffee.

beautiful location and house. we were only there for one night but plan to come back as it was so nice! owners sent a list of recommendations before we arrived, we walked to the Crown and Anchor which was a beautiful walk. wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

Property was fresh and clean (except under lounge sofa beds and cushions we found crisps and crumbs). Nicely set out and presented beautifully. Bathrooms immaculate.

The setting is idyllic - the cottage is within a large farm with alpacas and donkeys roaming around and lots of other animals to see. There is a tennis court and a beautiful lake with a small rowing boat to go out on. The hosts were super friendly.

The cottage is fairly basic but comfortable. The wifi was terrible!

All the little extra touches such as dressing gowns, eye masks and lovely welcome basket in the kitchen. Lovely having all the animals on our doorstep as well to visit.
