Charming house close to town centre. We had a twin room and the beds were so comfy. Very clean, fresh and loads of natural light. Steve went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Really lovely breakfasts prepared by Steve. A natural host.

Only slight issue was the en suite shower. Really small space but, in fairness to Steve, he mentioned this when he brought us to the room. We were still able to use it for our needs.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the centre. Smashing hosts Steve and Fiona, not forgetting lovely Monty the dog. Steve cooked us a great cooked breakfast, oj, cereal, and yoghurts available. Comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Had trouble angling the shower head but didn't affect our stay in the slightest.

The location of Cherry End is excellent, just a short walk to the city, and with good parking that facilitates motor access to the surrounding area - Bosham, Goodwood, Arundel, Amberley etc. Steve is a very cheerful and helpful host. We already have dined at The Ivy in Chichester, but Steve introduced us to Purchases, another very good restaurant. He went out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was light clean and spacious. The breakfast was substantial and cooked to order. We enjoyed both breakfasts we had, and were fortunate to share them with two very different but entertaining couples. We certainly will be returning to Cherry End when we go back to Chichester.

Street parking is right outside, but the curse of parking wardens was always in the back of our minds. Fortunately, Steve is an experienced and vigilant host and kept us out of trouble. With his help this was not really a problem, I just hate the idea of parking wardens, I guess! The bathroom was a little smaller than we'd like, but again this was not really a problem.

Very accommodating and friendly, made us feel welcome. We arrived early and the room was ready for us to check in. Very close to the city centre. Parking was easy although we were lucky to find a space right outside. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast with our dietary needs catered for. With Monty the little dog making us feel at home.

Not much to criticise. The only minor gripe was the fiddly adjustment of the taps for the shower but got the hang of it fairly quickly.

We received a warm welcome from the proprietor. Our room was comfortable and we had a good breakfast. The property is well located for the city centre, bus and rail stations in a quiet street.

The shower room was small but adequate. The television was also small and a little hard to see from the beds at the other end of the room.

Steve was a friendly and helpful host. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also quite large. The location was excellent. Set in a quiet side street walking distance to the town centre. The WiFi was good. I highly recommend a stay at Cherry End.

Brilliant location, great host and comfortable room, with cooked breakfast made as you like it. Felt really welcoming and relaxing thanks to Steve. Literally 5 minutes walk from city centre. Would absolutely stay there again. We liked the fact that it’s deliberately a place with just two rooms, as that made it feel personal.

Nothing really - parking is in the drive of the house, so your reversing skills on the narrow street will get an outing. But that’s well outweighed by the convenience.

Fiona & Steve are a very welcoming couple, so friendly, that we felt like being friends for years. Super breaKfast, very helpful in what to do in and around Chichester - Fiona is a perfect guide. Thank you for meeting you 2 !

A lovely place to stay. Kind, helpful host, comfy bed, plenty of space, good breakfast. Quiet location yet within easy walking distance to central Chichester. And Monty the dog is super cute! Recommended.

Location was perfect quiet but central to the city and buses. Parking was available at the property The hosts were really helpful and friendly and accommodating The twin room was comfortable and big enough although the en-suite shower was a bit small.
