Easy to find, close to the beach and town centre. Parking at the property was a bonus. Hosts were very helpful when we needed to speak to them and they swiftly sorted out an unexpected problem. Rooms were light, airy, clean and well equipped. The communal kitchen area was clean and tidy.

There were a few small housekeeping niggles - a loose bathroom shelf and toilet roll holder. The shower hose leaked at the connection to the shower head and the fan cover for the extractor fan in the bathroom could do with a hoover. All will be easily sorted and it didn't spoil our stay.

Good communication with the owner, the property had free off road parking. The room was very clean with nice modern decor, a coffee machine, plenty of plug sockets and mirrors. Soft towels and shower gel provided. Great value. It’s about a 20-30 min walk to the seafront and on a safe road. Good that there’s a kitchen and washing machine if you need them. We didn’t use but I can see it would be handy if staying for a few days.

Just a couple of minor things to fix - the middle blind was broken so we left it closed. The tap in the bathroom was loose but still worked. There are scuff marks on the wall by the bed, perhaps the owner could put a scuff proof panel to stop this happening, not a major thing! It’s quite a noisy location due to the road, take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Lovely room, very clean with anything we needed plus access to a garden /patio area. I arrived with my 7yr old by train and the property was easy to get to by foot with an easy walk to the river arun and beachfront bed and pillows were super comfy.

Internet wasn't great - more of an issue of keeping daughter entertained than anything (even using my mobile as a hub wasnt possiblle due to the reception) and the gravel drive made it difficult to roll my suitcases to the door which was a struggle on my own. A blind at the back door would be good to help keep the early sun out. But these are more observations than complaints.

We arrived a bit earlier and the cleaners greeted us and said our room was all ready so that was nice we was able to off load our luggage before meeting our family nearby They have a great downstairs kitchen / dining room and outdoor space that is fully equipped and your welcome to use We met another couple there Herman and Annie from Belgium lovely and I just thought it was a nice touch to have the communal space.

If I had to be picky we had no drawers in room for clothes and no hangers on back of door to hang coats and a shelf to put your brew on in the morning would of been handy But that’s just me nip picking Loved our stay

The location was good for me, as I had a business meeting not far away the following morning. For a quick overnight stay it was good. The room was pretty clean, apart from marks on the wall, but the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

There are only two bean bags and a small stool in the room. It would benefit from a proper chair to sit in. I was in room 6, where the bed is in an alcove and it was not convenient to keep climbing on the bed, particularly as I am quite a large person.

Parking, entry arrangements, quality towels, comfortable bed, nice crisp clean bed linen, excellent tv and good tea and coffee. Good kitchen and facilities.

The toilet roll holder, tap and shelf above the sink were all loose. The skirting around the shower was badly marked. One day's work from a local tradesman and plastic skirting would make this an 11 out of 10 facility. That said still a great place to stay.

Immaculate cleanliness, great location, very comfy bed and great bathroom. Very nice place to stay and would definitely stay again but in a different room.

Found it very hard to stay asleep when it got light in the mornings as the room we stayed in was very bright. (No curtains or decent blinds) and also wouldn't recommend room 7 that is directly next to the kitchen. Lots of banging from other guests quite early which woke as up a few times. Would have preferred a room upstairs, away from the kitchen.

the room was lovely and clean . the communal kitchen had everything you need . plenty of parking, very central and easily accessible.

the little bar fridge did not work , I tried to set it colder but it did not get cold. could you possibly put extra toilet roll in one of the cupboards as we needed more. and possibly an extra duvet, as our first night was really cold and we were not sure how to work the heating out.

Great location close to the town centre within 10 mins walk. Lovely furnished large studio apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen dining area and access to lovely private shared patio. Really brilliant shower and the most comfortable bed ever! great host, easily available whenever required. Excellent value for money... 5 stars!! thoroughly recommend.

All perfect, but perhaps a blind/curtain to cover the glass back door if you don't want to wake early with the sunshine!

Location, smart TV, spacious. Friendly and helpful housekeeper. Owner easily contactable. Bed comfortable, pillows lovely! Great for a short or overnight stay.

Clearly designed for the young. Beanbags but no chair. No ordinary tea bags or coffee sachets. No blind in the bathroom, despite the room facing the main road. Another blind broken. I gather deluxe rooms have a sofa. My room was a last minute booking.
