We stayed here for 2 nights whils visiting family. A very central/good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the family meal that was booked for the Tuesday evening. would definately book again when next visiting family in Littlehampton.

The only negative was the shower. Had to wait quite a while for the water to eventually come hot enough to take a shower. I bordered on getting dressed to notify staff when the water eventually started to feel as if it was starting to heat up. once it reached temperature the shower was very nice. Tip, allow an extra few minutes for water to run hot when allowing time to get ready lol.

On arrival the staff were superb helping with checking in and explaining the surrounding area for things to do. The room was exceptional on everything, comfy bed with perfect sleep and the bathroom was very clean and had every item required. The staff in the food and drink area very helpful and polite. The breakfast we had prior to leaving was absolutely fantastic and would like to say a special thank you to the chef as it was 100% lovely food. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to returning very soon.

The room I stayed in with my partner at The Arun View Inn was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was great with the free standing shower. The staff are amazing with a great customer service provided, the food in the restaurant was very delicious and the choices of drinks were good. I would highly recommend people to stay here as it's in a prime location, with a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the town centre and on a main train and bus route.

The staff we lovely, freindly and helpful. It was walking distance to the town, beach and the train station was even closer 5 - 10 minutes walk. We had breakfast and the service was good, breakfast tasty and great value for money.

The only negative point was I had was with the window in the room when open it you cannot make stop opening all the way....so I had to be careful with a playful toddler around and had to keep it closed. Apart from this everything was brilliant.

Fab location riverside with panoramic views of the river, bridges, boats, swans etc. Room very clean and comfy. Plenty of teas and coffees. Shower superb with plenty of hot water. Very welcoming staff, we arrived 8:15pm after a long drive and the lovely bar and restaurant staff welcomed us and within 20 minutes we were tucking into a super roast dinner with a couple of lovely pints. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and quantity. We’ll be back.

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff who were chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and an equally lovely restaurant menu.

Not many negatives. As someone who has mobility issues ( walks with a stick) it was a bit difficult at times the only access to bar/ breakfast being either across a flat roof, and down steep steps or having to enter by walking behind the bar. Its not always easy to go behind the bar at busy times. I also feel handrails both sides on outside access steps would be beneficial as the steps are steep and slightly slippery. All of the bath towels & also the bath mat were changed daily,whilst its a lovely service, personally i think this isn't needed. Not very environmentally friendly, maybe give customers the option?

Great location. Next door to the train station and a short walk into the town centre. Ideal if you're travelling by train as I was. Very quiet rooms.

The hotel is spotlessly clean but the decor could do with a refresh and updating. I'm being very picky there but it's a lovely hotel. Some other guests may wonder why there are cups and saucers and not mugs for the tea and coffee. Little things like that seem to matter to some people.

It’s an old Inn full of history. Although the building is old, the accommodation was modern, fresh and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the bar overlooking the river - the setting and the food was lovely. The Inn was about a 7 minute walk from the town centre, so nice and central. We’d definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn’t like, it was great for us. Worth mentioning though that it’s on a fairly busy road and near the train station, so it’s not quite a peaceful setting, but it didn’t bother us even though our room was on that side of the building. The other side of the Inn is right on the river, so if there are rooms that side they might be a quieter option.

The location was just right as we met family on the beach. The dinner was excellent service was quick friendly. Loved the old bar was quaint and had good service. The breakfast was amazing, well cooked and presented nicely. Had to ask for decaf tea for the room and was sorted immediately The room was airy and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was just right. All was clean and tidy.

The only thing was the very steep stairs 2 flights to get to the room and we found it a little bit difficult as we both have bad knees.

Hotel is positioned on the lovely river arun the food is amazing and the breakfast great value for money it's a great base if you want to visit Brighton or Chichester or gun wharf. The staff are amazing and are happy to sort you out a pack meal when you are going out for the day 😀 I am going back next year for a longer trip

I'm really don't want to be negative but our room overlooked the railway station and main road so a bit noisy, but if you have been out for the day you just zone out it certainly didn't spoil our trip
