The warm hospitality of the hosts, they were wonderful people and made us feel like house guests. The breakfasts were superb, everything you could wish for - cereals, toast, cooked breakfast and fresh fruit and yoghurt. Our room was large with king size bed which was very comfortable, clean bright and airy with views of the lovely gardens. We would definitely go back again and recommend to others.

Nothing - it was the perfect stay ….

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It felt like a home from home, and Matt was the perfect host. He was waiting for our arrival and also welcomed us back each evening. He made sure we had everything we needed for the best stay. The location was a short drive from Crieff which is where we based each day.

Wonderfully helpful & considerate hosts. The room had all we needed, spacious, clean & comfortable. We really loved the cooked breakfast each day too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Isobel & Mat. Keen to return sometime soon!

Great breakfast. Home from home, 1st class accommodation and very friendly welcome. Matt was brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Would gladly stay again and recommend to anyone. (Only one thing wrong they would not let us bring little Poppy home with us their dog)x

Good location in a beautiful part of Scotland. Very warm welcome from a friendly host and hostess. Good size bedroom. Both room and en-suite were clean, and bed(s) were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Car parking secure and easy.

It is hard to think of anything that could be improved! The only minor thing that comes to mind is that had we wanted to spend time in the room, for example, watching TV - the upright chairs might not have been comfortable enough for 'lounging'.

Access was easy through aotomatic gates to a sufficient car parking area. The room was comfy with a view of part of the well maintained and planted garden. The breakfast was, as requested, sufficient and tasty With our host giving sufficient and suitable advice on the area . We were allowed to return to the room whenever wished throughout the day (very useful when preparing for an afternoon party).

Everything! Lovely, quiet, room that was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast: Lovely selection of fresh fruit and muesli and the cooked was delicious and plentiful. Our hosts Matt & Isabel were outstanding, so friendly, cheery and took care of us so well, nothing was a problem. Thank you for an amazing stay. We'll definitely be back!

The property is located in a beautiful area,the owners are very nice,the breakfast offered was excellent so everything was good.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was fine for me although I am not a driver. Bus stop was very close by. The garden and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Matt & Isabel are exemplary as B&B owners, they are so accommodating and clearly wish everyone to feel at home.

There was nothing that I could possibly dislike.

Exceptionally clean. Fabulous garden. Ideal for touring the area. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed and hot shower. TV. Excellent cooked breakfast and lots of fresh fruit for breakfast. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable.
