Safety lockable room in section were also lockable very basic but good kitchen facilities everything you would want to do your washing stuff in your fridge there is a freezer so no point at all that was very good and I had medicines. I needed to keep the fridge so that made it even better grandpa so I mean for the money I don’t know what people will expect, but I thought it was good price especially what I’ve been paying other places on the way around around Scotland and England England so I would use one of those any time again, and I have a disabled room and that had all the facilities for a disabled person which I thought was brilliant
Funny enough I thought I’ve missed the TV but I didn’t. I just looked on my phone instead I looked at different things with the book. There was places to eat not too far away. The campus itself was really nice, all the days of the old school days my God it’s so much better now when I was in a ground floor apartment so it was good for me being semi disabled as well I’m 78 not a youngster, but I thought it was really good. I would recommend it to anyone. Just remember you don’t have no TV bedding his basic get one pillow navy blue so I suppose it don’t show the stain but it’s all washed and clean. I can’t find anything wrong with it to be honest with you so enjoy your trip whoever uses it next.

What a lovely place to stay, great location, freandly staff and so helpful, nice room with a very clean en suite, cumfy bed and a work station / table in the room also, kitchen facilities are available, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and there's evan an iron, just like home really, Plenty of space to park your car for free, It's a nice 15/20 min walk into town or there's a bus stop at the entrance to the college, really good accommodation at a fantastic price, definitely recommend this place.

Clean room and they have laundry facilities which I really liked very helpful when travelling Staff very helpful Nice location as quiet and large car park Please bring your own towel though as they do charge 3.00 a towel payable by cash. Cleanliness and comfort was really good so housekeeping do a good job Building is secure via a fob key so to get to the bedroom you have to go via two doors with the fob and bedroom has a key, very safe
Mybe please keep some 10ps for the washing machine and tumble dryer at reception and spare change Washing Machine costs 3.10 a wash and 1.90 for the tumble dryer cycle but does not give change and reception do not have change to give. Can not pay by contactless

The bed sheets were clean, the mattress ok, good curtains, so I had a good rest. The kitchen + shared space was in good condition, really clean, with a wee patio great for warm evenings. The reception staff were friendly,. Luckily, the other guests were lovely people. All in all, good value for money and there is a good chance of having interesting conversations with fellow guests.
There are some improvements that wouldn't require much effort: the furniture in the room should be wiped closer to the check-in day - I had to give the table and shelves in my room a wee wipe because they were dusty (not dirty or sticky), and the same applies to the toilet seat (I had to use wet wipes). Not a negative, as I had my own towel, but others should note that towels are an additional £3 each.

For starters, this was a bargain find in Perth. I was interested in touring the city and the hostel is actually a full apartment block for university students. Check-in was responsive, painless, and I was able to park my motorbike for free. Facilities came with everything, including a private room with ensuite toilette and shower, fast wifi, a full kitchen, balcony, and secure electronic locks. I really enjoyed my stay here and couldn't fault anything with the hostel.
Can't really complain about anything. If anything, there was a big spider in the kitchen due to someone leaving the sliding glass door to the patio open, but he/ she was well-behaved. Hostel is also roughly 25m from the city centre, but just 5-10m away from convenience stores and supermarkets, so it more than made up for it. That's really it.

Cheap and cheerful room, close to the city centre, most facilities in good working order, fully equipped kitchen if you needed it. Friendly helpful staff member checking people in. Free car parking on site, which was very close to the block I was in. All of the communal areas were very clean and kept tidy at all times. Comes with bedding, which I know some hostels don't, so that's a bonus.
The mattress would slide down the bed frame, only a minor inconvenience, the wardrobe door in my room was broken, leaving it unusable, not great if you're staying more than a couple of nights. The bedding had a slight musty smell but a little spray with febreeze and it was okay

Staff was awesome. Especially the manager. I'd left my cell phone behind and they managed to keep it for me and put it in the mail. Price is awesome for safe, clean and comfortable room. Especially considering you have a shower, sink and toilet in your room. Nice views from room and kitchen/common area.
Bring a mini fan - a little warm on the top floor even in just average warm weather. Not much air flow. Leave bath fan on at all times. Sheets not very comfy, but bed was. Bring a bottom sheet. Limited bus service so prepare for a walk or taxi if coming home late.

Location was superb. Bus stop right outside on the main road that could take us in to town. Plenty parking. Rooms clean. Access to shared kitchen with a lovely seating area and balcony. Plenty sockets. Spacious. Nice pressure in shower. Heated towel rail. Staff friendly and helpful in getting me numbers for taxis later on.
The only teeny tiny thing that I have to pick for this is that there were no bedside lights.

My expectations in booking a hostel, even though it was a single-occupancy room, were fairly low, so I was more than happily surprised by the set-up at Perth UHI Hostel. A corridor with only 4 rooms on it, a shared kitchen/lounge facility with all the appliances and utensils needed and, being on the top floor, a good view from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for more, and the staff were very approachable and helpful with all my enquiries. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room was very spacious with lots of places to store your luggage. I had a private bathroom with a shower.vrry clean and tidy. I would recommend staying here it is very good value for the money. The negative comments are just my personal needs.
i needed an extra pillow which would have been helpful as I needed to be propped up a bit. The bed was uncomfortable. There was also a green light on all night and I had to block the light coming in through an inch gap at the bottom of the door. Doors were noisy being shut.
