Breakfast was wonderful. Ladies who worked in hotel where friendly and wonderful. But one MSN spoilt it for me. Shocking manners.rude butting into conversation. Old lady travelling alone. Asked for information about bus stations. Arguing with me about Perth not having 2 bus stations. I got off bus main bus station. But walked for ages with heavy suitcase..there is a mini bus station where I could only get bus to hotel. Plus day before I was leaving I went back to hotel with my friends as they came through to celebrate my birthday. I wasn't meant to leave until Tuesday but chamber maids did my room. With all my belongings still in room. Ridiculous. Then one friend asked young girl at reception about maybe a little refund as I was leaving 1 day early. So rude man at reception interrupted conversation yet again. Chamber maids away home so can't get a refund. What exactly has that got to do with it. I loved hotel was going to ask if more holiday inns. Elsewhere. I bought a kettle for hotel room and I was buying bottle water for kettle. He was nasty yet again as I said am not drinking bathroom water sorry for really long message thank you
A gentleman at reception. I shouldn't even call him a gentleman. Disgusting behaviour shouldn't even be working in the hotel industry. Every ladies even the cleaners where wonderful

Our first time staying at a Holiday Inn. Great place to stay, from entering the building we had nothing but friendly staff. The room was big, the bed was huge but best of all spotlessly clean. We had a fan in the room along with all the other essentials like kettle, coffee, tea, milk, iron and ironing board. Asked for extra pillow and no problem at all. The shower was great and again spotlessly clean bathroom. Good tv so no complaints. Down stairs in reception and dining area had the best air con ever! Fantastic breakfast the full English breakfast or cereal. Bar staff lovely for a wee evening drink. Enjoyed our two night stay.
Not accepting cash.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff closely followed by super clean rooms and fabulous fresh breakfast . The lady on reception was very helpful and the breakfast staff were attentive ,checking all the food was topped up and tables were cleared . The beds were comfortable , the shower was powerful and we slept very well with no noise outside.Could not rate this hotel any higher . Thoroughly enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price . Thank you .
The rudeness of some guests which was handled in a professional and firm manner by the reception staff . No need for such an attitude from some folk especially when the staff did everything to ensure a pleasant stay. Well done for keeping your cool I hope the management appreciate you all .

This hotel offers good value for money and is ideally located if you're using Perth as a stopover as we headed to the NC500 route. Rooms were modern, clean with comfy beds and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy, and we'd definitely stay there again.
Breakfast was disappointing. Selection and quality was as you'd expect for a Holiday Inn Express i.e. not a wide selection, but good staples of continental and full-breakfast options. The tables were far too close together, and the buffet area too small for the number of guests. The hot buffet took too long to refill as we landed at peak time, and constantly checking back over a 20min. I had to give up on some food options which were still empty, so overall it wasn't the best breakfast experience.

Loved how easy the hotel was to get to off the A9. Free parking. The room was very clean, and the sofa bed was already set out for us with bedding. Fan, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, suitcase stand, and TV in the room with a place to hang clothes too. Dove hand-wash, body wash, and shampoo provided. You can also ask for toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor, shaving gel, sewing kit and more at reception if needed or forgotten. Hot breakfast in the morning which was included in our price. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Over all, great stay and will definitely stay again if needed.
None of the USB sockets worked, so we had to get a spare extension cable from reception, but they were happy to help. Could use more plug sockets in the room, especially next to the bed for people that need CPAP machines, etc. Luckily, with the extension cable, I was able to get it to reach across to the bed from the dressing table. The shower was not very powerful. Not enough toilet roll or tea and coffee supplies in the room, which had 3 people staying in it. But staff were happy to provide extra.

The out of centre location was a perfect base for going out driving every day. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel for easy access to centre if you don't want to drive. We stayed for 8 nights and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, always plenty of food; eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, baked beans and hash-browns.
For an 8 night stay maybe a larger more comfortable room would have been preferable but we did book late and the location was great.

From checking in to leaving staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Our room was on the first floor very close to the lift which was excellent as we both have mobility issues and my husband cannot walk a distance. Breakfast was superb, plenty choice and hot.
Found the room warm through the night and couldn't open the window too much due to be near to the road as husband is a light sleeper. Did use the fan that was in the room which helped. I appreciate it's impossible to cater for everyone's body temperature but as there was no heating on in the room I wonder whether consideration could be given to air conditioning units.

Staff was friendly on arrival which was later on still with a smile. Got to room clean and tidy beds were ready. All had showers however only two towels for a family of four.
Snack menu was horrendous expensive and for what you got didn't taste good 2x pasta for under £30 they could have thrown in a drink with it but that would have costed another small fortune. Breakfast was very busy hot food wasn't able to keep up this is where a extra pair of hands would need to have to keep the hot stuff topped up. Old building sound proofing. Plus having two keys available for one room.

Very easy location just off the motorway. Room was clean and comfortable. The price was great value for money considering it included a great array of food at breakfast. We also chose this place because there was free parking. Close to a strip with a couple of coffee shops and a Marks and Spencer Food and a riverside walk. Had a lovely reunion with a friend and nothing to complain about!
It was a shame that we couldn’t take our drinks outside but that was due to licensing… and you can be outside at the attached restaurant next door which was great. (It was just because it was Scotland and you don’t usually get to sit outside because of the weather so wanted to take advantage :-))

The staff were outstanding: welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and kept topped up until the end of service.
The only thing we didn't like was that our room had a strong smell of fish. We kept the window open as much as we could, but the smell didn't clear. The smell wasn't evident in the public parts of the hotel or in the corridor. We didn't mention it to the staff as we didn't want the room sprayed with air freshener.
