We had great time for our 1 night stay. Very nice owner Paul who greeted us, helped with parking and shared favourite place for dinner and breakfast. There is four parking slots in front of the house and plenty 1 min at the parking. Close to the center (10 min walk), but very quit street. Perth is a beautiful town, we love exploring it. Apartment is lovely and cozy. There is no breakfast but Paul kindly left the out meal and tea/coffee for us.

Would suggest putting some shampoo and conditioner, would be lovely. The room for three is not spacious and the sink is at the bedroom but I guess it comes with a Victorian house and add some character, but it didn't bother us that much

Very convenient location for late arrival and early departure. Parking outside the property. A small but comfortable and quiet room with all I needed for the overnight stay. Paul was very helpful over my arrival and taking care of medication that required a fridge overnight, and of ice blocks for day travel of medication. I love these older style houses with good big doors, wide staircase, etc. The larger rooms must be lovely!

Lovely house about a 15 minute walk to the centre of perth Room was small,but had everything you needed,including an ensuite..bed was very comfy Great shower and tray of tea/coffee/biscuit They forgot the porridge pot,but not a big eater in the morning and was going for breakfast anyway The biscoff biscuit however,was delicious Only met the man on arrival,but he was nice and friendly

Nobody"s fault,but the extractor fan in the bathroom comes on automatically and the people in the next room went at 6am.. Apart from that,nothing to dislike

Friendly welcome and a good base for visiting Scone Palace. The bedroom was a good size and the bed comfortable. Good tea and coffee facilities were available and the cleanliness was excellent. No complaints.

No complaints. The owners don't bother you after the initial welcome and are on hand if you do need help. It's a little walk away from the centre of Perth but you can see that on a map so no surprises - and I wanted to walk to Scone, so was on the right side of the Tay.

Location was a short walk away from the railway station- about 20 mins walk. The host gave me instructions on how to get there, after I called, getting a little lost on the way to Dunallen and the host kindly redirected me the right way and later followed this up with a call to see how I was getting on finding my way there. The host gave me directions on the quickest way to walk back into the centre of Perth and some places to eat.

Room was very nice comfortable clean and warm, especially as we arrived late it was a cold night so this was very welcoming, also that the room was lit which made it all the more cosier.short stay but a very comfortable one

Could maybe have a few more breakfast items in your room as there was only 1 choice available and it would have been nicer to have a few maybe another cereal or breakfast biscuits etc, as there is no cooked breakfast this I think would be appreciated

Made to feel welcome and given useful advice about eating in town. Was clean and well laid out. Good shower and facilities.

Bed could have been better, perhaps a mattress topper. While almost everything was clean the en suite radiator needs a dust. Minor issue. I hadn't checked properly that there was no breakfast, my problem.

Paul, the person in charge, was super friendly! The rooms are very big, comfrotable and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. There was coffee/tea, biscuits and porridge in the room, which was great to have a quick breakfast. And the wifi worked perfectly.

It was a bit far from the train station, but it's a nice walk in a secure-looking neighborhood.

Room was very comfortable advised in advance breakfast not provided but there was small porridge pots and plenty of tea and coffee also bottles of water which were appreciated. Paul was great in advising on places to eat and very helpful

Everything was great if I was being picky I would prefer a small sink in the bathroom but do appreciate room is an issue would not put me off the sink being outside in the bedroom

The host was wonderful - lots of recommendations for Perth and a very genuine presence. Room was immaculate and so was the bathroom, with a generous amount of tea/coffee and instant pot of porridge. I slept very soundly in a the single bed, it was just the right amount of space for a 1 night stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet & great value place to stay in Perth!
