Plenty of food available at breakfast. Asian evening meals excellent and plentiful - had to leave half of it the first night, managed to eat one meal between the two of us the next time! Cannot fault cleanliness of room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was at the front of the hotel with a main road so certain amount of traffic noise, but dulled by the dg windows. There was also a noise, similar to a motorbike engine idling, from early morning until late evening from somewhere in the hotel - but after a time you didn't notice it. Avoid the European menu for dinner - very basic, also there was a very limited choice of sweets.

It is a good place to stay when visiting Scotland. The hotel is old but the staff works hard to make sure everything is ok. I would highlight first of all the staff, extremely friendly and helpful, especially Harry. Secondly, the location, the hotel is very close to the bus and train stations, bus stops and supermarkets. Thirdly, the room was comfortable and clean with an added extra such as a small refrigerator. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The hotel has a Nepalese-Indian restaurant which is excellent. Only the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but no too bad. Perfect value for money.We Will recommend It.

Good location, free parking, 5 min walk from Perth centre, there's a Morrison Superstore almost behind the hotel. Our room was the small double it was well furnished, the bed was good and the bathroom was really nice. The breakfast was included, it had a great choice, you help yourself to juice, fruit, croissants, toast, cereal, a coffee machine etc plus you get whatever cooked breakfast you want. The members of staff we spoke were friendly and helpful. We were there for one night and we had an enjoyable time staying at the Grampian hotel

It was a lovely hotel nice and clean, friendly staff very helpful took our luggage up to our room as there is no lift, lovely room plenty off facilities teas coffee etc bottles off water hairdryer plenty off nice clean towels even gave us extra on the second day toilet was lovely nice and modern with a nice shower, electric radiator. Plenty off toilet paper which was in a drawer under the sink, , recommend this lovely nice clean hotel good even if you love Indian food, breakfast was amazing etc.

I didn't like that they only had put one pillow on each bed had tp ask for another 2 pillows for each bed maybe leave 2 extra pillows and blankets on top off the wardrobe would help instead off having to ask, duvet to far right to the top off the bed could hardly pull the duvet from under the pillow not good for older person trying to get into bed, window didn't have abit to hold to keep from opening half way for air, kept opening fully not good when windy, automatic tap on sink in bathroom couldn't adjust for hot or cold had to use kettle to boil water for sink as water was sometimes cold,shower had to adjust run awhile for hot water had 2 options normal head or could use the rain water head, fan on ceiling could have been cleaned as it was abit dusty apart from that nice hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff where so friendly. Restaurants food was lovely. And very close to local bars and shops. Would definitely return

Only downfall. Which isn't the hotels fault. On the Saturday night of our 2 night stay. There was a very loud lad part of a large group who was very loud and at times very angry towards people. Myself included. . I told him I was from Glasgow and to go away lol. But apart from that. Stay was brilliant

Great location, parking, and ease of check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good size and had all the necessities. Restroom was also good size and the entire room was very clean. Breakfast was also good and had decent options.

The room was very warm upon arrival I adjusted the radiators and opened the windows the problem is with the windows open the room faced the main street and was very noisy. I ended up cracking open the bathroom window and closing the main windows this helped.

Thought the bathroom was very well appointed, & well smart. The breakfast was excellent - it wasn't your usual greasy/fatty full Scottish breakfast. It was excellent quality & I scoffed the lot. Loved the buffet - unlimited juice/coffee etc

location perfect for bus station, staff friendly and attentive, rooms ensuite extremely comfortable, very quiet at night. restaurant and breakfasts, perfect, everything you would want is there. staff attended to her assistance as well as mine

the only negative, unfortunately, there is no lift to the first floor bedrooms. this causes a problem for disabled and infirmed
