We were grateful that we were allowed to check-in a bit earlier which helped to ensure our plans for our visit to Plymouth were stress free. The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable. We found it was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. We spoke with a friendly member of the management team who made us feel welcome and gave us good advice about parking in the city.

The double bed had a bit of a squeak and the heaters clicked during the night.

My room was clean and spacious, exactly what i needed for a few nights away for work, The staff were really friendly and helped resolve a small issue upon arrival quickly and efficiently. A great location.

Not an issue with the hotel but I found the guests in the neighbouring rooms were noisy, a smell of beer and tobacco emanating from the room next door was quite strong. This isn't, however, a reflection on the hotel, more an issue with the guests and I would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in the apartment with a large living dining and TV room and two lovely comfortable bedrooms and smart bathroom. Lovely white bed linen and fluffy white towels. The kitchen has tea and coffee facilities and full kitchen utensils. The whole apartment was impeccably clean and situated in lovely grounds. Very professional and kind reception team. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thank you.

We enjoyed a short stay due to a wedding we were visiting close to the venue, owners commutation was great, and when we did meet in person he was very lovely and welcoming. We arrived late due to travelling time. It was very easy to access our room, the room was clean including the bathroom with fresh towels. The location is also good with a Tesco superstore 5 mins drive. Would defo come back again.

contact less reception so just straight to your room. would prefer a proper desk to deal with any enquiries like where was the hair dryer and toiletries and could someone attach the toilet seat correctly. spotlessly tidy. would of liked a not slip bath mat or at least a hand rail in bathroom

Very comfortable bed and nice bedding, good shower,having a nice sized fridge was a bonus Easy to find, good free parking available Just outside the city but accessible to everything by car

Very noisy flooring outside the bedroom. No toilet roll holder No hooks to hang coats etc

Location good near to A38 and quick access to all major roads. Apartment well equiped. Very clean with a lovely bathroom. Quite satisfied overall.

The general car noise from the dual carriage way at first was a little annoying but soon adapted. Very little could be done to improve this, double glazing already insitu.

Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and it was lovely to have a window which opened nice and wide to let the cool air in. The addition of a refrigerator was great allowing cool drinks and fresh milk to be kept cold. As a single traveller I also felt very safe with parking close by.

Nothing could have improved my stay.

We saw no staff at all during our stay which we found a little strange, but there was a number if we had needed anything we could call, sound proofing of the rooms could be improved, another guest had a noisy dog who we heard very early in the morning (I was aware it was a pet friendly place) could also here people walking about.

The place was clean and comfortable 👍 friendly welcome. Loved the fact it had tea and coffee, towels and an iron and board. We had 2 cars with us and they were more than accomadating.

Being underneath noisy people above. If I stay again will request to be upstairs. Struggled to get to sleep as felt like they were coming through the ceiling and heard every word .
