Room was very large and bed was comfy. Room has everything a traveller needs. Bathroom was large and has everything i need. Room was clean and quiet and watm. Staff was kind and helpful

Spotlessly clean, huge beds, had one each so could spread out. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating especially in the restaurant. Bar and restaurant both very good. Had a wonderful meal there with friends and they do a good continental breakfast with hams and cheeses which is ideal for me. Very good value accommodation and we will definitely use it again. I've already recommended it to friends and family

First night we had kids running up and down the corridor till 4am. Our phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't phone reception, however when notified next day they were aware and knocked some off my bill which was very good of them. Our phone unfortunately was never fixed which was a shame as we had to use our mobiles to contact reception for room service and they often didn't answer. Room service menu very limited if wanting a late night snack. Again this was a very minor point which in no way spoiled our stay

Great hotel! We had a suite and it had lots of room for a family. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location was good. Bus to the centre 200 metres away ( by the eye hospital). It was next to an M&S food hall ( there is a fridge in suites) and Starbucks. As world travellers, we loved that there was a guest laundry! The need for a washing machine often makes us choose private accommodation, so having a hotel with this facility was thoughtful and a game changer. We would stay again.

Beautiful room, clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly, can't do enough for you. Great value for money, breakfast was lovely, food was cooked well, lots of choice. I am vegetarian, and there were lots of meat free options. Check-in and out were super easy. Can't rate this hotel any higher. This is the only hotel we use every year when we visit plymouth. The location is great, there is a hospital and supermarket nearby, Range, M&S, Starbucks and McDonald's all walkable. 15 mins drive to town centre (maybe less) good park and ride up the road too. Free hotel parking for the duration of our stay.

The only issue we had was that my girls (age 23 months and 4 yrs) had a double sofa bed to share rather than 2 singles, which made bedtime interesting, but we managed fine. Sofa bed was easy to get out and to pack away.

Really enjoyed our visit and staying in one of the suites for four days. Having the two adjoining rooms gave so much room for my wife and I to relax during our stay. The two TVs saved arguments on what to watch when back in the room. Lovely, comfortable robe's and slippers to wear. The complementary drinks, large fridge, teas / coffees and variety of fruit in the room on arrival was all a nice touch too

The only negative things, there's not much wrong really.... the bathrooms are pretty good but I think the showers could be better and would benefit being upgraded. Ideally a high level rain style shower head and a shower screen instead of just a basic shower curtain and standard shower hose head would really improve the look, feel and quality of the shower experience. A minor observation, we also felt it would be much better to enter / exit the suites with the key card via the lounge door rather than the bedroom door side that it was at our stay. Just a personal opinion.

So ok we’re not rich and therefore don’t seek out five star hotels but for the last five years we’ve been doing road trips around Europe and honestly this is one of the best places we have EVER stopped! Got the ferry back to Blighty after a week touring France/Spain and just needed a quick place to stop after getting off the Plymouth ferry before a long drive back up north the next day and this place was a welcome relief after a hard day travelling. Seriously stop here, it’s perfect for travellers requiring a short stay when tired and needing to get refreshed for the onward journey…

Absolutely nothing at all!

Room except tv did not work. Got no signal. Did not report it. As did not want to be waiting around for someone to fix it. Watched tv. On my mobile.

Attitude of waitress at evening meal. Don't know her name. Seemed to have an attitude. When I said my main course was ok and not great. In fact was worst curry I had had for along time. Had no taste. And chicken was tuff. Looked like boil in the bag. However I had most of it. She even forced the man on opposite table to stop eating his burger. He had no issue with it. She did. Said not upto standard. He was halfway through it. She took it away to get it re done. He was still waiting for it back when I left 20 minutes later.

Goodparking( disabled bays).Easy, friendly,helpful check in. Large room x facilities just what were needed. Plenty of storage. Excellent air con/ heating.very responsive. Bed very comfy x mattress topper ideal, neither too hard a mattress or too soft. Settee large x comfy too. Bath/ shower room stylish x functional. All areas clean throughout the building I had a good wander round. Fresh fruit available by lifts so you can help yourself. The Restaurant was cosy x functional ( did not eat here) but Freya makes a lovely latte. I had the joy of being served by her in the morning at breakfast..such a helpful,lovely girl. Food buffet good x choices covered. All in all a lovely, relaxing stay x I’ll be back again soon. The shops close by are handy for a wander x browse. (Handy place to stay if anyone in hospital close by)
