This was the 2nd time staying here & I will definitely stay again. It's central, the studios have everything you need. Bed & pillows are very comfortable and brilliantly clean. Towels are big, soft & fluffy. The whole studio is spotlessly clean and and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a microwave. Checking in was very smooth & quickly done. Lots of info by text with everything you need to know, but there is almost always someone at the desk if you need anything. And the main door is always locked for security reasons. It can only be opened with a key fob.

Yet again we stayed in a room at the back of property overlooking a big yard. It can get noisy quite early in the morning when rubbish is being collected. Of course it didn't help having the window open for some fresh air. This is no fault of Foxhouse and it won't stop me staying again. The positives outweigh the negatives. And the host Cody is a beautiful human being... funny but professional and always ready to answer your questions and give you tips & directions. He's an asset to Foxhouse Studios.

I was really impressed with my stay at Fox House Studios! I only stayed for the one night as it was a quick visit to see a friend and go to the theatre but the location was perfect, the check-in instructions were clear and the room was clean with great facilitates - I would definitely stay again.

This didn’t matter too much but the water temperature was a bit temperamental when showering. I also visited during extremely hot weather and although the room came with a fan (which I massively appreciated!), it wasn’t particularly powerful and it was a bit too noisy to leave on overnight. So although it can’t be helped, the room was very warm!

so wonderful and clean .and the hosts were amazing do helpful .and in site full in every way. Foxhouse Studio is a fantastic place to stay in Plymouth. The room was clean, modern, and exactly like the photos on Booking.com. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the wardrobe added a stylish touch. It’s perfectly located in the city centre, just a short walk to the mall, restaurants, and local attractions. Buffet City is right next door, and Barbican and the Hoe are also nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, making it super convenient. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Foxhouse Studio to anyone visiting Plymouth. Great value and lovely atmosphere!

There’s honestly nothing bad I can say about Foxhouse Studio, I’m completely speechless. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, right in the city centre with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a welcoming, peaceful vibe. I kept looking for something to criticise, but there was truly nothing to fault. Foxhouse Studio exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Plymouth.

Someone was at the reception desk to hand over the keys and explain how things worked. The studio was nice and clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed staying at Fox House Studio's. Great city centre location, plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, just brilliant!

The temperature in the property was quite high....I suppose there is nothing much they can do about that as the heating was off. Subsequently we'd opened the window at night but that let the noise in. We did make the comment about the temperature to the chap on the desk when we checked out.

Lovely, great location, very clean and met our needs perfectly. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was very comfortable. A wonderful stay that was great value for money

The only things that weren’t ideal but not a bug issue was the shower cut out for a bit part way through, the water just stopped and sometimes the temperature went different randomly throughout however it did come back on. Additionally, the aerial cable for the tv was completely fried at the socket so when we wanted to watch tv it obviously didn’t work but this wasn’t a big problem.

Location perfect for me, especially as I travelled by train. Kitchen area had everything I needed. Staff brilliant. Competitive price fir location.

Aircon in bedroom was set to very cold & no instructions how to change it. I could have asked the receptionist but I was too tired to get dressed to go to reception. I didn't notice how cold it was until I was in bed. A(so, I failed to discover how to operate the microwave, but wasn't critical. Instructions to operate aiircon & kitchen equipment would ne useful. But standard was so good otherwise, I still rated the room.highly.

Clean tidy apartment with great location in city centre. Straight forward check in and departure. Generally well equipped kitchen.

The mattress was a bit soft for me. Might be near the end of its life. Cutlery in kitchen seemed a bit mean, even for a one person room. Just one spoon, knife and fork. I was in a room at the back on a Friday night. There was a pub behind somewhere with v loud music. To be fair, it did pull the plug on it at 10.45pm. Was worried it might go on till 1am!

The bed was comfy and the view from the floor to ceiling window gave a great view of the city. We got take out so can’t say anything about the kitchen, however it was certainly there. Check in was easy with a lockbox for the key. Price was good for a city centre property.

No parking, so add a few quid for on street parking, The first room we had, the bed was up a ladder, however a quick call to the landlord, and it was immediately moved as we are too old for ladders

We had two rooms, one is with double bed and the other for two adults and a child. The double was on the 1st floor, nice and cool, comfortable. We needed early check in because it was raining all day. Usual £10/ hour early in. The staff, both receptionist and housekeeping polite and helpful.

The family room was on the top floor, with a loft and a very steep ladder. My two year old was constantly trying to climb and it drove me crazy. Would be nice to somehow block the access. The room was compact and very hot. Window and fan on all night but didn’t help much despite that the temperature outside wasn’t more than 20 degrees.
