Lovely quiet location only 5 minutes walk from the coast. Bungalow is well fitted out and the rooms are very comfortable. The showers were lovely. Plenty of space for our family to move around and a lovely garden for the children to play in. Near a few takeaways/pubs and cafe/restaurants and convenience stores/post office.

Only a small niggle, to have a lock on the hallway shower room. Other than that it was perfect!

Great for families with small children - one level , safe level garden , good open plan living space , well stocked with towels and kitchenware including for children….. excellent location but quiet being on a residential road and out of the main busy-ness of east wittering

Bathrooms : en-suite bath plug didn’t seal so shower only and ‘main’ shower room had very small hand basin no good for a wash. A little limited for a property housing 8 people.

The quality of the the bungalow (decor, furniture and equipment) The garden is also lovely and the area is very quiet. The bungalow is close to the sea which we loved!

It would have been useful to have a double bed that could be made up as two singles (our group was made up of family - not couples) It would have been useful to have a handrail in the shower because we had our disabled mother with us. I know that the bungalow is not advertised as being accessible and I didn't specifically ask when booking, but it would have helped.

Gorgeous place, had everything we needed. spacious for big family, light and airy and very clean. Nice garden and outdoor seating. Well equipped kitchen. Flexible check out, good communication with host. Perfect location for exploring area such as Wittering, Arundel, Gunwharf Quays Pizza restaurant and a Co-op nearby!

Loved the open living area and the arrival information package was very comprehensive. It was December so no garden or bbq usage. The giant island meant we could have our family together with a great spread for everyone to help themselves with. Appreciated the seasonal decorated tree as well.

Tiny challenges with front step, basin size in shower room and the vacum was inefficent.

Loved the location and the size of the living space. The garden is lovely and a table and chairs are provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed.

The shower room could do with some shelves or shower caddy in the actual shower itself.

Iona is a well located and well appointed bungalow with parking. It is less than a 5 minute stroll from Bracklesham Bay beach. We had our grandchildren with us (8 and 4) and when the tide is out, this a super beach to play on and swim in. Co-op and other eateries are within walking distance. Big garden, safe and secure for kids. Open plan kitchen/diner has everything you need. We had great weather which may add some bias to this review. But we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

There was local water pressure issue which affected the performance of the showers. Shoes are needed for a beach visit as initially the beach is very stoney.

Communication with our hosts was great. The house was better than expected with lovely garden. A few minutes from the beach. Easy parking.

Great location. Property is newly decorated and fittings in good order. Clean and with nice large kitchen.

Although property will sleep 8 adults, the other accommodation areas are not up to that number. For example, there is 1 bathroom (shared by 2 bedrooms) and 1 toilet/shower room. for a sunny weekend the property was great for our 7 adults. If weather had been poor or we’d been staying longer it would have been very tight.
