Just come back from a 4 night stay. Absolutely loved it. Loved having the private cabin with lounge area, shower with Egyptian cotton towels, toiletries if you needed them. Fresh milk and filtered water to go with an abundance of teas , coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits. The bed was so comfy and the fan in the room was most welcome as there was an heatwave. You get robes and an iron and ironing board, free WiFi, free secure parking, on demand tv with netflix. It was sensational. The bed was comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. Sarah the host is absolutely fantastic. She explains all amenities well and has a great knowledge of the surrounding area and gave me ideas where to visit which were all brilliant. The breakfasts were fantastic, order the night before with the time you want breakfast and it's all ready for you with a cheery greeting. Fresh milk and filtered water topped up anytime of asking. Lovely seating area to sit outside with a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine. I loved every moment and was sad to come home.

We loved staying at Sarah’s guest house. She is incredibly welcoming and everything a host should be. She showed us around our accommodation, which was light, had a lovely sitting area and a fridge. Her breakfasts are just the best and she was very accommodating. The beds are comfortable and it’s close to some excellent beaches. We made use of East Wittering beach as the car parking at West Wittering was very expensive (a recommendation from Sarah). Thank you so much for hosting our stay. It was so peaceful and quiet! There were no issues finding the location and it was easy to park our car.

Sarah was a lovely hostess who made sure we had everything we needed. The chalet was a ‘real home from home ‘. It was beautifully laid out with lots of thought put into every detail. The room was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows which helped us have a good nights sleep. Sarah also provided us with a freshly made breakfast which was freshly made and good quality produce. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you

Sarah is a lovely and friendly hostess. The chalet is exceptionally roomy with easy chairs in a large sitting area and plenty of space to hang your clothes, spread out your suitcases, and relax. The B&B is close enough to town, but not so close as to be noisy or require one to deal with weekend traffic. Our breakfasts were tasty and personally prepared by Sarah with lots of options.

I have not complaints. I did not find West Wittering very interesting nor were there many dining options, but that's not the fault of the property or hostess.

Really beautiful stay. We had the Garden Suite for 3 nights, very comfortable, everything we needed. Sarah the host was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Great knowledge of the local area and happy to share tips and ideas for days out. The breakfast was outstanding! Great location, especially if you're a walker. We walked to the beautiful beach (about half hour?). Next day to Ichenor, got the boat across to Bosham (about 2 mins!), walked to the craft bit, then got to bus to Chichester, which took about 20 mins. Bus straight back to the B & B, so good round trip. Buses are £2 per trip, bus stop just round the corner, very convenient (numbers 52 & 53).

The only negative was that we didn't stay longer!

Location was perfect for our visit; close to the beach; close to a local pub and close to a small shopping area in East Witterings. Super quiet location. Fantastic host. Super comfy bed and perfectly cosy bath towels. Sarah is an absolute delight and offers great welcome, service and superb choice for breakfast. This is our second visit and I would highly recommend Willow House for a short visit or a longer trip of a week. Sarah is amazing.

Nothing to dislike.

What a great B&B. You have your own quiet outbuilding that is immaculately clean and well furnished. Bedding and towels are of the highest quality. Shower excellent and bathroom spacious and well equiped. You even get your own hidden away 'courtyard' to sit outside. Sarah the host is helpful and friendly and provides the perfect English breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Location is perfect for Chichester and the beach. Private and secure parking. Peaceful countryside setting. Even a not too bad pub in walking distance!

The host Sarah couldn't do any more for us Very welcoming and went out her way to make sure we where both ok, where to go and eat and everything was all in a welcome book too Fresh filtered water, fresh milk, asked if we needed anything at all Breakfast was really lovely and if you asked for something she would make sure she got you this for breakfast ..eg a juice you liked etc All the reviews where correct on this wee place and would recommend to family and friends to stay here instead of a hotel in this area

We stayed at willow house for my birthday and firstly loved how welcoming & lovely Sarah was! The garden suite had everything we needed for a low key night away with a big comfortable bed, hot powerful shower & special extras like robes, towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner plus a stocked up tea/coffee station. Sarah had left fresh milk and filtered water in the fridge for us which was a really nice touch. The breakfast in the breakfast room was amazing- so many options to choose from and perfectly cooked. It was in a great location being so close to east & west wittering too!

Great sized accomodation in a lovely location. Lovely outdoor areas to soak up the afternoon sun. Fans left in rooms as was during the heatwave. Upon arrival Sarah was so helpful with showing around the rooms and tips about the local area. Entry, exit and parking easy and secure. Breakfast next morning was great and held in a lovely conservatory overlooking the peaceful garden. Would definitely go back if in the area again and recommend to others.
