Whole place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Our room (room 1) in the main building was large and with a 6ft bed and the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on! The bathroom was the size of single bedroom and well appointed. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, even for me as a coeliac. There was an honesty bar and so we could sit in the garden with a drink before going out to eat in the evening.

The entrance signage - it's only possible to see the sign saying 'Coast Yard' from the Chichester direction and as we came south to north we drove round a few times, eventually having to stop and ask someone before we spotted it - and it's partially obscured by foliage. A minor point as I expect most people come north to south from Chichester way.

What a beautiful place, so clean, lovely rooms, staff friendly, nothing too much, was allowed to take a takeaway back in to the restaurant in the evening. Really acomdating to everything. Dog enjoyed his stay, Bed was really comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely, good variety, lots of lovely fruit, cooked menu was good choices. Can't fault anything....would have liked a bigger sign outside or at least one that was clearer to find ( small entrance, high hedge) Would highly recommend 10 pluss stars 🌟

First thing we liked was the communication with the owners. I have booked the wrong room, and it was quickly replaced for a room where the dog is allowed. The room was clean, and easily accessible with the dog. There is a big park to walk the dog nearby which was very important for us. The breakfast was also very nice. There is also a big garden area with tables and chairs to eat outside as well.

The only thing I didn't like is that it was not clear when booking through booking site in which rooms the dogs are allowed. But this was well sorted by the owners.

Very clean room and shower room ensuite, comfortable bed with Electric Blanket with good choice of breakfast options. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of places to park to the front of the building. Nice bright and modern dining room overlooking garden. Would certainly return.

It was all good. But if I stayed longer, say 3 nights, I would be interested in the chalet/garden rooms if you were able to prepare and cook food. So a small kitchenette area to include a microwave or small electric hob with a small fridge.

The property was lovely. We were in a garden room because we had the dog. They were so comfortable and spacious with the kids having a separate room from myself which was perfect. The breakfasts we had were lovely, freshly made on order and the breakfast room itself was light and airy. We also particularly liked the honesty bar, where we were able to grab a glass of wine and beer to finish off the evening. A lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend.

the location was excellent for access to Selsey. The room was clean and well equipped. breakfast was excellent and with a good choice to choose from. The host was friendly and helpful with local advice.

The mattress was not to our liking and when one moved the other did too. Access to the parking is through a narrow gap in a hedge and when emerging you have to stick the bonnet of the car out before you can see anything. With cyclists using the footpath it would be easy to have a collision.

The garden room (no 9) was very spacious with everything you need - tea, biscuits, fridge, toiletries, TV, hairdryer, sofa...really great. Comfy bed and no noise to disturb your sleep. There is a very lovely garden and a lounge area with games and honesty bar. Host is very friendly. Breakfast choice was amazing and great service. A really lovely one night stay and the dog felt very welcome even at breakfast. Thank you! Short walk into town for restaurants and pubs. We popped to the beach in the evening near the Lifeboat Inn (short 4 min drive).

The hot tap is very hot but that really is a small point!

Property was easy to find, well signposted and plenty of car parking. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and everything including the wi-fi code was explained to us. We had booked a garden room which was spotless with comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, and plenty of sockets. The bathroom was compact (as described on the website) but there were lovely soft towels and toiletries provided. The garden is very pretty with plenty of patio furniture available. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and beautifully cooked and presented. We were very happy with our stay.

The family room was a suite comprised of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms had clean and comfortable bed linen and the rooms itself were spacious, light and airy. The garden outside the rooms was beautifully kept and there were garden chairs and tables for our exclusive use in a sunny spot. Breakfast was delicious served in a lovely dining room, where we were given a nice table by the window. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is on our list of the nicest holiday accommodation we've stayed in and we totally recommend the place.

The hosts are lovely. The rooms are exceptionally clean. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was lovely and peaceful. TV reception was patchy but not too much of a big deal. Room has everything you need, water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Toiletries in the bathroom including flannels, shower cap. Overall very well thought out. Breakfast is AMAZING, with lots of choice and again a lot of thought has gone into it. We loved it.
