Wonderful location in a conservation area. Great consideration given to guest comfort. Very comfortable bed too. Swimming pool and jacuzzi in a walled garden. Plenty of comfortable seating there. Breakfast was preordered and exactly as you like plus fruit, cereal , yogurt, apple cake, etc. all home cooked. Really good to share a large table with other guests…..leading to suggestions and places of interest many of which were not too far away, ie Roman palace with astounding mosaics and the Weald and Downland museum. The hosts, Deborah and Nigel were very welcoming and offered advice on places to visit. Delightful.

The room was gorgeous. It was warm and cosy. Breakfast was amazing. It was fantastic to sit down to breakfast with other guests all together. Everything was cooked to perfection. Deborah and Nigel were so friendly and accommodating. I cannot rave about this place too much. It was mine and my partners first ever weekend away without children and I would definitely go back.

My only suggestion was because I'm fairly short is having a step to get onto the stunning four poster bed. There was some very inelegant face planting going on to get on it however it did provide plenty of giggles.

Friendly welcome. Great facilities with pool and hot tub and outside space. Generous hospitality tray and plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was exceptional in quality and quantity. Rooms were thoughtfully and attractively decorated. Towels were big and fluffy, good quality bedding. House and gardens beautiful.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was not so clean. It was very dusty with stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. The valance was dirty and the rug in need of a good vacuum. The whole room needed a deep clean. Breakfast at a communal table was not for me. Everywhere seemed a little bit tired.

we enjoyed the whole experience, Deborah was very friendly and welcoming and my daughter enjoyed her stay also .. the room was lovely amazing detail and High standards of cleanliness, the outside garden was also beautiful to look at especially in the evening time we didn’t want the experience to end the breakfast was also exceptional

Deborah was a gracious and welcoming host who made a special effort to accommodate my request for breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time. She and Paula were a delight to spend time with. The room was excellent and the location close to the bus to Chichester for Goodwood. 10/10 would stay again.

I didn't get to use the pool because I was out all day! But that was my fault. Yes, they have a pool.

loved the look & style of the barn, we stayed in the luxury barn & it was beautiful….the owners were lovely and very accommodating, although we had paid for breakfast we didn’t have it, as my partner didn’t feel too well. although we broke down on the 1st day and had to wait for the AA the 2nd day, we still made the most of it. very relaxing and chilled. lovely hosts, couldn’t fault the place at all. will definitely book again, this time hopefully won’t break down and my partner will not feel unwell so we can go for breakfast and enjoy the lovely little village it is in. the jacuzzi bath was lovely.

Welcoming and friendly service...amazing brekkie and use of the pool on the hottest day of the year was such a luxury. Main house is stunning and lots of ground for use which was great for expending my toddlers excess energy. Great location for walks and close enough for a (drive) to seafront.

Shower option was a challenge if you didn't want to get wet hair a smaller hose body only option would be handy but really that's not a didn't like but more an "even better if" comment

We managed to get a last minute booking to stay here, well it certainly didn't disappoint. Deborah, the owner was so welcoming and she even got us a dinner reservation at the local pub, The Royal Oak, which I must say was a good place to eat & have a few drinks. The room was gorgeous and very comfy. Beautiful surroundings and to top it all off there is an outdoor pool and hot tub, but unfortunately we didnt bring our swimming stuff, but will remember for the next visit. Breakfast was delicious and we met some really nice people, who were also staying at the B&B. I highly recommend staying here........5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check in was great, very welcoming and friendly. Room was amazing, just what we needed. Nothing wrong at all, exceeded our expectations! The pool was such a good benefit, with the amazing weather! Breakfast was so nice, all sat together - very sociable but such variety and good food! Couldn't have asked for more with this little find! Definitely recommend if you need somewhere in the area, a little gem.

Room was spacious, very clean. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to our time/preference and lots of variety, continental and English. Host was accommodating, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like. Apart from our old age that we couldn't frolic about in the swimming pool. Nothing of course to do with the Priory Inn.
