The staff at the Beachcroft were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is well situated by the beach, with a spacious car park. Breakfasts were good - quality ingredients well prepared and presented, and decent portions. The room was a reasonable size, with a partial sea view. Bed was comfortable, and the shower hot.

The hotel feels like it needs a bit of modernisation, but is still comfortable and welcoming. The floorboards and bed were both rather creaky, and when one of the neighbouring rooms had a shower, the noise from that was very apparent within our room. The shower screen on the bath leaked so the floor was flooded afterwards, but this was clearly a known issue as an absorbent microfibre cloth was left in the bathroom to clear it up (which didn't take long).

This is a really well restored hotel right by the sea. The staff were all very helpful and the place had a good vibe about it. Our stay was in February and, while the weather was sunny it was still...well, February. With the balcony overlooking the sea and a seasonal open air restaurant and bar right by the beach, I imagine it's pretty sensational in the summer. There is also a small indoor pool, which was a very nice addition to our stay.

The wifi was a bit in and out - out mainly, but we were only there for one night, so not a massive problem. And the family room was a little cramped, although very well-equipped - especially the bathroom.

Every thing with the room, nice comfy bed, fresh clean towels , plenty of storage , little brown packs of goodies inn the bath room was a lovely touch. The view facing the sea from our window was spectacular The breakfasts each day were fabulous, plenty of choice and very good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful, although if you happened to want more toast or tea and coffee you had to catch some ones eye to ask. The outdoor space overlooking the sea was gorgeous and so relaxing, enjoying a glass (or two) of wine and the lunch time sarnies were excellent and so fresh

The long wait for porridge at breakfast was a bit of a pain, as only one of us had it and the cold cereal or yogurt was served way before the porridge They should have served them together as the cold one was eaten before the porridge arrived, and then we didn't eat our cooked brekkie together or one had to wait .We had pizza and some sides in the bistro one evening which was really enjoyable, but we had to wait over an hour for the bill, as the waiters were too busy trying to sort a guy out in the reception area who was quite harmless , but just a little bit retarded. We eventually paid at the bar with no apology

Hotel was wonderful and staff welcoming. Had "full English" the first morning and it was superb. Next day we were leaving before breakfast so they packed us a "lunch" which was superb. Evening meal was excellent and the bar well stocked. We had a beach view from our window which was wonderful. Lovely toiletries in the room and plenty of them. Bed was very comforable and slept well. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Decor was slightly dated and some things were overdue a "fix" (some scratched/damaged wallpaper and toilet roll holders loose on the wall) but didnt detract from the stay.

What a great hotel, our family room overlooked the sea, the kids had a little present left in their room (bucket and spade and a fishing net) Bathroom looked very new, lots of toiletries. Lovely balcony to sit out on. The kids loved playing snooker downstairs. Breakfast was served to you from a varied menu, no buffet to go up to, only a a table with juices for self service. Food was great. We had dinner at the beachbar, it was pizza menu and they came in takeaway boxes, very tasty. Highlight of the kids stay was the 30min slot at the indoor pool, where you have it all to yourselves. All the staff were so lovely at the hotel. We cant wait to return.

The stairs - my mum can walk stairs fine but the railings didn't go up far enough when going round the bend (she was in room 64), making the stairs quite dangerous for anyone who needs railings, especially as the stairs are so narrow and steep. This should be made clearer or fixed. I had to escort her to her room every time. The pillows were not great, should be fluffier and with better filling. Restaurant was good but should offer some healthier options (salads / soups) and smaller options, it's hard to eat 3 huge meals every day so we had to go elsewhere. Beach bar sandwiches were delicious but far too large!

A good breakfast- order taken by waitress, not buffet style, selected from a menu offering good selection of continental, full English & other options. Fantastic location right by the beach. Free parking onsite - Parking spaces big, fortunately we were able to park, taking the last space. Room large, very comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Staff friendly & helpful. Could use pool - need to book 30min slot for private use.

The Beachcroft Hotel is located in a nice location literally across from the beach. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful sea view and beautiful sea breeze. It was nice that we had a beautiful balcony where we could sit and eat our breakfast. Additionally, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. As someone who has a strong faith in God it was a really nice surprise to see a bible in the bedside drawer. I have stayed in plenty of hotels but I have never seen this before. Really nice touch- I was able to read a couple of chapters when I woke up. It is a great family hotel- I went with my daughter who is 10 and even though it was only a one night stay she loved it! She enjoyed the indoor pool the most and said she enjoyed the Beachcroft pool better than the Butlins pool (we had been staying at Butlins the day before). You are given a slot time for the pool where you are able to have it to yourself for about half hour. We used it twice and on both occasions we were able to use it for up to an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to stay in Bogner Regis away from the hustle and bustle. Location great, staff great, room very comfortable!

If I had to comment on something I didn't like I would say it was a little inconvenient to have to take our luggage up the stairs. It would have been nice if they had a lift That is just me being very picky, the staff were nice enough to offer to help take our luggage up.

Hello, I was very impressed by the reception staff on my arrival, very helpful and engaging, the bar staff that evening made me feel very welcome, all facilities met my expectations, I had a wonderfull night in the room, however the bath plug requires a new gasket as it does not hold water for a bath, or perhaps a replacement rubber plug would sort that out, breakfast was lovely and the bar provided me with an out of hours coffee for the deck at the beach, my time was very much enjoyed Im sure I will return again soon, Kind regards Mark

Location exceptional. Ordered drinks and a pizza sitting outside in the hotel garden overlooking the sea with family, very nice! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault them. Would like to mention a special thanks to both Katy who let me change room which I really appreciated and Shannon who was extremely efficient and helpful too when I had any queries or requests. They both did their best to accommodate my needs. Without a doubt I would return.
