The property was clean and spacious (for 4 people) with a small deck for sitting outside. It was convenient to the ferry at Yarmouth, and just a 3 minute walk to Colwell Bay and the coastal path. Provided linen was good, with large bath sheets. We had an issue with water not draining from the shower. However, the staff were efficient and it was fixed in no time.

There were only 3 dishwasher tablets supplied for our 4 night stay. Any more had to be purchased. There were no tongs in the kitchen, and the kitchen knives could do with sharpening. More hooks in the bathroom would be appreciated. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, which meant when using the hair dryer, you had to stand in the living room, in front of the decorative mirror.

The cottage was lovely and a short walk to the beach and if you walked along the sea front just round the bend you could see the Needles in the distance. It was a great base from which to explore the Isle of white.

We expected there to be some sort of welcome pack in the cottage but there wasn't so nothing to let us know about the facilities on site, where the bins were located (recycling) local places to eat or shop, places to visitor attractions, how to get to the beach also there was a gate which led to a quicker route to the beach which needed a code which we didn't have and didn't realise this till late in the evening towards the end of our stay.

Friendly place 53 units in all. Clean and comfortable, with spare pillows, cushions for outside chairs, and parking. Very short walk to a lovely quiet beach, though it is Easter, so no doubt much busier in the summer. Good size pool, great temperature water. Our cottage, no 2, was well laid out. Dishwasher and washing machine, though we didn't use either as only one set of crockery and cutlery, so hand washing was easiest. On the west of the island on the edge of a village/small town. We pushed the boat out one night at the 'posh' restaurant, The Hut. Expensive but lovely food and a beautiful venue across to Hurst Castle on the mainland.

Location was perfect, exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip. We are very familiar with the area and managed to get around to do everything we had planned. The hot tub was a bonus, the family enjoyed the whole experience. Can't wait to visit the I.O.W again. Also the short walk to the Captain's Cabin for breakfast was lovely too.

The only thing that I would have changed was the sleeping arrangements in a two bedroom property, when I added one extra person to my booking. That meant sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room, that particular sofa was not suitable, very uncomfortable, and was an expensive add on too. So a four person booking,became a six berth, luckily we were a 5 person family, two adults couldn't have slept very well at all on it.

The cottage floorplan was well designed and spacious for a short stay. Just the right amount of furniture and decorations. Mostly clean and well maintained. Towels provided as per bed space. The fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave was a huge plus. We had booked 2 cottages, to sleep 4 and 6. We found out both cottages were identical with the exception of the sofa bed in one of them and a hot tub in the backyard. The hot tub was maintained well and was refreshing. Both cottages had outdoor tables and chairs at the front area which were surrounded by well maintained bushy plants to give some form of privacy. Felt like home. The communal heated swimming pool was indoors and just right. The kids loved it. As we were there on a weekday, not sure how busy the pool would get on weekends. The beach was a short walk. Enjoyed the stay and might come back again.

Some of the utensils could have been cleaner. Apart from that no issues.

Location was easy to find and the complex was very quiet. So if you want to just chill and relax reading a book then this is the place for you. Beach is only a 5 min walk away and the water is so clear just right for a dip or two . Only a 40 Min drive from one side to the other and the views on the coastal route was stunning

The only thing was that due to the early morning sunrise the room gets very bright very early. Could have had maybe a blackout blind in the summer months as the blind that was there did not make the room any darker to sleep.

The cottage was very nice, very clean, tidy and modern, plenty of room, the kitchen was excellent with everything you need a good size fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. It was home from home. The swimming pool was a good bonus on the site, great when you have little ones to entertain. Would highly recommend to everyone to stay here.

Was missing a smart tv in the living room or at least a dvd player. If you were staying in for an evening, to chill out with the kids. But that's just being very picky.

Great location. Quiet, a few minutes walk to the sea, close to town for restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very friendly. Overall the accommodation was very spacious and very nice for the price point, in particular the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The soft play is small but perfectly adequate to entertain toddlers, and seemed reasonably clean. The pool house was very warm!

The mattresses were too soft for adults to sleep on comfortably but fine for the children. The floors of our chalet were pretty dirty on first arriving, with lots of the previous occupant's hair still everywhere. However the bathroom and kitchen had been well cleaned so I found it strange that they hadn't done the floors properly. That was my only real disappointment with the accommodation. The showers in the pool house definitely need some TLC as well but the pool itself was clean.

Really fantastic accodomdation with all the facilities and appliances available. The beds are cosy for good sleep. The price is really reasonalble. Love it. The locatin is perfect for visisting attractions I'm keen on. The swimming pool is lovely and warm. I even learnt how to swim with free style there. The restaurant nearby, the Hut, is delicious with a beautiful sea view of sunset. We'd love to come back again if there's any chance in the future.

The wifi doesn't have any signal at all. It cost all my data during the stay! The telephone for guest service is a bit hard to get connected. The toilet roll and towels are insufficient. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 nights...
