It was ideally situated. Nice size breakfast room. Three car park spaces in front of the guest house and free on street parking. Jane and Ged were very helpful and friendly. Always made time for a chat, plus giving us ideas of places to visit and eat around Bournemouth

Our room was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem but it was a small box room, extremely hot when the door was opened. Ged gave us a fan which was very much appreciated. The bed was extremely low, approximately a foot from the floor. I am over 6ft tall so a long way down. The en-suite was also very small. If we stayed longer and took a suitcase there would have been nowhere to store it. We would go there again but in another room.

Jane and Ged are the most lovely hosts, very accomodating and kind. They have great recommendations for day trips in the area and even some spots further out that ended up being Highlights on our journey. You can park in front of the house or on the street for free. Our room was small but very cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful old house, lovingly decorated.

The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love but sadly there were no cooked breakfast options. For guest expecting a full english breakfast that may be a let down.

Jane & Ged we’re extremely welcoming & provided us with helpful information on how to get about & good places to eat and drink. Genuinely lovely people! The guesthouse was in a great location & it was easy to walk into Bournemouth & to get to the beach. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean & really well decorated. Lots of free parking available on the street.

The decor was amazing & was very welcoming, continental breakfast was nice but did not realise when we made the booking that this was the only breakfast option "our mistake".

The bed was a small double, location wasn't as expected, did not expect to have to make our own bed each morning "due to covid" show/toilet was very snug & not much storage in the room.

This was a last minute booking but it was exceptional in everything from cleanliness to comfort everything was perfect couldn't of asked for better in any way if I'm honest I will definitely be returning here again 😁

My only minor little niggle was the parking was a struggle on late Saturday having to park around the corner, luckily I took my car rather than my van a minor detail as everything else was exceptional 😁

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They offered us a better room to move to when requested, as the first room had a separate bathroom, which was inconvenient. The new room was big, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decoration of the diverse rooms was unique and quirky. The breakfast was good; they provided some natural options that we enjoyed. To be fair, we just missed the ham. It was easy to enter the building at any time with the key fob, which was handy and felt secure. The hosts also recommended some places to visit and eat, and were very responsive when needed. Really friendly host. Gave some great tips on what to do in the area. 10-15walk to get to the beach. Room we stayed in was as expected via the photos. We stayed in a small twin and we had a private bathroom only for our use. The host confirmed when we booked we were aware of this. There are other ensuite twin rooms but it was the last one due to a busy time. The room was perfect and comfortable and spacious enough for us.

Great location. A short walk into town . A short walk to cliff top and beach. Room was well stocked and very clean. A wide variety of breakfast items to help yourself to. Jane and Ged are a lovely couple and suggested many places to visit..one of which was Mudeford Quay (eat, drink, walk and chill)

Jane and Ged made us feel right at home - super friendly and attentive, great communicators and sweet details (such as home-made cakes at the entrance for us to take). Both are very warm and have lots of amazing stories which they shared during breakfast (which had a nice variety of choices. Additionally they both have great tips of places to go in and around the area. The decoration had a bunch of small details and the beds were very comfy. We can only recommend stay at their cosy guesthouse - we know we will if we go back to the area! A big thank you Jane and Ged, see you soon hopefully 🙂
