Location spot on, a short stroll to the top of the road to the front, down steps (a fair few) onto the beach and you can easily walk up to the pier, beach also has a footpath. Great value for money, spacious rooms, big comfortable bed, air con and hot water, shower over a bath. One of us used the swimming pool and she was impressed how quiet it was. Bar and breakfast area decor was lovely, art deco style. We all really enjoyed the breakfast, plenty to choose from and staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Doesn't matter to me but just the paint could do with a refresh in the rooms and the carpet had some marks.. but didn't effect our stay, rooms were clean.

You have to pay so much for parking there, I would expect that to be part of the price you’ve already paid. The room was a little battered and bruised

Hot tub was working. Breakfast had a good selection

There were various tramps and questionable characters sitting on outside the hotel and in the hotel garden. I felt compelled to make sure my car was empty.

Staff & Location were great. Spa was nice.

Not the easiest to find. A little high priced for the stay.

Very clean, inviting reception, friendly staff paricularly the bar staff, food was lovely, bathrooms were great, decor was fantastic, all round a really lovely hotel and would definitely stay again

No information booklet in the room, one of the receptionists English wasn't great so struggled to have a conversation and not all information was given at check in so info booklet in room would of been really helpful, there were a few stairs to get to room which was a bit difficult for someone with chronic pain and heavy luggage so if you have issues with stairs I would suggest making the hotel away of this when booking

Staff were great..Tanya the waitress was nice so was the bar and reception staff. I brought my giant dog with me and they was so nice to him..nothing was too much trouble..the cleaners were very attentive and friendly too Hotel dinner was amazing...breakfast was great except the bacon which was inedible and the Sausages thats tasted cheap.. which for 15£ a head should of tasted much better..great selection of continental tho. Great pet friendly hotel...great value for money in terms of price of room and dinner. Lovely pool and spa facilities..gym has everything you need for a quick workout. Already booked my next stay.. thank u for having us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well presented hotel.easy check in with friendly staff. My room was a double which was a good size with a very comfortable double bed.good choice on tea/coffee tray with biscuits and tins of water.strong shower in decent sized bathroom.late checkout at 11.00 if required. Parking is available but can't be reserved so get there early. Did not use the spa/pool which is free for guests.also I did not have evening meal or breakfast so can't comment.bar looked well stocked and was busy but again I did not use. I can't understand why there are several negative comments about cleanliness and noise in the hotel as I experienced nothing like that during my stay. Would stay there again without a second thought.

not too much of an issue for me but it's a 15/20 minute walk to the beaches/town centre

I loved the modern artistic look to the hotel. Very clean. Bed was huge! And the bed was also super comfy. The breakfast had a wide range of options so good for everyone! The spa was lovely! And i loved the location and how easy it was to walk to popular areas!

The pool water didn’t seem to be at the correct ph level (my partner has a pool plant certificate, i don’t have a clue!). Very foggy and looked dirty. Temperature was perfect for jacuzzi and sauna but the pool was very chilly! Also there’s a step down when leaving the sauna which could be a hazard if poolside is slippy.

The room was cute, cosy but spacious. Air-conditioning unit, bath with shower attachment, partial garden view, tea/coffee/hot chocolate available with biscuits + still/sparkling water. Iron/ironing board provided aa well as hairdryer. Indoor pool, bar, and restaurant. There were no issues with noise from other guests, overall had a peaceful overnight stay. Hotel within walking distance of beach via slopped cliff walk down. Station and town centre nearby. Friendly courteous staff.

The only problem that arose was the tv signal, which kept dipping. Relatively minor, more of an observation.

Amazing sized room. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was so clean too! I loved how friendly and polite the staff was. Soon as I arrived I was welcomed by one of the gent staff members at the bar who made a cocktail I asked for with love and such politeness. Not to add incredible Marco to the breakfast service which I have been looked after twice now. What a incredible soul that looks after guests with so much love for his job and passion in what he does and also how he trained another staff member with so much calmness, politeness and showing what he loves! Honestly 10/10 service ! Pool facilities and sauna was just right and robes and slippers provided when asked for those. Loved the decor of the hotel and the food was incredible in the evening at the restaurant bursting out with some flavours ! Loved the place so much that I booked in the following weekend to stay with my girls for the BIG 30th BIRTHDAY 🎂 Thank you for such a warm welcome, being looked after and giving us all the best relaxed time. The only thing that I was gutted about was that the hot tub didn't work both times I stayed.
