Loved the decor and ambiance. Swimming pool and sauna were amazing!

You have to pay so much for parking there, I would expect that to be part of the price you’ve already paid. The room was a little battered and bruised

Hot tub was working. Breakfast had a good selection

There were various tramps and questionable characters sitting on outside the hotel and in the hotel garden. I felt compelled to make sure my car was empty.

Staff & Location were great. Spa was nice.

Not the easiest to find. A little high priced for the stay.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is extremely clean. Staff are friendly and supportive.

The room that we stayed in had an inter joining door. You could literally hear the man sneeze and hear the videos he was watching on his phone. It’s honestly felt like we were sharing rooms. I did speak to reception the following morning who have a 10% off code. However, I would refuse to stay in a room like again. Purely because it did affect our privacy. The coffee with breakfast was terrible. The coffee machine was used by staff but not staying guests without a room charge. We paid for coffee both mornings but I do feel this should be offered within the price.

Location was good. Not too far from where we needed to be in the evening. Breakfast lovely, and plenty of it. The staff on the breakfast room were very friendly, particularly the man keeping the hot food topped up. He was a real asset to the team, and was so positive and Cheerful. Room a nice size, and adequate for what we needed. I liked the balcony that we could sit on adjacent to the room

The staff on reception were polite and courteous, but didn't seem friendly. Their welcome seemed very matter of fact, with no smiles or warmth in their manner. The room had no phone, if we'd needed to phone reception for anything; The room had no literature in it regarding meal times, or anything about facilities within the hotel, or how to contact reception if we needed to; I found that the room (130) seemed quite noisy in the evening. It sounded like there was a function going on right below us, as I could hear loud singing until nearly midnight. There seemed to be the smell of weed a lot in the streets in the vicinity of the hotel, which was a bit concerning

The hotel staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself had a nice ambience and nice decor. The mirror in the bathroom was great for makeup/skincare. The black out curtains were wonderful.

I would have appreciated a small tube of toothpaste, just because it is nice not to have to worry about packing everything. I couldn't figure out how to use the air-conditioning, as the room was a little stuffy. The room itself could do with some updating, there was a cracked wall tile in the bathroom and also some marking on the wall in the main room.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were polite and helpful. Spacious double bedroom with large screen TV, tea making facilities. Hair dryer, a safe, and an iron and iron board. Good Wi-Fi coverage. Clean and spacious bathroom with shower over bath. Very good health and beauty suite and spa. Lovely bar and restaurant areas. Good breakfast choices of continental breakfast and full English breakfast. Would stay there again.

Good location, but it is not easy to access the beach if you are not driving.

The first room I had booked had a walk in shower which was great for my disability however I was up a few steps and having Ehlers Danlos it was a bit tricky. The second time I stayed the staff were amazing however the room was again a little out of the way. Rooms spotless staff at my second stay were awesome. Helping me with my load of bags and room service. #Housekeeping work so hard. # food fantastic # front of house Excellent #kind caring staff # great breakfast and top service.

Property was lovely, maybe a few more cameras in the landings? But that's just picky as I'm a nervous lone traveler. Shouldn't watch horror hotel videos might stop the anxiety haa

Room lovely and warm, slept well. Bathroom spotless and instantly hot shower included shower body wash and shampoo. Breakfast nice choice full English and continental choices, cereals, fruit juices teas and coffees with range of dietary milks.lovely decor very plush eating area. I had access to the swimming spa area in my booking,steam room lovely. All staff met were attentive and friendly. Really enjoyed my experience at the Queens Hotel a lovely old Hotel glad it's still part of the ambience of Bournmouth.

The women's changing area for spa swim looking a little tired needs a bit of TLC, maintenance.. The rooms wardrobe which slides out didn't have a light in and was very dark. So really minor issues which I am sure in time the hotel will consider.

The staff at Queens Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed by Nonzio Who checked us in and took my car details for the parking which is £10 per night. He also gave us a 10%discount card for any future visits! Queens hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our beds were so comfortable with thick mattress toppers and excellent plump pillows. Our room was equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fizzy and still water and delicious cookies. These were replenished each day. Cocktails in the Kraken bar were delicious and it really was a lovely place to chill. The pool is a warm and the jacuzzi nice and hot. We relaxed in the sauna and really enjoyed the facilities. There are towels at the Spa reception for use in the Spa. You will need a pound or trolley token to use the lockers. Excellent location. A gentle walk along the cliff top or down the zigzag slope into Bournemouth was pleasant and easy. We also got Ubers which cost £4-5 per trip.
