• For the size of the hotel and how many guests stay, they only have one lift that if you have luggage to get to upper floors can be tricky to use and isn’t very big at all. Definitely in need of another lift. • The balcony was the perfect size and with the perfect view but could just do with a touch up and deep clean.

Room was a good size. The balcony with the loungers was a nice size and perfect with the weather, the pool area was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

The room was tired and needed updating. There was a big burn on the carpet. The instant coffee was horrible. The biggest problem was the noise at night. The hotel needs sound proofing! The room upstairs seemed like they were coming through the ceiling. There were kids up there, running up and down, I had to complain 3 times. Big let down! The staff did what they could but it was really disappointing.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and I’d love to highlight a few amazing people who truly made a difference. Monika from the housekeeping team was exceptional – always so friendly, with such attention to detail. My room was spotless every day, and her kind presence really stood out. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a huge variety to suit every taste. Breakfast was served as a buffet with plenty of hot and cold options – something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially want to thank Frank, who I met during breakfast – always greeting everyone with a lovely smile and such positive energy to start the day. Also, a big thank you to Dora, who always approached me with a warm smile and friendly conversation, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic – very clean, relaxed, and full of positive vibes. The ambient music in the restaurant added a lovely touch to the overall experience. I felt truly great being in such a welcoming and uplifting place. It's more than just a hotel – it’s a place filled with heart. I can’t wait to come back! I’m also sharing a few photos of my room (standard single). The bathroom might look a bit small in the picture, but it was actually a standard size and perfectly comfortable during my stay.

If I had to mention one small thing — the walls aren’t exactly soundproof, so I got to know my neighbour’s snoring patterns pretty well… haha!

From the minute you walk into the hotel you can see how much thought and hard work has been put into the hotel as the hotel is very clean and has a very nice welcoming vibe to it. The location was perfect too as you had the beach right there however it was nice as it wasn’t too busy and you had the option of going to the pier which was the busier part or the quieter part. Whilst stayed there, I extended our stay for extra night as I absolutely fell in love with the place and have booked to come back in August too for my daughter‘s birthday

The fact that they excepted I’m disabled and really helped give me a amazing room and balcony as on 2nd day I hardly walk, in tears as I got terminal illness and seen myself deteriorating in 1yr lots. That balcony made that day better so thank you

I can’t fault it. I would just say if people working there see a person who staying there upset struggling to walk they should at least ask if I was okay, instead of having other people staying in the hotel asking if I was okay that’s the only fault I would give because people that work there should be more concerned about how I was because I was that bad they think I had a blood clot going into my brain and they did nothing they saw me in tears. I couldn’t walk, It like I was drunk but had no alcohol so the fact that I had people who were staying there asking me how I am trying to help but no one who worked they’re not that’s the only fault I give

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Tea tray was excellent and replenished daily. Lovely meal in the restaurant and drinks in the bar. Loved the outdoor pool. Car parking on site very welcome.

Bath in the bathroom was especially narrow and slippy. Reception happy to provide a bathmat to prevent falling. Wifi didn't appear to work in our 4th floor room which I reported to Reception on departure as not essential for our stay.

We had a lovely couple of nights here, the location on the beachfront was ideal and we had really sunny days when we stayed. The staff were friendly and they had left a nice card and complimentary drinks for our anniversary. The room was nice and the bathroom on the raised platform was lush. We had breakfast both days which was nice. We used the pool facilities next door which meant we could go for a swim and was able to lounge around the outdoor pool and sunbathe! We ate at the Ventana Grande Cafe for dinner on one of the nights and the steak meal we had was tasty. The only things I would say could do with some improvement was details on the decor. There were places where the wallpaper was tripped off, carpet was coming up and black tape was used to stick it down. The mattresses could also don’t replacing as the springs were poking out the side but I still slept comfortably. Adding a topper could increase the longevity and comfort of the mattress. The tv in the bedroom should offer smart tv options as they still used an external aerial with the two prongs and the signal would often drop out or become interrupted. It was manageable though. It was this attention to detail that let it down a bit but overall a very pleasant stay and I would return.

We love it here .. the staff are so lovely and very attentive the hotel is lovely and the rooms are great we especially enjoy a balcony room. , food is excellent 👌 and the service couldn't have been better especially how attentive they were to our kids at breakfast, it was the best breakfast we've ever had as a family 😍

Our last stay here was lovely however we did spot a couple of faults in the room clean, when we arrived at check in we found some rubbish under the kids bunk beds and an old check in/out card with another customers details on. I think the room clean could have been more thorough but other than that our stay was great.

Amazing room it was perfect for my partner's birthday and valentines day and they had kindly left a heart shaped towel and card for him on the bed. The room was so spacious and lovely decor and the sea view was perfect. We had a lovely sunset. We didn't want to leave. We also loved the bar area and restaurant and had a great lunch. He bought me jewellery from the reception area in a lovely black case which was a nice surprise. Prosecco on arrival - lovely touch. Plenty of live events going on at the weekends. Parking worked out fine. Easy to walk to anything in Bournemouth - you can see the pier from your room.

We were really happy with our stay. If I had to LOOK for something to improve, the pool in the next-door hotel Suncliff could do with an update / better cleanliness, and we asked twice for the sauna to be turned on but took a long time and wasn't clear. It needs a switch the guests can use? Maybe a drinking water machine? It's so great that this facility is included with your room even in another hotel, especially when it is too cold to use the outdoor Cumberland pool, but it just needs a little improving maybe a jacuzzi bit on the pool steps and a steam room could really raise the bar. Maybe the 20s decor/ theme could also be brought across. Just a thought. We loved our time.
