• For the size of the hotel and how many guests stay, they only have one lift that if you have luggage to get to upper floors can be tricky to use and isn’t very big at all. Definitely in need of another lift. • The balcony was the perfect size and with the perfect view but could just do with a touch up and deep clean.

The only thing I would improve about the hotel would be the receptionists, since they weren’t very friendly and spoke to us as if they were doing us a favor. I would also repaint the outside of the hotel so it looks newer, and the carpets in the hallways are very old and have a slight smell. Other than that, we loved the hotel!

Room was a good size. The balcony with the loungers was a nice size and perfect with the weather, the pool area was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

The room was tired and needed updating. There was a big burn on the carpet. The instant coffee was horrible. The biggest problem was the noise at night. The hotel needs sound proofing! The room upstairs seemed like they were coming through the ceiling. There were kids up there, running up and down, I had to complain 3 times. Big let down! The staff did what they could but it was really disappointing.

Loved the art deco style and the beautiful lobby area, bar, lounge and dining. Relaxed atmosphere with lighting and music totally in keeping with the decor and style of the hotel. Outside pool and terrace area were amazing giving a Mediterranean feel and a lovely place to sit with a cocktail or two! Reception staff so welcoming and helpful, bar and restaurant staff amazing, friendly and accommodating of food allergies etc. Beautiful balconies overlooking the whole bay watching sunrises and sunsets! A place to truly relax.

Loved everything x if we had to make any small suggestions it would be to paint the front of the hotel and fix the lighting in the sign just because it would really show off this beautiful hotel and reflect how amazing it is inside.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and I’d love to highlight a few amazing people who truly made a difference. Monika from the housekeeping team was exceptional – always so friendly, with such attention to detail. My room was spotless every day, and her kind presence really stood out. The restaurant staff were equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a huge variety to suit every taste. Breakfast was served as a buffet with plenty of hot and cold options – something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially want to thank Frank, who I met during breakfast – always greeting everyone with a lovely smile and such positive energy to start the day. Also, a big thank you to Dora, who always approached me with a warm smile and friendly conversation, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic – very clean, relaxed, and full of positive vibes. The ambient music in the restaurant added a lovely touch to the overall experience. I felt truly great being in such a welcoming and uplifting place. It's more than just a hotel – it’s a place filled with heart. I can’t wait to come back! I’m also sharing a few photos of my room (standard single). The bathroom might look a bit small in the picture, but it was actually a standard size and perfectly comfortable during my stay.

If I had to mention one small thing — the walls aren’t exactly soundproof, so I got to know my neighbour’s snoring patterns pretty well… haha!

Generally a lovely hotel to spend a few days. We enjoyed the food and the environment.

Something we assumed would be quite a simple problem to solve. On 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, my Wife could not have a can of Coke to go with her Bacardi. Apparently they ran out of it. Something I would not expect at a 4 star hotel. Some of the bar staff seemed at a loss to know when it would become available. One in particular was very nonchalant about the inconvenience, and seemed to be more concerned with impressing female guests with his impersonation of Tom Cruise from the film 'Cocktail'. Mr Cruise has nothing to worry about.

The room was fine. Breakfast was fine, dinner in the main restaurant was fine, too. The location was manageable to get to the centre/pier area. As the weather was so good, it was a pleasant walk into the pier area. The hotel is fine but it needs a little TLC to smarten it up a bit, such as carpet holes, chips in paintwork, just minor things really. The staff were all excellent, especially the dining room staff, very helpful and personable.

Nothing really, just a bit of TLC to smarten up the place and make it definitely a 4-star hotel and not about three and a half.

Great location with a bonus of a nice pool , being used to single rooms being cupboards with an outlook of a wall this was a pleasant surprise, decent size , good pillows and mattress and a bathroom I could turn around in ! The ambiance is great and there is plenty of lounging comfy seats . Loved the art deco style Breakfast good quality and nice to be seated rather than a bun fight . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend have stayed at the sister hotel next door and this beats it hands down

Needs a lick of paint and some new carpets in the corridors but didn’t detract from the stay , food a bit pricey so I ate out

From the minute you walk into the hotel you can see how much thought and hard work has been put into the hotel as the hotel is very clean and has a very nice welcoming vibe to it. The location was perfect too as you had the beach right there however it was nice as it wasn’t too busy and you had the option of going to the pier which was the busier part or the quieter part. Whilst stayed there, I extended our stay for extra night as I absolutely fell in love with the place and have booked to come back in August too for my daughter‘s birthday

Everything! My single room was compact, but v. adequate and lovely little touches, like the streamlined fan being already on when I entered check-in. Sufficient cupboard space in the room, cupboard in the bathroom so I didn't have to leave cosmetic bags on the floor, big fluffy towels and the bottles of shower gel and shampoo were of decent size. EXCELLENT facilities - restaurant (reasonably priced) sauna, decent sized pool, entertainment certain nights. Very helpful Reception staff - and they attended to you immediately. I could leave my case after check-out and spend the day on the beach. Very good location for the beach and the town too.
