The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was good--- a short walk into town on the direct bus route. Free car parking for guests. My single room (4) was clean and comfortable, light and airy, and with a bath. Heated towel rail was convenient for drying a swimming costume. Basic, simple amenities at a good price.

I didn't use the coffee machine, only the kettle, but could have done with more teabags and milk in the room. Nice big mug provided ! Windows only open a little, could be hot in the Summer, but fine for May. Front rooms are near the road and a bit noisy, but not really a problem.

I liked the clean room Had a good feel to the room definitely a hotel you would stay out for a short time A short but nice walk to the beach Parking was good as well, TV had lots of channels on it too!

No fridge in room or food at that matter! Felt a little cheap, staff members need to speak better not so quiet, Our bathroom blinds were broken Also no entertainment and no service at the bar the main room was in darkness Everytime we walked past it The lift needs to be more accessible for luggage, cold water tap at times came out hot

We visited this hotel recently, the staff were very good, they met all of our needs and helped us with anything we asked for. The location was perfect, free parking as long as there was parking on site. Beach was 10-12 minutes away by foot.

The building is outdated, as I was with a little one, maybe a microwave/fridge would be helpful. But each time we asked the staff, they were happy to help. Just didnt want to trouble anyone... But I would definitely book this hotel again

When we arrived the hotel staff very welcoming our room very clean hotel very clean lovely dining rooms... We went for breakfast the next morning and there was a confusion as I thought it was a cooked breakfast but it was only continental So was a bit upset But the manager I think her name is Mary went out of her way and cooked us breakfast everyday we were there I would recommend this hotel ..only been open for 2 months so far but I think better things are coming for this hotel ,nothing is to much trouble, staff are amazing anything you asked for they would accommodate you the best they can .... Thank you for a lovely stay and look forwards to booking with you again

Good central location a few minutes walk to the beach

Great location, only a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and pier. Staff very friendly and was told I could park my car in the car park all day free of charge on departure day, which allowed me to spend the day on the beach without paying crazy car park fees. Got the bus back M1 or M2, which stops outside the hotel, which was very convenient. Felt safe and secure in the hotel. Would stay again.

Would have been nice if a fridge was in the room. Curry smell in the reception area. Rooms a little dated.Although well priced.

Staff were really wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious and surprisingly really cute inside. Lots of mirrors and a lovely dressing table. I had a really good sleep as the bed was very comfortable and the room stayed really cool even in 29 degree weather. I didn’t have breakfast but I peeked in and it looked lovely. Great location with everything we needed within a very short walk. There is a bus stop right outside if you struggle with walking on hills or have tired kids that love to complain like mine. The wifi signal was fantastic and did not drop once, and there was loads of space for any laptop use. Complimentary parking was an added bonus! My son and I loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The TV didn’t work in the room as there was a signal problem.

Great location, maybe even better than the one where we usually stay. Room was of very good size, very clean and smells nicely! Double bed relatively comfy, could be a bit bigger. Availability of coffee machine. Bischoff biscuits that was consumed by my child in first seconds we got in :):):). Towels are nice and very soft!!! Friendly staff, good communication.

This all are all minor things: - Toilet was not flashing well; - TV remote missing; - Deposit for the stay; - Breakfast seems to be a bit expensive (cannot judge quality as we opted out).

The location was good, handy to restaurants, etc. Staff were friendly. Good parking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. For four adults with suitcases and bags the family quad room is small, with limited room to move around. For one night it was room was adequate for the price.

The elevator was very small. It only fit in one adult and 3 carry on suitcases. There were a lot of stairs to get to our room.
