Read all the negative reviews so took a fan and a light blanket and lots of cold water yes the window opens a smidge but boy is the fifth floor high so my fan worked well. My friend and I arrived to a car park with plenty of spaces, lovely desk staff who were really polite and helpful were offered a twin room so was great to be offered the option, lovely sized room big bathroom which was clean but a little dated but it was functional for a quick shower in the morning we also had a big bath all in all a good overnight stop.

Nothing to do with the hotel but our left side neighbours decided to have a party from 6am still going when we left.

the staff were friendly and very helpful. the rooms always smell fresh and clean

the hotel rooms could do with a renovation, there’s stains and god knows what in the bath tubs, there’s no plugs for the sink. lifts take too long to get to each floor. the hotel makes money so definitely think the owners need to use the money to sort the bathrooms and the decor of the hotel out.

We love the roundhouse it's well run the staff are lovely so helpful 😊. The shops around the hotel are great for food from all over the world and if the entertainment is on a great night can be had by all love it. We will be back soon. Thank you all staff at the roundhouse.. also great breakfast and evening meals

Cheap and cheerful, just what we needed. close to bars not too far from sea front. but is quite a walk back as it is uphill. Nice big room shower and bathrooms are fine. quick and easy check in and out.

Nothing, this hotel is fine if you are just looking for somewhere that is cost effective.

The hotel is ideally situated right in the middle of Bournemouth giving easy access whether on foot or transport to all the attractions, restaurants, pubs/bars/University and the beach/Pier.

With the Hotel being right in the heart of Bournemouth comes the downside...it's extremely noisy outside with drunken students screaming all hours of the night and the busy city traffic...small price to pay for the great locality of the Hotel.

The price was superb and what you get for what you pay meets or exceeds expectation. Anybody that gives this hotel a hard time, obviously has champagne taste and beer money

we had a twin room with the red and white flower wall paper and red and black furniture a big upgrade from last times room only suggestion would be to put updated plug sockets next to the bed and a doorstop and 2 chairs lovely towels and happy to see a bath mat, if i had a complaint or worry its all the plastic bottles and cardboard that went in the bin during our stay please can you look into recycling bins in rooms or by lift on each floor we all need to help save our planet and im sure its something to brag about on website and arrival and you can help upgrade you to 4 star rating with little things to help sustainability and lids on bins in bathroom

no bins emptied in the 3 days i was there and no fridge or vending machines on each floor i would of liked a bottle of water to fill the kettle with

Exceptionally clean all roundhouse and rooms followed covid restrictions very well and staff were fantastic and very professional

Nothing as long as we kept the windows shut at night as got noisy outside from 10 pm until 3 am

Receptionists and night porters were so kind and professional. The hotel was very clean. Our room was big, comfortable and spotless. Good position and good value for money.

As a businessman I need to put drinks and food on one invoice but unfortunately this is not allowed at the round house also people at times upto 8-10 people all smoking by the entrance totally unacceptable
