The property is in a great location and the man at check in was very helpful.

The property needs some maintenance work done. When we pulled up I was not so sure - the building is tired looking and needs some decoration works completing. The room was okay - beds were comfy - but the room was very dusty and the single bed had many hairs in it when my daughter got into bed. The room was fit for purpose but the property is like a very messy house thats had no works or painting done in a very long time.

Lovely setting, nuce and quiet street but close to local amenities and short walk down the chine to the beach. Good size room, bright and spacious, beds comfy. lovely little balcony too although next rooms window was close by so didn't want to interrupt them. Nice to have tea & coffee facilities microwave and fridge. Could have donw with a couple of spoons. Shower room good, although needs a blind at the window.

Lincoln House is in a quiet location with plenty of car parking spaces. I really enjoyed my stay at the house. The rooms are clean, quiet and a real comfy bed. Both hosts are lovely with great communication at any time.

There was nothing I didn't like about Lincoln House.

The hotel was close enough to the beach. A good choice of restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel.The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. I would be happy to stay at Lincoln house again.

There was alot of banging noise from upstairs, on the first night. However after I spoke to the host about it the noise stopped 😊

I arrived early but my room was ready and I was able to have use of it straight away. The proprietor was lovely, very friendly and helped me with my bags. The room was tiny but very cosy and well laid out. I love the windows on both sides of the bed, it was perfect for keeping cool during hot balmy nights. It was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper. Each room it seems has a different theme, very well thought out, and a lot of care has clearly gone into the look of the property.

The person living in the house next door played very loud music during my first night's stay. The garden could do with a couple of smaller tables for extra space when more than one party is using it. The shower door was stiff to close and the shower not very good but it was clean and was suitable for my two night stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Lincoln House. The owners were wonderful! They were very welcoming and kind with a personal touch as we were personally welcomed and sent off. Everything was catered to and the experience was definitely one of a kind that you just don't get at a standard 'hotel'. The room was big and clean with all appliances, a private bathroom/shower and even a fridge. We also had a balcony which we loved. There is a garden area but we didn't use it. The most surprising and wonderful aspect of the room were the soft beds. We all had the best sleep of our lives- I slept like a baby. The stay was very quiet and we didn't hear the neighbours at all. Great place. A very good quality stay with amazing, personal and caring hosts. Would definitely go again

Myself and my mum staid 4 nights and glad we did. The owners are so friendly, kind and helpful, often asked if we needed anything. The bed is very comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. I will definitely be booking to stay again and I recommend Lincoln house for a lovely stay. There is free parking on site and outside on the road there is usually spaces too. It’s a short ten minute walk to the beach an you can walk through the beautiful gardens. Can’t wait to go back

I was happy with the stay

Great location. Room had large TV, mini fridge and plenty of coffee/tea, bathroom was modernised with shower gel and hand soap provided, bed was soft and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. Lovely old building that has retained all of its original character, beautiful plants all around the garden.

Door to the room was quite thin so we could clearly hear people in the hallway but didn’t really bother us.

We loved the location and the friendlies of the staff

Our room was a little dated but functional. The house was pretty but needs a little update.

The room was clean and cosy - perfect for my needs as a solo traveler The hotel has other larger rooms but this was just right.
