Great location close to the Bournemouth O2. Room well equipped, clean & comfortable. Free parking also. Very friendly hosts. Fresh milk for tea was a lovely addition.

Only negative is breakfast is not included in the price & only served between 8-9am which may be a little too early after a late night. Would not deter me from recommending or booking again but useful to know for others booking.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Rosscourt and as always it was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and our room beautiful. Always a perfectly cooked breakfast, and at a time to suit us, and a friendly welcome from Debbie and Peter. We love the Rosscourt as it is perfectly located near shops and restaurants, beach, and has parking onsite. Rooms are always cleaned to a high standard, cleaned and made up on request each day if wished, and have fridges. Comfortable seating area in the room, TV works fine and there is a lovely breakfast room and lounge, and packed lunches available on request. Plenty of information on local amenities etc available. Really home from home on holiday and like so many other guests we plan to return next year! Highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed here before, loved it so came back! Extremely clean room, beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of storage room. Roomy shower with lots of hot water. Quiet area outside of Bournemouth but with easy access to town.Very close to the beach. Debbie is am excellent host. My mother in law came a few days before us and was a bit nervous of coming on her own but Debbie really looked after her and MIL loved her room, slept well and visited local places with advice from Debbie on where to go. Breakfast is fabulous as always, quickly served and beautifully cooked. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely B & B

I really enjoyed my stay at The Rosscourt Hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to local shops and amenities and is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and Boscombe Pier. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and is exceptionally clean. My room was lovely. It was light and airy with stylish decor. The bed was very comfortable and again it was spotlessly clean. Debbie was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the local area.

The hotel was conveniently situated for both the beach and bus routes . The room was spacious, super clean and comfy bed , oh and the pillows I have just ordered some it was like sleeping on a cloud . The room had a fridge which was such a bonus with the hot weather .Debbie is an amazing host , very friendly and always there if needed . I will be recommending the Rosscourt to others and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if visiting Boscombe again .

Nice, clean and a friendly welcome. Managed to fit us at the very last minute after a very disappointing check-in at a property very nearby where we refused to stay. Just need to be creative and cooperative with the parking. Don’t be swayed by any negative comments regarding the parking situation, it’s all good and works well if people are willing to make it work.

Beautiful large room with super king comfy bed, very comfortable seating area with TV, and everything spotless! Lovely large shower and scrupulously clean bathroom. Really useful to have fridge available in the room. Quiet location, superb breakfast freshly cooked, and great lounge. Debbie and Peter very welcoming and helped with anything we needed, set up ironing board and iron when we arrived and recommended restaurants etc. Car parking available on site. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Packed lunches available on request. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future.

We like everything in this lovely B&B. Good size of room and bathroom, very clean, snow-white towels and bedding. Great location: 1 min to bus stop, 3 min to street with shops and restaurants, 2 min to Chaplin's (amazing and unique wine club). 10 min walk to the beach. Free parking on site. Debbie is very lovely Ledy and kind host. Will recommend to everyone.

We had an amazing time staying at Debbie’s and Peter’s place. The two were so welcoming and warm we felt at ease right away, they even accommodated our changed arrival time. The location of the hotel is great, it’s a very short walk to the beach and everything is very clean and neat. We will definitely be back when we come back to Bournemouth.

The Hotel is very well situated in a quiet rd, short distance walk for shops and the beach. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy,,the mattress was very comfortable. Kettle and selection of hot drinks provided. T.V . free WiFi . hair dryer in room. Hotel is Beautifully decorated. Choice of breakfast deliciously cooked the way you prefer. We was celebrating a birthday, and the hotel owner Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was a lovely lounge with T.V for guests to use during their stay.

It rained on one of our days, but we still enjoyed our stay.
