Excellent location five minute walk to railway station and bus station for public transport. Local Asda five minutes away to pick up all shopping needs and friendly local store. Walk into central Bournemouth is straight forward only takes 15 to 20 minutes. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful and willing to clean as requested. Overall the property is well presented and clean and tidy. Small fridge and microwave very useful for self-catering.

Bournemouth is very spread out. The hotel is an ideal location for access to bus and train station. Large Asda supermarket nearby. Key code entry and all required information provided by email. Room has all the usual amenities but being UK no Aircon of course. On a cold and wet weekend the central heating was much appreciated. Double bed pushed against wall at the side which my wife doesn't like but not a problem as we had extra beds in the room..

I loved how personal it felt being a small hotel in one of those old 3 story houses. It was on a quiet street so no traffic noise. The rooms are a good size with excellent lighting and very clean. There is a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities, daily housekeeping and breakfast included if you wish. The breakfast is amazing and there is a choice of a fryup or cereal and fruit and unlimited juice and coffee and tea. The host Chris was lovely and even changed my room from the top floor to the ground floor. The hotel is also well situated and close to the train station, town centre and about 20 minutes to Bournemouth beach by foot.

The room was spotless and clean. I found the bed comfortable and slept well. The room had everything I could need including a microwave, fridge which came in very handy in the hot weather and plates and cutlery. The hotel was very close to the train station 5/10 minute walk. The staff were very accommodating providing me with extra pillows. They even allied me an extra 30 minutes check-out while I waited for my lift. They replied to messages promptly. I would definitely recommend

Nice and clean very friendly host /meet and greeted us and helped with suitcases. Great location. Nice decorated and clean.Great location easy to find and near the train station and public transport. 15 mins walk to local beech and shops nearby too. Had a small fridge and microwave in the room.

Room was bit smaller than expected but was out most time. Was bit very warm room as at top of house but had fans for the room.

The staff couldn't be more helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Fans were provided for a very hot weekend! Parking right outside the hotel. Microwave and essential items also provided

Very good communication from management, clear info provided regarding self check in and they were nice enough to register my car for street parking.

The area, I generally did not feel safe. The surrounding homes were dodgy and there were screams from all angles during the night. This however is not the fault of the owners... I would have felt safer with a few bolts on the doors. Lol.

Very Good location for me , close to the railway station in a quiet street! Shops and restaurants are close. Very clean and good communication with the management! Refrigerator a plus!

The ( exclusive ) bathroom for room 5 was in a separate room , it worked fine( and it was private) but took a bit of locking up and down

I didn't take up on the option of breakfast because i enjoy lying in on holiday. Location suited me becase of its close proximity to train station and taxi rank.

I have no complaints - given what i paid. I'm very happy with the accomodation. Loads of supplies for tea and coffee in the room.

Excellent cooked breakfast & friendly, prompt service. Adequate parking outside hotel & could use the owner's drive which was very useful as road spaces were limited.

Room was comfortable but limited space with small en suite shower room. Very warm room with 1 top window which was left open but allowed little airflow due to the blind. Inadequate availability of sockets.
