We escaped for a couple of days to relax and explore the area. Pebble Beach restaurant was perfect for us. We liked the restaurant on the sea front. There were were walks either way. Our room was fabulous. We didn't have an amazing view, but we could see The Isle of Wight in the distance. However, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our room. The best thing was the restaurant was downstairs and we had 2 evening meals and on one afternoon we had cake and cocktails. Happy hour was definitely appreciated. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options, which is why we had dinner there both nights. We were lucky enough to book on a day there was a DJ who was playing retro music. We had breakfast in the morning and was lush. Again, there is plenty of variety and good quality food. Finally, the staff are friendly and accommodating. They are always busy and seem to know what they are doing.

The hotel is very tiny- only 4 rooms in total, but the rooms are very cozy and well appointed. The staff were all amazing and welcoming; they made you feel like you were at home! I love the feel of this place. Just a word of warning- the rooms are quite small (except the suite, which is nothing short of amazing). I was alone in my room, but it might have been difficult with more than one guest (suitcase space!). But the bed was so comfortable, and the nespresso machine was such a nice touch, that I wouldn't have minded the lack of space with an extra guest. This place gave me such a case of the "happy feels". Really quite perfect.

Great location and really nice bar and restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was comfortable and well furnished mostly. Food was also very good and they clearly take pride in what is created in the kitchen. Not quite a 5 star quality across the board but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

One thing that lets down the room (Needles) is the bathroom. Quite dated with an old shower which had to be handheld as it wouldn’t stay put, and a lack of towels. For a 5 star stay I’d say that could do with updating the bathroom in general. A new shower would be an easy fix and would make a difference for guests.

The accommodation was far better than I expected. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which had a huge terrace where we sat and looked out to sea. The queen sized bed was really comfortable. All rooms were of a high standard, top quality all the way. On the first morning we had a continental breakfast, which was brought to our suite and was the best one I have ever had - thanks Ellie :-) The other two days, we had breakfast in the restaurant, which was also excellent. You do have to book for an evening meal because they are always busy. All the staff were very friendly and polite. We were sorry to leave and will be back next year.

Only one thing - the cocktails. We had aperol spritz, which were flat and watery, plus expensive.

The staff were wonderful. Restaurant exceptional- it’s rare for me to be able to get enough fresh green vegetables when eating out ( dietary requirement) but our meal was amazing (& the staff so kind in listening to my health needs).

The sound of the industrial extractor fans - our room , while lovely, overlooked the kitchen and the droning kept us awake. If we’d known we’d have booked a different room.

The room was wonderfully presented and spacious, with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The location was quiet, peaceful and ideally situated on the seafront, with immediate access to leisurely walks along the cliff top or beachfront. Full English breakfast was excellent, and our hostess Megan was polite and efficient. Definitely 5 stars! I would highly recommend Pebble Beach for anybody looking for a relaxing break with wonderful staff and food.

Only one thing I can fault .. it's an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and the restaurant was closed when we were there. I had planned to make a meal but there were no pots,pans and plates or bowls, except one dinner plate and 3 saucers which we used to eat our take away dinner.

The view is spectacular and the staff are fantastic. Room really comfy and luxurious touches such as the chocolates in the room. To be able to walk out your room to the beach front is a real luxury. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff couldn’t be more attentive.

My only criticism would be the bath/shower, very hard to work out and could do with a way to have an easy shower in the morning.

Both the continental breakfast and the cooked breakfast were very well presented, plenty of it and very tasty, We were well looked after by the staff. The location is perfect for watching the sunrise.

That we couldn't set down for breakfast until 9am, would have preferred 8.30. Although it wasn't too much of a bother, our stay was in January so maybe the times change in the Summer months

Location was exquisite, I didn't want to leave the outdoor area (seaside views). On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a Spanish night, which incorporated Spanish food and live music. The staff managed to reserve a table for us and we had the best night of food, drinks and dancing. Pretty good for a Wednesday night. I will be back and totally recommend this gorgeous oasis.
