Beautiful location: very comfortable, elegant, uncluttered rooms thoughtfully provisioned and furnished to a very high quality, including a couple of armchairs. Spacious bathroom with great quality linens. All very fresh and clean. Easy access to parking. John and Stephanie were very kind - the perfect hosts- nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was just lovely, including unbelievably good home made lemon curd! And proper quantities of coffee 😍. Really superior quality in every detail. Thank you so much!

Tea & cake on arrival & made to feel instantly welcome by both John & Steph. Beautiful setting with outside seating to enjoy the landscape. The Bed was so comfy with quality bedding. The bedroom was a large spacious airy room with seating too & fab views. Fantastic choice for breakfast in the conservatory which was excellently prepared. We could have stayed longer had we prepared ourselves & known. John & Steph have been in the business for years so recommend without hesitation & you will enjoy.

Hunters Croft is set in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed so warmly. The room and bathroom was beautiful and very clean and just so comfortable. The outside area was set out with lovely furniture with views over the fields and the owners chickens and sheep. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was plentiful and all locally sourced. Our stay overall was incredible and we have already decided to return

John and Steph are excellent hosts. The breakfast was outstanding including homemade preserves and bread. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and our room was exceptionally clean and beautiful including flowers. Their personal touch and attention to detail outstanding. The accommodation immaculate. Definitely highly recommended and I can’t thank them enough for our stay at Hunters Croft

This property and the hosts are just amazing! Friendly couple who made us feel at home , from the moment we got there , I cannot fault them or their beautiful home amazingly clean and cannot wait to stay again the price was good for what you get , An amazing clean room with everything you need the en-suite was stunning and clean! When I say clean I mean that bathroom could have passed as just been installed, so clean , nothing bad to say about anything!!

An idyllic b&b, the best we have stayed in in the new forest. A very warm welcome with tea and delicious cake. Our room was spacious and spotless with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was outstanding, from the cooked breakfast to the homemade marmalade and jams and the homemade bread. Couldn't resist bringing some home! We loved sitting in the comfy decking area watching the numerous birds come to the feeders, it was an absolute joy. Thank you Steph and John we enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back and do all the things you recommended and we didn't get round to doing..... Sharon & Gary (aka Rick Astley)

The lovely friendly welcome of having our bags carried to our room. The pot of tea and homemade cake awaiting us in the conservatory on arrival. Homemade lemon curd and jams with our breakfast. Plenty of good quality produce for breakfast, as we sat watching the birds. We enjoyed seeing the baby lambs on site. Our bed was very comfortable. Room was airy and clean. Tea making facilities in our room, with a bottle of fresh milk in the small fridge. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and hope to return.

The shower wasn't very powerful. Some noise of cars passing by as property is close to the road.

We arrived to a warm welcome from our hosts, John & Steph. Our room was spotless & bright, with attention to detail to ensure their guests comfort. Our doors opened out to a patio, and garden, full of birds making the most of the bird feeders. Very rural setting, & yet, there are three pubs within a very short distance from the accommodation. (we had an evening meal at The Hare & Hounds, which was delicious.) Slept very well in our comfortable bed. Had a delicious breakfast, served by our hosts. Homemade jams & bread, plus fresh eggs from their chickens. Who could ask for more.

Spacious, well finished fittings, pleasant surroundings. Well managed. Owners were very pleasant and hospitable. Welcomed us unexpectedly with tea and a slice of home made cake which was delicious as was the breakfast. Over all very happy with our stay.

Shower was weak. Road noise imposing with the windows open which we could have kept shut if the duvet was a lighter tog but not a big deal.

The welcome from John and Steph was lovely pot of coffee and homemade cake, just what you need after a long journey. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and a good size. Breakfast was lovely we had full English with toast but could of had cereal yogurt and fruit. The location was good but you would need a car to get anywhere. John and Steph were very knowledgeable on area and recommended good restaurants.
