We had a lovely two night stay here. Rooms were very clean, nice little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and tea/coffee provided! We had use of the full house as there were 6 of us. Steve was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Close enough to the pebble beach for a walk down or if you'd rather drive there are car parks along the sea front.

It was perfect. A lovely house in a great, quiet location, overlooking fields. It had everything that you could need, and more. I could not recomend it more, 10 out of 10, and on top of that a great host, who could not have been more helpful.

Nothing at all!

We had a lovely stay here for two nights while hiking the area. Very welcoming and friendly family house. Private stairway and separate bathroom and bedroom. Lovely breakfast with flexible timings and an honesty bar. We bought in own drinks but good selection available. Beautiful outdoor decking and indoor sitting room. TV in room with lots of sockets. Beautiful seaside area. Off season for us but lots of bars and places to eat in walking distance. Car park available and Wifi. Hosts happy and able to give privacy. Information folder in room. Lovely fully stocked bathroom with bath and also a shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We recommend the Wash House. They do not serve food but are very happy to accept you with takeaways and will provide plates and cutlery and condiments.

The bed though comfortable was a bit squeaky. Everything else was perfect.

Loved the location, quiet and relaxing. Steve was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean with all facilities. Breakfast was continental with plenty of cereal selection , fruit, pastries, croissants, yoghurts and toast . We loved the bread that was fresh cob style loaf. Amazing place, can’t wait to go back. Thank you Steve for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Loved everything about this comfy, cosy, welcoming place , was sad to leave it behind.

The host made a good effort to cater for my dietary needs. He was friendly and accommodating. The decor was lovely and everything was well maintained, clean and tidy. It was good also to have the use of the kitchen and sitting room.

It would have been nice to have real ground coffee for breakfast rather than instant!

Fantastic find, Steve your host has perfected what a small B&B should be. Spotlessly clean, great large bathroom with plenty of towels,and a continental style breakfast. The bedroom was a nice size with tea and coffee facilities and a smart TV

Spacious modern conversion. Views over fields to Isle of Wight. Bathroom separate but to ourselves and had run of the house lounge and kitchen as we liked. Off road parking. Very quiet. Lovely choices of continental breakfast.

Nothing, although some may prefer to be nearer beach and shops.

Friendly and welcoming host, good parking, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, lovely decor throughout, lovely decked seating area outside overlooking fields, brilliant breakfast, what more could you want? Steve went the extra mile providing all the little extras to make our stay comfortable,. My coeliac husband was also well catered for. I wish we could have stayed longer in this delightful home from home. Thank you Steve x

Can't find any fault

Made to feel very welcome. Exceptionally clean, fresh and modern decor with a touch of quirkiness. Nothing to much trouble and would definitely recommend.

The plug in air freshers and perfumed sticks that were quite overpowering.

Amazing host Steve. Beautiful seaside home, full of beach themed artifacts. Very welcoming. Stunning views from bedroom and decking area. Relaxed feel. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Good choice of continental goodies for breakfast. Quirky and unique. Short walk to pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.
