Clean fresh and man at reception held on for me to get there as transport late . Shower good etc

However the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses and was not comfortable at all . I’d of rather just had a single bed .

The location is great, close to the beach and town. The staff was amazing, very helpful, polite, and a good sense of humour. Clean bedding and towels, nice and soft. The bathroom and 6 bed bedroom were generally clean, we didn't see any issue with that, the staff is hardworking. I would definitely stay in a hotel again.

It's not a big issue, just a little thought: It would be great if we had hand towels to dry our hands, at least one in the bathroom, and also a bath mat. A new kettle is a must. The old one has some weird smell. Please change it. There was enough tea, coffee and milk, and cups but no spoon. These are only little issues. Everything else was just fine.

I loved the privacy after being in a few hostels. The room was warm and the gentleman that greeted me when I reported in was very kind and warm. And finally a room with towels! Plus the value per night was exceptional and I was able to have a lovely cup of tea and coffee in my room since they provided it with milk and sugar.

The shower took a bit to heat up and the water pressure was a little lacking but not a deal breaker. What made me laugh was how large the sink bowl was but how short the spigot was. I had to press my hand right up against the bowl to get under the water. Also the bigger bed was two mattresses put together and my back could feel it sometimes.

Friendly welcome. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfect location. The only negative was that our room opened on to the reception area. Consequently we heard talking at reception quite early in the morning. However, everything else was good and we would happily stay at the Fairmount again.

For the money this was the best value and most comfortable hotel with an excellent location that I have ever stayed in! At £31 for the night I had a double room (very small but completely adequate) with Tv, coffee/tea making, table and chair plus an ensuite bathroom. The radiators were hot, the water was hot, and it was clean. 5 minute walk into the center of Bournemouth. Fantastic value for money.

You could hear the road despite double glazing; the walls were thin so I could hear next door - fortunately no one was loud but there’s the potential for it …. But for £31 that’s fine!

great location but up a hill. nice size room. good value for money, basic but adequate.

Shower and room needs a little TLC to make it look cared. Bathroom could also have done with a little more attention to detail. We have only paid £81 to a two nights stay so we can't complain too much. we would stay again it's a bargain.

Not a lot of pressure in shower but lovely and warm not much room in room very limited storage not toiletries but having said great value for money at 34pound per night quite staff make sure resident are respectfully to others at night

No toiletries provide and hand towels provided, nothing to hang your clothes on in bathroom when getting changed. Room was quite small for family but you get what you pay for as it was quite cheaper than other hotels in the area and after reading the reviews was the cleanest as well.

For 11 people, the hotel suited our needs very well. Plenty of beds, two showers in the room and a balcony. The staff were excellent and were very accommodating. They let us give our key to the night porter to ensure we didn't lose it (we were out on a stag so that would have been a distinct possibility!) The option of parking in central Bournemouth was also a massive bonus, costing £10 per car a night which, given the location, was more than reasonable. The location itself was excellent, only being a 5 minute walk into the town centre (excluding the massive hill leading into town).

The only issue for us was the combination of room sizing - it would have been nice to have a couple of family rooms to accommodate all 11 of us evenly, but we ended up having to get a 9 bed and a 2 bed. Still, that was hardly an issue and the rooms themselves were great. Checkout at 10am is a little early, but anything would be if you'd been out drinking heavily the night before!

Martin was friendly. Miguel went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcome.

I didn’t like the fact the room had no outside view from the windows as it was downstairs (room 21) It was very hot. We were given a fan so can’t really complain. I think the room was a little outdated and could do with some touching up.
