Good location, a bit away from the main road so we weren't disturbed but only a 10 minute walk to town/the beach. Spacious room (executive double) for us and baby and all her paraphernalia. Responsive and kind staff, the WhatsApp contact was particularly helpful. Nice pool and spa. Good breakfast options.

Shower and sink were blocked so we accidentally flooded the bathroom first time we showered (though we did report to maintenance who did clear the shower drain that day), air con system was nice to have but very noisy at night. Building works meant one day the lift couldn't be used to the ground floor which was tricky with a buggy (plus there were 4 steps between the lift and our room we had to navigate each day). Staff did not know about the allergens at breakfast, shouldn't really expect them to but could perhaps provide signage to make it clear for everyone?

Location of the hotel was great for the BIC and sea. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Reception and eating areas were very nice. I loved the gin bar. Bed was comfy and it had a nice little balcony. The spa was good and not busy. Pool was a decent size. Breakfast buffet was very nice. We had a pleasant stay.

Room was dated and bathroom was a bit clinical. Shower was cold in the morning but reception sent maintenance straight up and they fixed it within minutes. £10 to park the car overnight seems a bit expensive.

The room had a balcony which was nice it was clean decor good bed comfortable staff friendly and mostly helpful except we were not aware the that the doors would be locked at 11 and couldn't get an answer from the telephone number we saw on the door. we found a door open round where the bar was and managed to get in that way but if we hadn't have seen it open we could have been stuck outside which was a worry there were 3 other guests also trying to get in. The night porter was very busy in the bar and it seems his phone wasn't working ?? Otherwise we had a great stay breakfast was lovely too.

All staff (reception/bar/housekeeping/night porter) were absolutely brilliant at responding to our requests and concerns. Bar and lounge areas superb. Fire places all lit and very cozy.

Bathroom had build up of heavy limescale. Sugar pots part of the room tea-trays had crystallised/stuck sugar on the bottom - could do with a clean/freshen up. Used the pool twice during our stay - both evenings noticed the same used plaster on the poolside, showing that the facilities hadn't been cleaned (at least thoroughly) within those three days.

The Lady at the bar and serving the meals was absolutely amazing!!...also Breakfast was superb and again the lady at Breakfast wonderful,helpful couldnt do enough for you!!

Soap dispenser in room[shower ]empty,,took it out and left it to be refilled...used the other by sink again little gel left in it...not filled for the 3 nights....left it on show but didn,t get filled...parking "hit and miss"lots of bollards up and I asked to be told that you had to book a suite to guarantee this parking[which had I known I would have done]

All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. We booked massages in the spa, which were so good, and nice to have a heated pool which wasn’t too packed. Only a 10-15 min walk to the main shops, as it was lovely to see the Christmas market and winter garden light display.

Spa maintenance- this area was looking a little tired and worn, despite the staff best efforts. Please fix the sauna. I knew previous old reviews said it wasn’t working, but I would have expected that to have been sorted within days, not weeks. It should be stated at booking.

Friendly & attentive staff, efficient & professional service & willing to go above & beyond. Fantastic 3 course dinners in the beautiful brasserie on a half board stay. Never felt rushed. Great that there's a separate breakfast room too & both have access & seating to the lovely, well kept outside gardens. Great location, both to town & the beach.

No fresh fruit at breakfast Spa facilities lovely but very hot & stuffy as in the basement. Twin room was tad small & both beds were pushed together with no room to move apart if needed.

I was personally impressed by the quality of service, hotel staff is doing great, always ready to help. My trip was not an easy one. First time i have to move my trip in a week, then, because of some health issues with my son we came 1 day later our check in. Hotel helps and didn't charge me because of circumstances that I couldn't control. Again, thank you, my dear friends, this is the best hotel experience I ever have.

The room was a lovely size lovely and clean, the shower was good, it was lovely to have a balcony, I liked the button service to book a taxi at reception , the taxi service was amazing The staff were lovely, very helpful when needed, The what's app chat is a really good way to communicate with the staff especially when there's no one around, and I really liked that you could also tx the hotel to book you a taxi to pick you up and bring you back to the hotel, and tx if you required daily room service or needed anything extra or not, the choices for breakfast was very good a nice range, lovely staff very helpful and smiley ,it was a peaceful stay ☺️

I did not like the breakfast /dining room rugs that went along the servery tables they kept bulking up, easy to trip over for anyone, but especially for the elderly, health and safety issue I think, the hot drinks machine seems to be a problem of not working some times, I don't think you should be charged for particular foods /some extras at breakfast on the menu, the prices in the bar room for non booked eaters, was ridiculously high priced, £90 for main course and pudding for 2 people and only drinking water, I can see why some people called for a deliveroo, the car park is ridiculously small, and there should not be a fee of £10 a day if you booked with another booking agency, maybe the hotel could sort that out,

Lovely spacious room with fridge, so able to keep a pint of fresh milk for my early morning cup of tea in bed 😁 tea/coffee/kettle in room too. Great shower and air con. Breakfast very nice! Well cooked, plenty of choice, can’t fault it! Lovely outdoor area to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Liked & used the pool, didn’t use sauna or steam rooms. Jacuzzi would have been nice but out of use due to boiler being replaced.

Bed lovely and big but a bit too soft for me so not very comfortable.
