good location, a short walk to the beach and the pier, really enjoyed our stay. The area was nice and quiet. Room with new carpet and fluffy, clean and with the essentials for coffee and tea, new kettle. Comfy bed, clean sheets.

although it was spotless everywhere the shower was a bit of a letdown due to the water pressure. the water quality wasn't the best, we got bottles of water for tea and coffee in the morning as when we were running the tap brown bits like sand were in it even after a while.

The staff were very helpful and the food for breakfast was lovely!! It's in a good location, not far to walk into Bournemouth shopping centre and bus station! The room was a good size as well as a comfortable bed and bathroom was good size as well!!

There wasn't anything really we didn't like, apart from some guests arriving very late and waking us up, but these things happen I suppose

The property is a very quick walk to the coast, and there's a good number of options for eating. It is also a quick walk to the Town centre where one can find shops and pubs. The beds are comfy and there is a small coffee station in the room, as well as a small TV.

You need to order your breakfast once you're in the food hall. While it was delicious, it's good keeping that in mind in case you are in a major hurry.

Location was perfect right by the beach and town. Staff were a lovely family ran business felt very welcomed.

The pool was freezing cold would have benefited from it being heated. Sauna had to be turned on 20minutes before use due to it being electric and wasn’t clear of this when wanting to use it.

The lady Receptionist. Friendly, helpful. went out of her way to help and accommodate me. Hotel wasn’t busy at all but Hotel still laid on an amazing breakfast, even buying in some hash browns for my breakfast at my request 😊

The chef had been sent home early on my first night so there was no food offered. I was tired and, therefore, did not eat dinner that night. on my 2nd night, I didn’t want the chef to cook just for me so I ate out.

Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and wide variety of fruit and cereals. Cooked breakfast was also plentiful, cooked to perfection and followed by choice of breads, croissants and scotch pancakes and selection of yoghurts. Refillable teas and coffee.

Shower over the bath was difficult to regulate even temperature, either too hot or quickly cold, but being on the second floor probably a disadvantage.

Friendly staff who checked us in, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was clean and had all the basics needed. Really good location to the town / beach.

Bed wasn't the comfiest, thin mattress which when you sat on could feel the bed frame below. Also squeaked every time you moved. Otherwise everything else was a good p

Staff very friendly. Great value for money and great location. Pictures are accurate so you know what to expect on arrival. I’d stay here again.

The bar wasn’t really stocked, but that wasn’t an issue given how close you were to other pubs and the town centre.

The staff are brilliant, they look after you very well, the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was a short walk from town, so very easy to get to restaurants

The only negative about the hotel is that it's a little dated , but this doesn't take away from a good stay, and the owners are getting around to updating

Good price and lovely helpful lady on reception. Room was cosy and clean. very reasonable price.

The shower head was clearly broken and stuck back on with gaffer tape and cable ties. it was very going to work, so I couldn’t shower. The reception lady very apologetic and reassured me it would get sorted.
