Even though this hotel needs a lot of money throwing at it, I have to say that we have stayed there 3 times in the past year and found our rooms clean and comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow when staying away because I hate the smell of other people in my bed but this hotel has very clean and pleasant smelling beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return again.

The location of the hotel is in a pretty rough part of Bournemouth and the hotel is run down and could benefit from a million being spent on it. Get past the facade though and the rooms are clean and pleasant. The hotel just needs a revamp.

Greeted by a very friendly bloke that got us sorted, even gave us the option of a better room because it was available. Room was clean, fresh towels, soap, shampoo to use. Fridge in the room, and a fan, great for the warmer weather and night

Surrounding area (streets etc) werent very clean or appealing, but not the fault of the hotel. No food at all is served, not an issue for the 1 night we had, but a longer stay it might of been a problem/issue.

when we arrived the receptionist was unbelievably friendly and helpful with parking, she offered us a fan & was made me feel so welcomed. The room was spacious and clean we even had a fridge for drinks. brilliant location as we walked down to the beach in the day. would recommend and definitely stay again. A bargain price with no complaints from us.

Very friendly staff Helpful in every way. The outside of the building dose need a lot of work to bring it up to date .It did look tired and dated. The only problem I had inside the hotel was the toilet seat needed fixing. For the price and location it was worth it.I would stay again.

As I said the outside needs a lot of work. First appearances count slot.

The staff were really nice and friendly.

Towel rail was on constantly which couldn’t be turn down or off so made the bathroom and some of the bedroom hot which wouldn’t be a problem in the winter but as this was in a heatwave not good. but told them about it and they were going to sort the problem. Parking is very tight and awkward as you get blocked in.

You get what you pay for at the end of the day and i used it as a base as we was out for a few drinks and to see romesh so only used it to sleep. The staff were brilliant and rooms were clean

The room was just right. Very comfortable bed . Had everything needed for 1 night stay

The noise from people above. Floors and walls are very thin so hear everything. Would recommend high floor. Bath too small and shower not located in the right place. Had to hold the shower head with one hand and wash with the other.
