The Hotel decor is very nice ,with lovely breakfast which they cook and serve to you at table , Plenty to eat and lots of choice . The games room is great too table tenis ,pool and football game . Staff very nice in dinning area and reception do try very hard to help .

It would of been better if was given a correct room at the start . Instead of looking for another room hours next day which was my friends birthday . It could of been sorted out in a better way , considering it was booked correctly by myself. .

Cooked breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Would of been better if the pool was open later of a night time. The hill was extremely difficult to walk everyday was unaware it was on a steep hill.

It was clean with lovely decor in all areas. The pool was lovely, again clean and in good order. Public areas were really nice, including outside. Room was nice and in good order along with the bathroom. Great drinks from bar. All staff were polite and helpful. Great location to beach and pier.

I felt the room was small compared to others we've stayed in, but I'm guessing you could upgrade to bigger. If it was a couple without kids it would be fine. The breakfast consisted of a menu of cooked breakfasts rather than buffet, so it took a bit longer to get food. I felt like a range of pastries would have been nice as that's my go-to when away. You could order croissants, but they ran out one day. Sometimes other items ran out but they'd offer extras of something else. It's probably best to get there earlier. If you like a cooked breakfast, there's no problem- my daughter enjoyed hers.

We loved this hotel, we booked the small double and it was small but perfect for our requirements. There was a good size car park which was our main priority. However, the best thing about this hotel is the fact that the breakfast is waiter service. A rarity these days! No queuing other than for continental style breakfast then porridge, tea, full English breakfast etc all ordered and delivered to your table. Fabulous staff who gave us the same table for the duration we stayed. We would definitely return.

The pool was full of kids, which is only to be expected during school holidays but it may be nice to have some time for adults only perhaps first thing in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice, some nicer than others, there are some larger rooms with lots of storage and the hotel rooms are very clean. The pool area is great and there is a games room, which is a nice bonus. The maids are very pleasant and helpful.

The staff (apart from the barman) were not the friendliest. They are not rude but most of the time do not acknowledge you at all. We paid for 2 rooms for 1 week and spent over £2000 with the hotel and was charged a £5 fee to have a refrigerator in the room, I feel like small things like this make a big difference. Towards the end of our holiday, the pool area was not as clean (not sure if the pool was cleaned once a week), but the pool had a lot of hair and dirt in it.

The staff were very kind, helpful, hospitable and approachable. I'm so grateful that they granted my simple wish to provide a balloon surprise for my husband as we're celebrating his birthday and they never missed to gave a complimentary free dessert in our dinner and a happy birthday cake on his actual birthday. I also loved that they have recreation room where you can play ping pong, pool and table soccer. They also have variety of options where you want to hangout, whether in the garden, bar, resto or tea lounge. Plus, they are close to the Bournemouth beach and Town Centre. Just be ready with your hiking shoes.

Probably quite a bit high room rate for a family standard room and you don't have a mini fridge to store your food. The rest of the room are exceptional, clean, organised and very instagrammable.

The friendliness of the staff, location and facilities was great, everything was very smooth. We got some bedsheets to replace the duvets as we were not going to use them and got also one of those air coolers with water. They also refill your water bottle throughout the day which was really welcome in a very hot day Only stayed for one night, and I would repeat the stay at a time where it is not too hot so I don't need air con.

I knew there wasn't air conditioning, but underestimated how hot it would be. we were on the top floor and it did get very hot. A nice improvement would be to add A/C at least in the south facing rooms Also it wasn't an issue, but it would be nice if they have high chairs for the little ones. Ours could sit with us but a high chair would have worked better, .

Great location to the town centre and the the beach. Parking facilities on site were good for guests and allowed easy access to the hotel. Good range of choice for breakfast. Staff on reception were helpful and accommodated any requests.

The bathroom was extremely small in comparison to the size of the room and made it very tight to use the toilet comfortably. Whilst there was a good choice for breakfast, the lack of a properly working toaster meant that we almost gave up on having toast as it took nearly 10 minutes to get one piece even slightly cooked. It would be great if they could invest in a new toaster, so that guests didn’t have to stand and wait for so long.

I book a room with extra large bed ,i recieve on the same money just double bed. I was to the reception to say to them,them say "sorry but is full booked and if is coming something I'll let you know". For me is not normal to pay extra,for something extra what i need ,and I recieve something different on the same price. They was writing on the reception LOG and when I check out, i recieve just the visit card for Hotel Manager. No sorry about that,no the difference of the money , nothing ...a bit disappointed about staff reception,because we care about you and you need to care about your customer s! 😉

We had a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Melissa, who was so kind and helpful when I needed some bedding changed after my toddler had a little accident she made a stressful moment feel much easier. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to all the local attractions, which made getting around convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool; it was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We really appreciated how fresh and pleasant the whole hotel smelled. The design throughout the building is modern, stylish, and inviting. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay overall, just a few small suggestions to improve the experience: The men’s changing rooms could use some mini lockers for safely storing clothes and personal items. There was also some water buildup near the toilet area, which might be a slip hazard due to limited drainage. The shower pressure near the pool was quite low, and the hot breakfast felt a bit average compared to the rest of the hotel, which was otherwise excellent. Thanks again for the warm hospitality!
